What I like most about Jotform is how easy it is to set up and use. I can quickly create forms, apps, and workflows without needing any technical skills, which saves me time and effort. It’s also very convenient for collecting and organizing information from clients and drivers, and whenever I need to make an update or change something, the process is straightforward. One thing I dislike about Jotform is that, after I log in with Google SSO, it occasionally stops working on iPhone Safari, which can interrupt my workflow. In addition, the AI agents sometimes struggle to recognize certain dialects or the different ways people phrase questions. I love the ability to create, customize, and edit the application at any time with Jotform. It's great that changes can be made easily and the form updates in real time, which is super useful when something needs to be added or corrected, like when a job category was missing in my form. There is no undo button. It's very easy to accidentally alter or even delete aspects of the form as I'm editing it, but there is no way to undo any action. Some glitches such as the one mentioned above could definitely be smoothed out. I love the wide range of things I can do with Jotform, such as creating Forms, AI Agents, Apps, E-sign documents, Workflows, Tables, and Reports. It provides me with an easy way to collect information, take payments, and make sales while tracking data. I can also create client engagement and get feedback easily. The platform allows me to collect signatures for contracts and has great workflows that make things speed along faster. I appreciate the numerous integrations with tools like Canva, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce, and more, which offer countless possibilities to link and manage different apps. Designing apps or form sheets is kind of limited. There's not an unlimited amount of design freedom, like with color schemes to artistically align with our brand. The design options feel a little constrained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it’s difficult to log in. I’m not sure why, but if we wait a bit or try again an hour or so later, we’re usually able to get in.

Also, returning parents have to refill all of the previous years’ camp forms instead of simply logging in, updating their existing information, and registering the same kiddo for a new camp session. We have to save historical data each year, so we can’t continue to use the same app year after year.

When using the app with tables, it would also be helpful if each line corresponded to the first form, so we can quickly see which paperwork is missing for each registrant, rather than having each form treated separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m mostly happy that Jotform has brought the drag-and-drop functionality to its forms, since that’s how most platforms work now. I also like how easy it is to set up integrations, and when something isn’t obvious upfront, they guide you through it. For example, I wanted to link a form to ActiveTrail to automate the creation of our email list, but you can’t do that directly and have to go through Zapier. When I’m editing forms, I don’t like having to click on Properties before I can edit the title and subtext. It would be much nicer if Properties opened automatically as soon as I click on an element, so I can make those changes right away.

It also would have been helpful to have a clearer, always-visible indication that my changes were saved, even when I scrolled down. I didn’t like having to scroll back up just to confirm whether everything saved.

I like using Jotform because it ensures I have the media releases needed from a legal standpoint. It does a great job notifying me when a new release is completed and automatically stores them in my Google Drive, keeping everything organized which is super helpful. I enjoy its ease of use and the fact that it syncs with Google Drive, a tool I'm already familiar with. It helps me keep all the received media release forms in one location and saves me time by eliminating the need to manually move them from my email to another folder. I like that there are many customizations available. I spent a good amount of time looking for a platform that could handle my specific needs for to create an order form, and jotform was able to tick all the boxes as well as some I hadn't thought of yet. It was relatively easy to set up my form, and when I ran into some confusion, I sent it to their support team and was surprised by how quickly (and correctly) my question was answered. I do wish that reporting was a little more robust and/or easier to understand, at least for item order forms, specifically. There are some customizations not possible within the item ordering module that aren't possible because of the way it's handled, but overall it is doing the job for me.
