The lowest end membership is around $50, and I'm a Canadian, so it gets a little bit higher. That's just not great. You can't report on items in the "Product List" in any way. They will try to explain it away saying you can use your submission reports to calculate your stock, let me tell you that's impossible to get accurate. This issue alone has be VERY sour as I paid a year. Also my first month I selected the FREE account but mysteriously with only a handful of users I hit my 1000 free views and they just shut off access. No statistics since have show 1000 views with so little people. It's a mystery... or is it? Support doesn't seem to know when their is a system problem as opposed to a user problem and requries you do all sorts of song and dance to show it's not your issue. This type of support irritates me to no end as I'm trying to run a business not troubleshoot their product. I am working deligently toward leaving Jotforms as a platform for my online store. Skipping from one section to the next based on user input was a very simple process. I used it to collect participant information and event preferences for anyone day track meet I coach. However in order to share the information with my assistant coaches was impossible based on the pricings tiers. This is a volunteer position and in all honesty I do not have a budget. For large corporations I can see this as a very valuable tool however for small business or in cases such as mine, volunteer positions it really isn't feasible to use. I have to go through all of the steps of editing the form every time I want to make a prefill. Also, I would love the option to have an individual prefill only be able to be submitted once while still being able to receive from other prefills.
