**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Overall, I love how simple it is. We’re a small business and not very IT literate, but we’ve still managed to find so many uses for Jotform that help streamline our processes. We created a feedback form that’s simple and straightforward for customers, while still giving us enough information thanks to the conditional formatting. The report builder has also really impressed our MD. For the price of the silver plan I really cannot fault it.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

We're fairly new to Jotform and haven't found much we dislike yet, but one improvement that could be made is to increase the integrations. This may just be that we need to suggest which software we'd like to integrate with, but it would streamline our process even more if we had this in place.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a relatively new company, we didn’t have many established processes before using Jotform, and anything we did have was often spread across different systems. Jotform has helped us bring everything into one place and keep our forms consistent. The biggest benefit is that our MD can easily find any form he needs, because they all follow the same structure and mirror each other.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I come from my company using a Wordpress background for the site. Having to fully modernize some aspects of our website recently our old way of doing intake forms would no longer be compliant. We were recommended Jotform as a means of staying HIPAA compliant on our new website, and at first I was a bit distraught over having to rebuild all of our company's forms and learn a new system. However, once I got onto Jotform, it was a game changer. We were able to reproduce some of our simple forms in as little as 5-10 minutes before getting them live for patients to use. The ease of use for our staff was easier than anticipated as well. I am interested in trying out more of the features available to us on the Gold plan. <br><br>Being a healthcare organization we knew we needed a HIPAA compliant plan which left us only with Gold or Enterprise. I contacted Enterprise sales and left a inquiry, and well my meeting was quickly dismissed with them after the sales rep was telling me it would be 10,000 at least for Enterprise, and he really did not know any of the other plans so good luck. That did leave it disheartening and not great initial support for our organization being brought aboard. I am hoping my experience with support is different from sales.<br><br>So far the performance of the forms seems to be running smoothly on our website and via submissions on Jotform

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I dislike that when my team logs in to a table that they re not logging into the table but to forms, then need to access shared with me, then tables to see results

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

A practical way to handle job applications for my business

I own a roofing company and use Jotform as a dedicated website where people can apply for our open positions. Applicants fill out the application, upload their résumé, and everything comes directly to my email, including the PDFs. That direct email delivery is the biggest benefit for me because it fits into how I already run my business and review applicants.

When hiring across multiple job platforms, I want one consistent application process and one place to receive the information. Jotform gives me a link I can send applicants to, where I can ask the questions relevant to the position and collect their résumés alongside their answers. Having that information together makes it easier to evaluate someone without chasing down missing details.

I also appreciate being able to use it as a standalone application page without building and maintaining a separate hiring website. My goal is straightforward: give candidates somewhere to apply and get their completed applications and PDF attachments delivered to my inbox. Jotform serves that purpose well and has become a useful part of my hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Nothing! It works perfect for our needs.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

We have found using and creating online forms with Jotform incredibly useful and also very straightforward to use. The form creation interface is well laid out and constructed with very helpful prompts at each stage of development. The integrations are updated regularly and follow market trends and applications well. We have been very impressed with the performance as well the delivery of the forms is instant and also the storage is very useful for logging the data in a secure way. The free plan is a great way to start your Jotform journey but then moving seamlessly on to a paid plan as your storage needs require it. We haven't had need for online support as yet but I can see the interfaces feature heavily all over the site and the onboarding process is quick and easy to follow and action. The AI interfaces are very useful but again I feel we are only scratching the surface of its functionality with our current usage. I would recommend Jotform wholeheartedly for all your online form/data capture needs.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

There is not much I dislike about Jotform, but when we tried to clear down our storage and housekeep it we found it did not reduce our overall usage capacity - so this was quite confusing. This however did allow us to upgrade our account to great benefit.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of sales representatives on the road all over the UK and Jotform's services allow them to digitally complete new account forms quickly and concisely. This is then automatically sent down to our offices to be opened and actioned immediately. This allows for a quicker dispatch of orders and happy new customers which is great for business!

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform has been useful whenever I need to gather information from my audience or people I work with. I can put together a form fairly quickly using the visual builder, and I don’t have to depend on coding to make it look professional. I like having templates available for different situations, while still being able to change the questions and layout to suit my needs. It is also convenient to have responses and uploaded files collected together rather than receiving them through different channels. The value is good for my content creation workflow because it saves me time when collecting and organizing information. Instead of manually following up with people through messages and emails, I can use forms to collect everything in one place. Considering the time saved and the flexibility I get for audience feedback, collaborations, and content-related requests, I feel the pricing is reasonable for the value it provides.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Getting familiar with all the available settings takes a little time. When I only need a straightforward form, I sometimes find the number of options unnecessary. It would be nice if the simpler workflows were a little more streamlined.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my content work, it helps me create a proper process for things that would otherwise become a collection of messages and emails. I can use a form to collect ideas from viewers, gather details from potential collaborators, receive sponsorship enquiries, or ask people to submit content and supporting files. I can make questions appear based on previous answers, which is helpful when different types of submissions require different information. Once responses start coming in, having them stored in a structured format makes it much easier to review and follow up. I can also connect the information to other services when needed, reducing the amount of manual data entry. The result is a simpler way to handle incoming requests while keeping the administrative side of content creation under control.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I’ve just started using Jotform for my massage practice, and so far, it has been a great experience. It makes it really easy to gather client information and gives me a helpful overview of all my submitted forms in one place. Sharing forms with clients is simple, and I really appreciate how easy it is to add or update questions as my intake process evolves.
Overall, I’ve found Jotform very intuitive and user-friendly, especially as I’m getting my practice up and running.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

One area I’d love to see improved is the plan structure. At this stage, I primarily need forms and digital signatures, so I don’t necessarily need all of the additional features included in the plan. It would be great to have a more streamlined option focused specifically on forms and signatures for small businesses or solo practitioners. Alternatively, I’d love to see more education or marketing around the other features Jotform offers and how they could be useful to someone like me, because I may simply not be aware of everything I could be using!

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform is helping me streamline my client intake process and keep all of my massage therapy forms organized in one place. Instead of managing paper forms or multiple documents, I can easily send clients a form, collect their information, and quickly review everything from one overview.
It also saves me time and makes the process feel more professional and organized for both me and my clients. Being able to easily update forms and add new questions as my practice evolves has been especially helpful.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

We needed e-sign liability waivers for a company racing event on short notice. I built two signature-heavy forms (per-clause initials, driver's license and insurance fields, emergency contacts, conditional logic) the day before the event and collected roughly 800 signed documents in about 72 hours without the product breaking a sweat. The builder is fast and intuitive, Jotform Sign handled legally-worded agreements better than I expected, and every submission showed up in Jotform Tables in real time so our staff could check people in at the gate from a phone. When we outgrew our plan mid-event, upgrading took two minutes and the limits lifted instantly.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The plan limits on signed documents are easy to underestimate. Bronze includes 100 signed docs a month, which we burned through within hours on day one, and the warning emails threatening to disable our documents landed mid-event, so the jump from the $39 tier to the $129 Gold tier felt forced rather than chosen. A pay-as-you-go signature add-on would fit spiky, event-style usage much better. Minor gripe: the volume of marketing and upsell emails after signup is heavy.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to get assumption-of-risk waivers and release agreements signed by every attendee at a large company event, plus a stricter agreement for drivers where we verified age, driver's license, and insurance details. Paper would have been a check-in nightmare, and dedicated e-sign tools get expensive fast at that volume. With Jotform one person spun up both agreements in a day, attendees signed from their phones before arriving, and staff used the submissions in Tables to verify licenses and insurance during check-in. Around 800 signed documents collected over one weekend with zero lost paperwork.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

What I like most about Jotform is how easily I can create different forms for different parts of my content work. I can keep audience feedback, content suggestions, collaboration inquiries, giveaway entries, and video requests organized instead of handling everything through separate messages. The form builder is simple enough to create and update forms quickly, while still giving me enough customization to make them look professional.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The number of features and settings can feel a little overwhelming at first. I also need to keep an eye on the form and submission limits when using the Starter plan.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a content creator, Jotform has become useful for managing the information I receive from my audience and potential collaborators. I can use a content suggestion form to collect ideas, an audience feedback form to understand what people want to see, and a collaboration form to organize brand inquiries. Having these responses collected in one dashboard makes it much easier to review submissions and follow up without searching through emails or social media messages. The analytics and submission information also give me a quick view of how people are interacting with my forms. Overall, Jotform helps me turn audience communication into a more organized workflow and saves me time when managing content-related requests.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform lets me create the exact fillable form I need, including tables and all the different value types required. The form-forwarding functionality is especially helpful, since completed forms sent by email only show the fields that actually have values.<br><br>Our operators use tablets and mobile phones to fill out forms on the go instead of using paper forms that then have to be handed to coordinators. On phones and tablets, everything performs as intended, and it’s a quick, reliable way to send information. Time that would otherwise be spent deciphering handwriting can instead be used for income-generating work. Overall, the pricing model offers strong value.<br><br>There are many existing guides online on how to implement forms, along with suggested solutions to common problems. The setup is so intuitive that contacting support hasn’t been necessary.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Tables currently allow only a single input type. It would be much more useful if I could set an input type for each column instead.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Jotform, we’ve digitized our equipment registration sheets and timesheets. This has eliminated problems like lost paper documents and illegible handwriting, and it lets our coordinators spend more of their time on income-generating tasks instead of chasing down forms.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

It is very good at what it does. The interface is straightforward to use. I like that it is supported by Power Automate so the forms can be integrated into our business processes easily. The site is responsive and performant; we don't generally run into any issues with slow loading.<br><br>The best part is the support. Any time I have an issue, I can open a ticket and within a day I get a comprehensive answer and typically they clone my form and build out a solution based on what I was asking. The support really is stellar, they're great :)

I wasn’t sure where to start when creating an order form with a few different options. I used the AI assistant and explained what I was trying to accomplish, and it was almost ready from the start. I only had a few tweaks left to make manually. I wish I didn't need to upgrade to a paid level just so the group I'm partnering with could get notifications. That's the only reason I need to pay, but considering I can use this again, I still say the value is pretty good.

There were two items on my form that I needed people to agree to. I wanted to adjust the wording, but it was a bit confusing to figure out how to do that with the way the form was set up.

Jotform was fast and easy to set up and took no time to build my 1st form. The settings were user-friendly; it integrated with Google Drive, and when I unexpectedly hit the max response quota, I could switch to a monthly plan at a great price. I loved that I didn't have to pay upfront for the entire year. This is a great tool for sending and receiving signed forms. It even organizes them for your records and makes it easy to see who has responded.

I was surprised by the limited number of responses in the free version, and I had many responses I couldn't submit over the weekend. I had to go back the next week to get a monthly membership to correct the mistake. I would have avoided this in the first place if I had known the max quota limitations, but they weren't advertised anywhere.

User-friendly, customizable forms to fulfill my different needs without having to have extensive computer knowledge. I find the form options encompass everything I need and it's simple to find the elements that will work best for me. The forms are attractive and work well without any glitches. I haven't needed to contact support because everything I need is right there and I haven't had any issues.

I found the 100-submission limit on the free plan to be extremely limiting and faced having to pay more than the product is worth to me since I'd already shared the form link with my audience and had to continue with it. I will no longer use it for forms I expect a higher response for because the price is so prohibitive for my needs.

Jotform allows me to create a store on my website in a simple, stress-free way, receive messages from website visitors, and collect information from my subscribers. I like the interface and being able to offer sales on some of my products with the click of a button.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

We use Jotform Forms as the front door for requests that used to come in through email, or whatever template someone happened to remember. Conditional Logic lets us collect different information depending on the type of request. For example, a technical change might require impact and a target date, while a marketing request can ask for format, market, and approver. That alone has cut down a lot of back-and-forth, because fewer requests arrive half-complete. From there, Jotform Workflows handles the routing. We assign reviews, approvals, and next steps based on amount, department, or project type, and the process keeps its own history instead of turning into another email chain nobody wants to reconstruct later. For recurring workflows like purchases, scope changes, and content approvals, the biggest win is simply that the next person gets the task when they’re supposed to. Jotform Tables then gives us an operational layer on top of the submissions, so we can add status, owners, filters, and internal fields without changing the original request. We eventually stopped maintaining a separate spreadsheet just to track what was Pending, Approved, In Progress, or Closed.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Forms, Tables, and Workflows are strong for intake, approvals, and other relatively structured processes, but I wouldn’t keep trying to stretch them into work that really needs deeper project management. As soon as the conversation shifts to complex dependencies, capacity planning, estimates, sprints, or resource allocation, I’d rather hand the approved work off to a system that’s built for execution. For us, Jotform works best as the gate that produces clean, decided work, not as the place where the entire project has to live.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We saw this clearly on an implementation project where change requests started coming in after delivery was already underway. Every stakeholder described the request differently, and several arrived without any impact assessment, urgency, or even a clear owner. To bring order to it, we built a Jotform intake using Conditional Logic to separate bugs, scope changes, and content requests, and then used Prefill and URL parameters to automatically carry the project ID and client details into the form. Each submission landed in Jotform Tables with an initial status, and Workflows routed low-impact changes to the Project Manager, while anything that could affect budget or deadline went through delivery and then to the client. Our first version asked for too much. Stakeholders were abandoning the form because we made several fields mandatory even when that information already existed elsewhere. We removed the duplicate questions and kept only what was necessary to make a decision.

What I like best about Jotform is how quickly it can turn a real operational need into a structured and reliable data-collection workflow. In our case, we used it to collect damage reports from people affected by an earthquake in Pereira, including structured information, photographic evidence, and supporting files.

I was particularly impressed by the combination of ease of use, flexible form design, file uploads, individual submission traceability, integration with Google Drive, and administrative control over the collection process. We were even able to temporarily close the form after the reporting deadline while keeping all previously submitted records and their identifiers intact.

From a technical perspective, Jotform goes well beyond a simple form builder. It provides enough functionality to create a lightweight information-management solution very quickly, while keeping the experience simple for end users. In an emergency-related scenario, where people need to report information easily and administrators need organized, traceable, and auditable records, that balance was extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

What I dislike most about Jotform is that **pricing and usage limits can become restrictive surprisingly quickly**, especially when the form is used for real-world scenarios involving many submissions, photographs, and file uploads.

In our case, the form was created to collect damage reports and photographic evidence from people affected by an earthquake. Although we configured external storage through Google Drive, the overall usage model still required us to pay for the platform once the volume of submissions and uploaded evidence increased. For a temporary emergency-response use case, this was disappointing because the technical solution worked very well, but the cost became an important operational consideration.

I would also like to see **clearer visibility into how submissions, storage, file uploads, and integrations affect account limits**, particularly before a form goes live. Better forecasting tools, usage alerts, or more flexible short-term plans for high-volume events would make the platform considerably stronger.

Overall, I see this primarily as a limitation of the commercial model rather than the product itself. The functionality is excellent, but organizations should understand the limits and expected volume beforehand, especially when designing forms for emergencies, community reporting, or evidence-heavy workflows.

Jotform is solving the problem of collecting structured information, photographic evidence, and supporting documentation from many people through a single, controlled workflow.

In our case, we needed to gather damage reports from residents affected by an earthquake in Pereira, Colombia. Without a platform like Jotform, this information could easily become fragmented across emails, messaging applications, spreadsheets, and individual photo files, making consolidation, traceability, and follow-up much more difficult.

Jotform allowed us to centralize the entire process. Each affected person could submit their information and attach photographic evidence through an easy-to-use form, while administrators received structured and individually identifiable records that could later support damage assessment, insurance-related processes, and administrative review.

The main benefit for us was speed and operational control. We were able to deploy a functional solution quickly, standardize the information being collected, reduce manual data consolidation, preserve submission traceability, integrate the workflow with Google Drive, and control when the reporting period was open or closed.

Ultimately, Jotform helped us transform an urgent and potentially disorganized reporting process into a structured, traceable, and manageable digital workflow, which significantly reduced administrative effort and improved the quality of the information collected.

Jotform has made it incredibly easy to create forms registrations waivers Excel spreadsheets. It really was a huge game changer in my role as event coordinator for a nonprofit.

The only two things that I’ve run into so far that I dislike are that I can’t just add a user to one of the lower packages. It would be nice to just for a small fee. Add in one user. The second thing that I’ve run into is I really would like more options as far as collecting payments. I know there is a really huge variety of options but a donor box link would be great for us.

I feel like platform is so user-friendly and almost a dummy proof that while I was struggling with Google forms just a little bit Jotform has made it so incredibly easy and smooth and seamless to create everything that I’ve needed so far. Sometimes it can be a little inconsistent in using some features, like Print Preview in some forms. It sometimes doesn't work, but in other forms it works. I'm not really thrilled about the JotForm integration of AI intelligence within JotForm tables.  However, that said, its AI intelligence use creating my AI agents within JotForm is excellent. I have created several AI agents that I love and they work great as assistants for me within JotForm. I also would love it if JotForm gave me access to a fully brand-able version with the use of my own custom URLs without having to go from the Gold Plan straight to the $30K Enterprise Plan. I'm not quite ready for the Enterprise $30K price tag but I need to grow my organization to that point and need to be able to use custom URLs and my own branding to get there.

Jotform is enabling me to provide a dynamic Student Portal and University Course Delivery Platform that is designed and delivered 100% with JotForm.

Building the auto replies and conditions is a little confusing, especially if you are new to building forms. Perhaps offer tutorials on how to do this as a newbie. 

The forms work great and I have added over 101 new people to my database because of them. Easy to build, perform well on social media and links sent via text and email.

The price is a bit steep, jumping from the free version to $39/month.

The ability to connect Claude or ChatGPT and other AI platforms is helpful and I look forward to exploring using these tools more in my business.

Jotforms makes it so easy to "plug and play". You can clone forms and build off of something you're already using and that you've seen results from, this has been helpful and given me back hours of my time I would have wasted building from scratch.

I only recently started using it and have already gained over 100 new contacts in less than a week, extending my reach and look forward to more growth using this service. I offered a free resource lead magnet to help parents and teachers in my area in exchange for their contact info and extracting that information has never been easier.

Jotform is most valuable to me when an idea is still too early to justify a full development cycle. Using Form Builder and Conditional Logic, we can adjust questions, pages, and follow-up messages based on earlier responses without opening another request for engineering to modify the main flow. From a product and growth perspective, that changes the pace of experimentation. We can turn a hypothesis into something people can actually use while the question is still relevant, instead of waiting a week for frontend work, validations, storage, and notifications only to abandon the idea after fifty submissions. Card Form gives us a clean step-by-step experience, Conditional Logic keeps irrelevant questions out of the way, and the team can publish a usable first version without pretending it is already the final product. I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. What I like best about Jotform is how flexible and easy to use it is, even for quite specific use cases. If there’s something I want to do—like putting two form cells side by side—I can just ask the Jotform A.I. bot, “Put cell A beside cell B,” and it does it for me. If there’s anything I want to do and I don’t know how, I simply ask the Jotform A.I. bot, and it will either do it for me or tell me how to do it. What else could you ask for?

I really like how easy it is to use, it looks very professional for documents and surveys, and the new AI Copilot feature is extremely helpful. I also appreciate the HIPAA protection feature on the form so I can build surveys for patients while ensuring their privacy

The color, font style, and other text box options are pretty limited. I wish it was easier to change things like that so it can be perfectly tailored to how I want it more easily. I have been using the AI feature, telling it what I want it to look like because I couldn't figure it out myself

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform is the best combination of powerful, but very simple and intuitive to use.  As well, the people we send our forms out to also give it high praise, again for the ease of use.  It's a win-win for everyone.  We integrate it at our Condo to communicate with our Residents, and the software performs flawlessly each and every time.  Pricing is reasonable, and suitable for needs both big and small.  Onboarding was easy, and again very intuitive.  I see they also have an A.I. feature. For myself, the software is already very easy to use, but I'm sure the A.I. makes it even easier.  All in all, I'd highly recommend Jotform!

I see no downside to using Jotform.  It streamlines so many processes for us.

Jotform lets us refine the questions we need to ask, and put them in the best form possible to receive high quality information back.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like that it is simple and easy to use - even for a luddite. It has a lot of options available - from simple surveys to registration forms. It has saved me a ton of time in being able to simply move or rearrange featues, instead of having to start every form from scratch.

 I like that Jotform is easily customizable, comes with many free templates, and has available add-ons. It is simple to integrate with PayPal or other payment processors, and has easy-to-read and customizable output forms.

In the few years I've been using JotForm - both the free and paid versions - I have never experienced any downtime on the site.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I dislike that I can't have more than one payment processor attached to my account (or at least none that I've been able to find.) For example, I might like to have a donation form that would go to one account, while registrations need to be funneled in another direction.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform allows me to use one site for many different benefit. I am able to use it both for simple surveys or information collection, a user information bank, and also for registrations for conferences and events.

I love how I can add the code to my website seamlessly, and it's great that I can link my PayPal directly through Jotform without needing a third-party payment service. The initial setup was very straightforward, although it took a bit of time to get used to finding specific settings. I thought it was easy to create a form, and it is.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I thought it was easy to build a form, and it is. However, I quickly learned that it doesn't work well; for example, I wanted to create a registration form where multiple names could be registered. I could, but the names were inside an element and I couldn't access them to do conditional programming. I found the AI copilot semi-helpful. Sometimes it helped me but other times it did incorrect entries or was not helpful to the point of frustrating me. Further, I was surprised at the cost to upgrade. I did buy an upgrade and I'll try it for a month, but I don't expect to continue based on my experiences so far.

I'm trying to use it to gather names and email addresses and payment options for a workshop we're hosting.
