What do you like best about CINC Systems?

I love using CINC Systems as our Community Association Management software because it provides an impressive level of transparency, communication, and comprehensive accounting services. It truly makes our daily operations more efficient. What I particularly appreciate about CINC Systems is the team's dedication to listening to client needs and developing solutions tailored to those needs. Their exceptional support and continuous focus on growth are outstanding. Additionally, the ease of scalability with this system is commendable as it effortlessly grows alongside our company. The reporting features empower us to provide our Board of Directors with a thorough understanding of the financial health and overall wellbeing of their association. The accounting tools simplify payment processes by seamlessly integrating with partner banks, which eliminates the hassle of regular assessment payments. Furthermore, the system is robust enough to handle all our requirements without the need for additional tools or software, which underscores its comprehensive capability. I also found the initial setup process very easy, thanks to their dedicated support team who take the time to work with us on developing each module. What do you like best about CINC Systems?

Like everyone else, my first thought when writing this review was to talk about how well CINC works in terms of information management and its interface with the website for homeowners and Board Members, and how easy it makes accounting tasks. But I think an overlooked value is that this software is so intuitive that most new team members can navigate it without help on their first day and are capable of working independently the first week. Very little time is needed to train new hires on how to use CINC, which is great asset when you are busy getting them up to speed for their position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While overall support is good, there have been times when a ticket was closed too quickly without fully understanding the issue. What do you like best about CINC Systems?

CINC is the perfect tool for all of your associations accounting needs. Once you have the system completely setup it will basically do your accounting work for you!

I have been working with the CINC software for 7 years and I have had Happy Boards for all 7 years!

What do you dislike about CINC Systems?

I work with CINC clients to help them fully setup their CINC systems and I help train their staff on the system. The biggest complaint I get is not really about the system itself but more about just the disconnect they feel from the time implementation ends to their current time. What do you like best about CINC Systems?

What do you dislike about CINC Systems?

Homeowner information tracking does not allow for separate contacts when there are multiple owners. System is not ready for California e-communication laws. Monthly reporting groups cannot accommodate easily running a financial packet for a prior month. When a error is made on a journal entry date/amount or invoice void date you cannot correct it. This requires a support ticket that usually takes 2+ minutes to fill out and 12-48 hours to have it corrected. Lack of custom reporting options that are user friendly. In general, improvements to the system and mysterious issues happen and backlog support or product development are very slow and have no ETA on when support cases will be resolved. What do you like best about CINC Systems?

I like the efficiency of having one platform to login and view my accounts. I like the accounting services a lot because they are so responsive and they really go above and beyond to assist even when it’s not in their wheelhouse. They will still try to advise or send you to the right people. The implementation team did a lot of work to get me up and running which I was very impressed. My account manager is simply wonderful to work with and so responsive. My salesperson still reaches out to check in from time to time and that speaks volumes. CINC has great capabilities and tracking for Accounting Services, violation management, and work order management. The reports you can run provide a great idata. It is a very user friendly software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC Systems?

It appears that modules are often developed but never completed. For example, the portfolio management module is missing key aspects of reporting action items, which have been communicated to Customer Success. CINC Systems makes community management more efficient. I like that it is cloud-based so my team and I can work from anywhere without delays.
