What do you like best about AVADA?

The product itself is excellent and has been a great fit for our store, but what truly sets this company apart is the support. Every interaction with the customer support team has been outstanding, and most recently Iris was absolutely fantastic. The tech support team is equally impressive. Their responsiveness is unmatched — issues are addressed quickly, thoughtfully, and effectively, no matter the time of day. What do you dislike about AVADA?

One feature I’d love to see in the future is a more flexible, built-in way to format reviews and other modules beyond the default option. I was able to achieve what I wanted with some fairly complex CSS, but having multiple styling choices out of the box would be a great improvement. What do you like best about AVADA?

I thank the support service, they made a logo for me, helped set up automatic invoice sending to clients upon purchase, and also provided consultation on the application. All of this was done online without delays, which I really liked! Moreover, they immediately create several invoices and send them to clients, which is very convenient and practical.
