Convenience! Convenience! Convenience! I no longer have to worry about whether I brought enough business cards to events. I don’t miss opportunities anymore, because I always have a business card available when I need one. It’s compatible across phone platforms, so I don’t have to stress about whether it will work for someone else. Last but certainly not least, it’s affordable. I really find Blinq - Digital Business Cards fantastic because it replaces printed business cards and is very quick to use. I love being able to load it into my Apple Wallet and share my contact details instantly by just double-clicking. What I really like is that when someone clicks it, I get their information stored, ensuring I never lose anyone's contact details. It's also very easy to use and offers a handy feature where I can create notes reminding me of what we talked about. I work in an industry where I meet thousands of people from different backgrounds, professions and areas of expertise all across the nation. When putting together my “plane load-out” in my trusty Veto EDC bag, my sunglasses spot is filled with business cards from myself and from other people I’ve linked with in other states. Talk about a nuisance with juggling that many cards - and not to mention the ease of access to connect with my fellow colleagues and potential partners. I have found myself looking up names on LinkedIn during summits and have better luck with that than a business card. What makes this easier? Blinq. Literally one of the best tools I have to connect with people are sharing multiple different websites, e-mail, and social platforms. I have enjoyed this app so much that I promoted this to a mass e-mail to my organization for people that run out of business cards or forgot to bring theirs. Who doesn’t have a phone with them, either? Scan the generated QR code of the person you are connecting with, and now you have any access they have input on their Blinq account. It is so simple and easy to use because all I have to do is open up the app and everything I need is at my fingertips. It showcases my information well by having a photo, my social links, my email, and phone numbers.... and I really like that I can share my card in a variety of ways, via text, having them scan the QR code and more. So if someone has a phone with a dead battery or they are less tech savy and don't know how to scan the QR Code I can control them receiving it by simply texting them. I also like that I can send a message with my text so they remember how we ran into eachother especially while at trade shows. I receive so many compliments about it. I love using Blinq - Digital Business Cards because it makes sharing my contact information super easy via text and email. The app is user-friendly, and I appreciate having a profile photo and a background photo so people recognize me when we meet. The ability to include a QR code is also a great feature. It allows me to send recipients a link to my website, email address, phone number, and even a photo of myself, which is crucial for personalizing connections. I adore the customizable options like changing the digital business card color and font, as it adds a personal touch. The biggest downside is that not everyone is familiar with digital business cards yet, so sometimes I have to explain how it works. I use the Blinq card at every opportunity with my non-profit organization and have found it to be one of the best tools for exchanging contact information. It's really beneficial to have it on my phone and available instantly, solving the problem of carrying physical cards, which is expensive and not eco-friendly. I like the customization features and the ease of use; it doesn't take long to figure out, and some people are really impressed by how it works. Features like the contact picture, as well as social media and internet options, are a plus. The initial setup was easy enough that I don't remember it being arduous. The best part of Blinq is the ability to easily and smoothly allow my customers to connect to me. Just to be clear, I’m being a bit nitpicky here, because overall I’d say Blinq is a 10/10 product. That said, when someone scans my QR code and the webpage loads on the customer’s end, the cookie disclaimer takes up so much of the screen that it covers a lot of the information. Removes so many steps for potential clients to connect with me. Also, the aesthetic is great. I so appreciate the free 2 cards. The recent rebrand took something that was very recognizable (the original logo) and replaced it with something that fades into the background of the other apps on my phone. As a solo entrepreneur on the neurodivergent spectrum, I can often get stuck thinking that something needs to be perfect. One example was designing a business card. I kept thinking the logo had to be perfect, the material and thickness needed to stand out compared to other cards, etc. When Blinq was first recommended to me, I just created a single card and it immediately removed all of those "stuck" thoughts. I no longer needed anything physical. My clients are all used to QR codes. Regular cards are often forgotten. The fact that Blinq immediately gives the option to add a contact and share your information is a game changer. If I call or text, I'm not a stranger anymore! The QR code feature is awesome; I keep it on my phone's front screen, making it easy to share my contact information quickly. It impresses people whenever I flash the QR code, and I've seen several sign-ups for Blinq after seeing me use it.
