I like that Jotform offers many features and I find the virtual assistant very useful, especially because it helped me get familiar with the software from scratch. Often, the assistant helped me find features that I couldn't locate on my own, functioning like a sort of interactive instruction manual. Graphics are important to me, as well as notification emails and data collection in the table, and I also appreciate the ability to create receipts for my association. In my opinion, the bank transfer function could be implemented to avoid creating two or three modules and then making them work together; it is a very complicated step that has discouraged me from putting it into practice.
