The website is not as easy to use as I expected. Since switching to use SquareUp as my full website, I'm having issues with customer's scheduling, using discounts, and the need to switch services to items for promo use. I can't distinguish between which group categories need to pay in advance or need approval. We provide 100% legal services like SEO, Web design, Web development, Graphic design, Video editing, content writing, virtual assistant, etc. We open an account to receive payments. We have completed 110+ transactions by Squareup. We haven't got any dispute. But suddenly they deactivate the account. We have tried contacting their customer agent via live chat but they disabled this feature. They disabled "ask the community" also. We emailed them that we believe we didn't violate any terms. If you need anything to verify our business please let us know. We'll be happy to assist you. We were able to use the card processing services but Square had been holding our funds. They said Square needed more financial documents to authorize the transaction. We provided the documents but no response for a week.. Later, we got a note they could not support our business needs and they will deposit the funds into our account within 2 business days, probably because we are a tour operator and the pandemic places us in a high-risk business. Why they did tell us that before?? Customer service rating is 0. The account rep was clueless. Then they sent us another note a week later saying our funds will be held for 90 days with no explanation. This is not a 5* star company and we moved on to Stripe. Square has terrible customer service and poor crisis management. I wish we had never contacted this bad company. If you choose them be AWARE at your own risk they might hold your funds with no plausible reason . We typically receive out payments within 24 hours of payment. I also like that I’m able to instantly deposit the money I receive for a small fee or I can have it set up for next day deposit with a smaller or no fee! **What do you dislike about SquareUp Payment Method?** I don’t like that I have to have up to $25 in sales in order to instant deposit to my bank. It could still use some improvements abs fine tuning but overall is very sufficient. **What do you dislike about SquareUp Payment Method?** It can sometimes be a bit challenging to use when WiFi goes out and this can cause some inconvenience. It would also be nice if it could be integrated with the businesses inventory program. **Recommendations to others considering SquareUp Payment Method:** If we could link it to our pos program that controls the actual inventory **What problems is SquareUp Payment Method solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avoiding the great fees and it links all of our stores different locations. ### 32. We can use it for manually processing transactions at events (get the card swiper- its a lower rate) and we can use it on our website for passive income! **What problems is SquareUp Payment Method solving and how is that benefiting you?** a low cost option for shipping merchandise directly from my home business without having to pay a warehouse fee! ### 33.
