**What do you like best about AVADA?**

From a technical standpoint, what I appreciate most about Avada is how well the individual tools within the suite communicate with each other. Often, when you’re managing multiple e-commerce apps for acquisition or retention, you run into script conflicts or bloated site code that drags down performance. Avada seems to have handled the integration side of things better than most. The automated invoicing and SEO tools actually save our team quite a bit of manual overhead, and the UI is intuitive enough that our non-technical staff can manage daily operations without constantly pinging the engineering team for help. It’s a reliable set of tools that doesn't feel like it’s held together by duct tape.

**What do you dislike about AVADA?**

The sheer volume of features can be a double-edged sword. If you’re just looking for one specific small fix, the interface might feel a bit crowded with other upsells or tools you don't necessarily need yet.

We were struggling with fragmented data and high manual workloads across different stages of the customer journey. Avada consolidated our efforts in customer retention and operational automation into one place. For us at Fulcrum, it’s all about efficiency and building scalable systems. Avada helps by automating the routine stuff like follow-ups and error prevention in orders. This allows our core team to focus on high-level strategy and product development rather than getting bogged down in the minutiae of e-commerce maintenance. It essentially serves as a force multiplier for our growth efforts without needing to hire additional headcount just to manage the store apps.

**What do you like best about AVADA?**

I am setting up a store on Shopify and I found Avada very easy to install. Their customer service is fast and efficient and any questions I have asked on chat have been answered swiftly and efficiently and the people I have dealt with have been so nice and helpful. For a beginner with little tech capabilities, it is wonderfully reassuring to know there is this backup. Could probably have found many of the answers myself but it would have taken me a long time - and Avada never complained about me asking obvious questions. Definitely one of the best customer services I have come across.

Have not found any downsides yet - I only installed it about 10 days ago. So far no complaints

**What do you like best about AVADA?**

The Joy Subscription support and development team did an excellent job helping us resolve an issue with static product descriptions that had caused our products to be flagged in Google Merchant Center. They quickly identified the problem, corrected the product description feed, and our products were approved shortly after.

A big thank you to Avery and the rest of the team who stepped in to help. Their responsiveness and technical expertise made the process smooth and efficient.

We’ve had great success using the Joy Subscription app. From initial setup to more advanced customization, their support team has always been there to guide us.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable Shopify subscription solution backed by excellent support.

**What do you like best about AVADA?**

The product itself is excellent and has been a great fit for our store, but what truly sets this company apart is the support. Every interaction with the customer support team has been outstanding, and most recently Iris was absolutely fantastic. The tech support team is equally impressive. Their responsiveness is unmatched — issues are addressed quickly, thoughtfully, and effectively, no matter the time of day. It’s rare to find a team that is this consistently available and genuinely committed to solving problems. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about AVADA?**

One feature I’d love to see in the future is a more flexible, built-in way to format reviews and other modules beyond the default option. I was able to achieve what I wanted with some fairly complex CSS, but having multiple styling choices out of the box would be a great improvement. That said, the product is clearly evolving, and I’m confident these kinds of enhancements will come with time as it continues to grow.

AVADA simplifies the entire process of collecting, managing, and displaying customer reviews in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools or manual workflows, everything is centralized and easy to manage. I thank the support service, they made a logo for me, helped set up automatic invoice sending to clients upon purchase, and also provided consultation on the application. All of this was done online without delays, which I really liked! Moreover, they immediately create several invoices and send them to clients, which is very convenient and practical. For accounting, you can immediately download all the invoices that were made.

I registered today and didn't understand what to do at all. The setup was not bad, but it was kind of unclear to me.

I use AVADA for automatically sending invoices to clients and creating multiple invoices simultaneously. I also like that the process occurs without delays, which is very convenient and practical.

it is good for its versatility and includes theme for fusion builder, drag and drop page builder, making it user friendly for people who dont have coding knowledge. Easy to implement and it can be used frequently. Integration can be done easily.

Some of its features and options are difficult for beginners. Users have to be dependent on themes to be updated and sometimes frequent updates can be bothersome. Customer support is not great

The app is free for the basic functionality which makes it fantastic for starting out business who can only afford the paids plans later on in their journey and the support team is very quick to respond, Prakash fixed my technical issues in seconds and other support team members are very helpful too. They provide many solutions for our business and I appreciate that a lot!

I only some difficulty once when a problem of mine was slightly delayed in the ticket line, but simply expressing my concerns was enough for them to respond fast and fix the problem.

**What do you like best about AVADA?**

Avada is inexpensive compared to the cost of a marketing agency to take care of your website design, especially if they don't have the knowledge of your employees. It's definitely a worthwhile investment. Avada connects to a CRM like Salesforce.com so you can monitor leads and increase the number of customers you have. One of the biggest problems companies face is not knowing where their leads are coming from, thanks to Avada, you can target your marketing campaigns effectively. One of my favorite tools is Social Inbox, which is a Twitter feature. With the Avada application, you can monitor all social networks and evaluate the effectiveness and spread of each post. It also simplifies the procedure so that you can plan posts on multiple social networks from one place.

**What do you dislike about AVADA?**

Start-up costs are high for small businesses. Call to action buttons are too simple and should have more alternatives so they don't look the same throughout the site. I think websites using Avada would lack freshness and professionalism if they had more options for graphic design, fonts and layouts. Any company that takes care of itself wants everything it does to look as professional as possible.

**What problems is AVADA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I give Avada a 10 because of its immense size. An item that is new, simple and helps create new business, is efficient and saves time is approved by two. In addition to the fact that they are of great quality, they also have a customer service that is willing to help you with any problems you present. I consider Avada to be vitally important for any business. They give you the tools you need to succeed and prove their effectiveness. If you don't have the Avada application, you are missing out on a great opportunity!
