The initial setup for users is extremely user friendly. I found it to be extremely streamlined, and intuitive overall. From start to finish for the initial setup, it only takes about 5+ minutes to get your profile completely created. I do think that the individuals who are obtaining my information, during that initial onboarding process, there seems to be potentially a few too many steps or it may appear that you have their information; when in actuality if you don't essentially verify with them that they have uploaded their info; it could get lost in the shuffle. So finding ways to make that portion of the process more intuitive friendly would be impactful considering obtaining your contacts information quickly and easily is the whole point of the software. I find Blinq - Digital Business Cards incredibly easy to set up, with no challenges encountered, which made the initial experience smooth and stress-free. I appreciate the flexibility of having multiple business cards stored on my phone, eliminating the need to carry physical cards. What I like best about Blinq is how simple and seamless it makes sharing my contact information. I use it as my digital business card, and it’s especially useful when meeting people at conferences, events, and meetings where exchanging details quickly matters. There’s honestly not much I dislike. The main limitation is that it still depends on the other person being comfortable using a digital card, and occasionally a traditional business card can feel easier in certain settings. The most valuable feature for me is Blinq’s two-way contact sharing. When I meet someone at a conference, they can scan my QR code, save my complete business details directly to their phone and send their contact information back to me on the spot. This eliminates paper business cards, avoids manual data entry and gives me an immediate list of people to follow up with while our conversation is still fresh.

As a professional photographer who works at a lot of conferences, I may share my details dozens of times in a day. Blinq has made that process much faster and has become a natural part of my networking workflow. The following day, I can send a personalised message such as, “Great meeting you yesterday. Please let me know if you ever need a professional photographer.”

An unexpected benefit has been how often Blinq itself becomes a conversation starter. Almost everyone who scans my card asks how it works, and literally hundreds of people have downloaded the app on the spot after seeing it in action. For myself, I've been called a digital nomad. Someone who finds tech that just works. In the end, I had been carrying an NFC business card with a QR code for a few years. It was great but paid. I chose a different path and went deep and hard to find a reliable company, that was easy to use. Stumbling on Blinq, I knew I found what I had been searching for a long time. I could import every last detail, and make it as a widget for my phone. I don't have to stumble at events anymore wondering where the personal card has made it too. With my phone always at my side, I knew this was the solution my entire team needed. Since the first download, it's allowed me to connect easier with my clients, peers and other business professionals. The only downside, inna quick grab scenario of old school business cards, sometimes my booth events are busy, and I can't get to everyone to let them scan my phone. In a pinch, we have generic business cards, but rarely get calls or inquiries from those. I like how Blinq - Digital Business Cards is easy to use and the fact that you can scan it effortlessly. I am in the film industry and go to a lot of networking events. People don't like to spend too much time in one conversation, so when we need to stay connected I always go to Blinq because I can link my contacts and socials to make sure I stay connected to people instantly. I love how easy it is to use! I have it set up as a widget on the left side swipe of my main screen on my phone, so it’s easy to access when I need it. I also love that when you open it, you can have a notification style card so I don’t even need to unlock my phone when I’m at a busy event. The scanning business card feature is also amazing! I hate having to type in all that information. It’s awesome that the app of able to find additional info on people, like their LinkedIn, and adds it to their contact card. I wish it saved the image of a scanned business card with the contact and let you scan both sides of the cards for the same contact. Sometimes I have to add a lot manually, and when I’m trying to go quickly to add many cards, I may not notice a mistake. Then an email or phone number could be wrong and I would have already tossed the actual card, or it will be at my office and not on me. I like the widgets- I can just swipe on my home page and pull up the QR code. Even from Home Screen. People are always impressed when I want to share my contact info this way. It beat getting business cards because they can get lost in a pile so quickly. This really stands out. The options to add almost everything you want is very impressive. I think the only thing I’m having issues with is not being able to move my accreditations in a different order. Sure, I can move my contact info, but I’d really love to be able to move my most impressive one to the top instead of deleting the ones I want to re-input so they’re at the bottom. And there also no way to scroll them to find which one to delete- I have to keep pressing the 3 it shows and hope that the one I want to delete generates in one of them which is time consuming. I love Blinq - Digital Business Cards because it lets me put all my different websites in one place, from LinkedIn to my personal blog, which makes it a great tool. One thing I've noticed is that when you tell people to reply after scanning your Blinq, they often don't, and the information seems to get lost in their system. Even though they get a chance to see your info, they don't always return it unless you prompt them to right then and there. This is something I think needs improvement.
