Very easy to use, very customizable. It offers multilingual surveys, logic branching, skip logic and all the kind of question types one may need (like matrix, image choice, NPS, Ranking, ...). It also let's you preview on desktop/mobile/tablet mode while you're editing, and you can personalize your welcome and thank you messages. I've been using it for one week now. It's really easy and quick: you can use drop and drag or bulk copy the questions of your survey. To collect responses, you may choose link, QR code, e-mail, web embed, or even enter manually. The free Basic plan has almost all of their features, the limit is on the amount of questions/answers and users. In addition, if you're a student, you may have access to a 50% discount on their paid plans (except only Enterprise). For results' analysis, you may easily integrate with Google Analytics. Also, they offer a very complete User Guide, that answers all of your possible questions, and a good customer support! **What do you dislike about SurveyHero?** It's great overall. Maybe it could be a little bit more flexible on design (for those who can't use CSS). Being able to share the link and generated QR code, making it easy to implement. I am using the platform to conduct a small survey about teaching, for professional development and needed to be able to do this quickly. The website indicated that the results could be easily accessed, and converted into various charts and tables, but I can't access any of that, at this point. **What do you dislike about SurveyHero?** I didn't realise 'upfront' that the system was not going to allow me to export a pdf, or bring the results (my 10 questions) into other platforms - without signing up to pay a monthly subscription. I do not create enough surveys at this point in time, to justify a subscription, and I was under the impression the basic 'trial' plan would allow me to access my results, in a format that I can process the data. With 'Basic' it seems that I can only see the results on-screen, which is frustarting now that I have published the survey, and have some time pressure to process the results. **What problems is SurveyHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not using this in a buisness context. I am using it in an educational research and professional development capacity, I would like to think that the 'results' of my survey could be accessed on this ocassion - without needing to sign-up for a monthy subscription. If this proves to be easy to use in the back end, then I will certainly recommend it to others, as most people use Google Forms, or Survey Monkey, and SurveyHero 'appears' to have an easy to use interface which I prefer. ### 25. Other great features include copying surveys and using templates. Really makes the creation of the survey fun, and less tedious. **What do you dislike about SurveyHero?** I wish there were ways to copy logic format. If I were to make a duplicate copy of a section of my survey with answer logic (Answers A will direct you to 1, Answers B will direct you to 2) that would save so much time. **What problems is SurveyHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** SurveyHero makes things when collecting data from specific groups. For example, internal testers vs. external testers using our product; we are able to get accurate feedback and consider in use bias with these collectors. ### 38. The analysis they did was excellent and easy to see how popular some ideas were vs which were most polarizing. **What do you dislike about SurveyHero?** I found it overall pretty easy to use but it wasn't totally clear how segmenting worked at first so I ended up duplicating my survey to use with different ggroups. **What problems is SurveyHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to drag and drop ideas and rearrange them, as opposed to having a complicated numerical key to rank things, is really what I found most helpful about SurveyHero. ### 39.
