What do you like best about Jotform?

Jotform is very easy to use and quick to set up, even for someone with limited technical skills. I could easily create multiple clinic forms for patient registration, diet consultation, and detailed symptom analysis without any coding. The drag and drop interface saves a lot of time, and there are many ready templates which make implementation smooth. As a certified dietician and clinic manager at My Wife's Homeopathy Clinic, it helps me manage patient records in a simple and clear way.

It offers a wide range of features conditional logic, PDF generation, and automated emails that make data collection and patient management more professional. The platform integrates easily with Google Sheets and email, so I can track and organize responses effortlessly. I use it almost daily, and it has become an essential part of my clinic workflow. What do you dislike about Jotform?

Sometimes the limits on the free or lower plans feel restrictive for example, you may reach the monthly submission quota even for a small clinic, which forces you to upgrade. The customization for form design isn’t always very flexible certain layout or style changes require extra tweaking. What do you like best about Jotform?

The biggest problem we solved with JotForm is time, which is rarely billable and is the most expensive part of the work process. At the same time, we wanted to create a form that clients would use to create the Contract themselves, and we succeeded in that. Using the application is simple and the implementation of the visuals we wanted to achieve is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

The only complaint we have is the subscription renewal which is automated and without notification. Due to work we don't have time to think about it yet so a reminder a week or two earlier would be just fine. The customer support is AI which I don't like at all. What do you dislike about Jotform?

If I had to choose something I dislike about Jotform, it would be that the submission and upload limits can be restrictive during peak times for travel quotes or client inquiries. When I’m running promotions or multiple group trips, I can reach limits sooner than expected. It’s also a little time-consuming to customize the exact travel-quote flow I want without upgrading tiers.

What do you like best about Jotform?

I’ve been using Jotform for over three years now, and it’s become one of the most reliable pieces of software in my business. I use it for client onboarding, lead capture, contracts, and booking forms, and it handles all of it without the usual tech drama most tools seem determined to create.

What I appreciate most is how fast and easy it is to build and customize forms. I can make something polished and professional in a matter of minutes, which, frankly, still surprises me. Embedding forms on my site is effortless, and the integrations are exactly what I need. It syncs beautifully with my Google Calendar, sends autoresponders automatically, and even collects payments. That combination alone takes a huge load off my plate.

The biggest win for me is the end result: I have sleek, professional forms that gather my clients’ information cleanly and follow up with them without me having to babysit every step. It just works, and it makes my business look good.

After years of use, I honestly can’t think of anything that annoys me about Jotform. It’s one of the rare tools I completely trust.
