What do you like best about Act-On?

I like the email builder. It has been updated within the last 2 years to be more mobile friendly, it auto tags for google analytics or analytics platforms. I also like the preview links option it now has and the ability to see dark mode. Customer support is very helpful and they have office hours where you can join and get live help with your account. What do you dislike about Act-On?

Some of the interface is still extremely dated. They are slowly updating it but definitely some of the interface is disjointed when comparing it to the newer features and modern SaaS UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Act-On?

I find Act-On easy to use and value the excellent technological support they provide. It allows for efficient distribution of information, which is crucial for our needs. For our purposes, Act-On is an effective resource to interact with our constituents. I also appreciate how the email agent, website visitor, and database features are important tools for Acendas Travel. What do you dislike about Act-On?
