**What do you like best about Magnews?**

Great platform and very integrated, the support is always present and open to finding solutions that support the activity.

Good UX and optimal performance!

**What do you dislike about Magnews?**

With the transition to the new Matilda interface, there are a few things that will require refinement, but the new features make up for the minor operational frictions.

**What problems is Magnews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex management of many contacts, multichannel approach for communications, and data integration with the database.

Building complex workflows is almost a pleasure!

Until some time ago, the user interface could seem a bit outdated, however, with the introduction of Matilda, the new experience is certainly more fluid and the essential data is immediately available on the initial dashboard in a clear and immediate manner.

• Reliability and speed in delivery
• Easily manageable web services
• Automation allows for offloading routine work
• The excellent Help Desk allows for quick problem-solving

**What do you like best about Magnews?**

It is not just an email marketing platform. It is much more. It is a tool for needs analysis, goal setting (conversions), and practical implementation of necessary actions to concretely achieve these goals. All in a multichannel approach, combining multiple tools. Email but not only. WhatsApp, SMS, Survey, Marketing Automation, Web Tracking, Web Experience. All in an extremely functional way and in compliance with GDPR.

**What do you dislike about Magnews?**

The platform can also perform very complex tasks, and this results in a multitude of buttons and keys. However, the tool is easy and pleasant to use, even though one must be aware of what is being created and done.

Customer loyalty and especially Lead Generation

**What do you like best about Magnews?**

It is a comprehensive platform, capable of delivering content across different channels, with various interesting features to try. Over the years, the team has also shown willingness to make custom modifications based on our needs. In our experience, the customer support has always proven to be prompt and effective in responses and interventions.

**What do you dislike about Magnews?**

Recently, the new version of the interface has been released, which should fill some gaps compared to the previous version. The CMS might be slightly revised, in my opinion.

We have primarily used MagNews over the years for sending newsletters and as an SMTP service. Recently, we have been testing it for other functionalities (such as marketing automation,

Overall functionality, allowing full digital marketing automation. The Magnews is a reliable partner for us, quick to reply to support and general questions.

Some support documents are available only in Italian. Our contact person always does his best to compensate for this.

**What problems is Magnews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-mail marketing & marketing automation for our clients, some of which use Magnews as in integrated tool embedded in our services. This allows us to deliver a one-stop solution to our clients, and to give them support on the digital aspects of their communication.

Not all features are available under the new UI (currently) so some switch between new and old is needed

**What do you like best about Magnews?**

Magnews is a complete and powerful software which improved our possibilities and strategies related to the customer experience with our products. The support team was the key in our experiences: not only the software, but also the specialists behind.

**What do you dislike about Magnews?**

It's a structured software, therefore our team should take the time learning how to use and "translate" our past strategies. The new platform interface helped a lot.

**What problems is Magnews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented better marketing strategies thanks to Magnews,  we also start using funnels and automation, to provide a personalized conversation with our users. A step-change for us!

The speed of learning, the automation functions and journey builder, and the always available support

The previous versions were not the best in terms of UX/UI, but the latest updates have definitely filled this gap.

It has certainly sped up and standardized our mailing and newsletter sending activities. The journey automations have also relieved the operational team of some redundant tasks, making us more productive.
