Customer Service was good. They went way forward to solve my issue which was not even their problem.

Notting to dislike so far. So nothing to say.

We were using Upsell App and it was not working. I was told that it is the SEO app that is causing the error. As a result of contacting AVADA's support team, it turned out that the issue wasn't directly related to their app. Furthermore, they still helped me to solve the issue by making the app work by installing the code on our website. My sincere appreciation goes out to them, especially to Esther who helped me during the process and I will certainly recommend their SEO app to others.

The entire process took less than 5 minutes, and he answered additional questions that made the software easier to use. Highly recommended; for the quality of the product and ease of use, but also because of the excellent support.

My store speed was good, but I tried Avada to give it a boos. It only took 15 mins from the time I made contact via chat, for Juliana to look into it and fix any issues we had. She did a fantastic job increasing the store speed to the max! 83/99 on mobile and desktop respectively. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fast connection with Magento 2 and good support at any time of the day, so far Liz has solved all my doubts. Includes several automations to streamline the email marketing process. The email templates as well as the drag and drop is the most complete I have seen.

The synchronization is not bidirectional, it is missing to see statistics directly in magento.

Tried using the avada cookie banner app and it was very simple to set up with the help of Prakash from AVADA. The apps allow you to set up a cookie banner app in a very nice, aesthetically pleasing look.

I use on Shopify and the automations you can set up are fantastic. They all save so much time and the written advice really explains what you need to do. If there is any issues, the online support is very good also.

It is a bit daunting at the start but the live chat is very good.

one word. SEO. And in particular, image SEO optimisation, I find great as it is challenging on Shopify to get your images to appear in search results.

The support is fast and reliable.  Prakash at customer care was an amazing support. But as a newbie, it's a lot to take in all at once. Go slow and take your time.

It's a lot and the colours are stressful. I understand that red is urgent but it's already stressful enough to be a small business owner without your apps looking like they are bleeding.

For someone just starting with marketing automation, Avada would work great. It has all essential features, the basics for email automation, worklows,you can have as may as 5K contacts, and all this comes in a free version that you can very much use to figure out how to adjust your marketing automation efforts. Customizing the emails is easy, working with the workflows is also simple, you can figure those out even without having any prior experience.

**What do you dislike about AVADA?**

Bigger variety of email templates for the free version would be nice, but even the ones currently available can do the job.

Avada helps the team set up an initial marketing automation campaign to identify what works and what not, with zero cost. It is difficult to commit to a specific marketing software before verifying how it works and whether it would work for your customers so Avada makes a risk-free initial marketing automation setup quick and easy.
