We were an all paper organization (nonprofit) until about two years ago. JotForm has been a huge blessing for us. It has allowed us to streamline a lot of our processes. JotForm Sign - in particular - as we use it for signing contracts with our ice rink, our coaches, and more. It's easy to created a e-sign document and it as great tracking history. I wish there was a way to do bulk contracts. For example - when we send out contracts to the coaches... the contracts are exactly the same except the name of the coach and the team they are coaching. I wish there was a batch way to do this. Maybe there is and I am just not aware of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it is simple to use and intuitive. I also love that it has features available to all levels that are only available as a higher premium on similar software. It offers features that allow Jotform to be a "one stop shop" instead of having to integrate multiple software programs to get the desired end result. This includes encrypted forms, signable documents, and simple, quick downloads of completed forms into shareable documents. The downloadable forms are editable before download, so you are only including the components into the document that are pertinent to the receiver. Signable documents are able to be downloaded with an audit trail. All in all, this was one of the best changes our company has made this year. It did take some time to move our current forms into Jotform, however integrating it with our needs has been very easy and if you have used similar software there is very little learning curve. I think the biggest challenge using Jotform is the limitation on the number of forms you can create at the different plan tiers. The nature of our business means we have many different forms that are critical to what we do but may be used only seldomly. Their current pricing tier only minimally increases the number of forms you have but has large jumps in the number of responses. We do not have large response numbers, so it would not make sense for us to go up a tier just to have the ability to make a small number of additional forms. It is frustrating to have to create a form from scratch only when needed in order to meet the form limitations of our plan. A few "perfect world" changes I would love, would be font choices, subtitles/descriptions on each type of question, and being able to add a seat without having to be the highest tier customer. We use Jotform Sign in a business workflow to send client agreements/SOWs and onboarding documents for signature. I like how quickly we can start from a template, add signer fields, send a signing request, and track progress from sent to completed. Nothing major—there’s a small learning curve when you’re first building templates and placing fields, and occasionally we have to re-send if a signer uses a different email than expected. Once templates are set up, it’s fast and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Jotform Sign is generally intuitive and effective, one minor drawback I’ve noticed is the monthly limit on the number of signatures in the lower-tier plans. What I like most about JotForm Sign is how frictionless it makes the entire document-signing process. I can create a simple, shareable link and send it directly to a client without requiring them to create an account or re-enter information. That alone removes unnecessary steps and dramatically increases completion rates.

The real value is speed and simplicity. Forms get signed faster, clients experience less confusion, and I don’t have to manage long email chains or chase paperwork. Everything stays organized in one place, which makes follow-up, compliance, and record-keeping far easier.

From a business standpoint, JotForm Sign creates a more professional and efficient experience for everyone involved. The low-friction signing process leads to fewer delays, fewer errors, and a smoother workflow that allows me to focus on the actual work rather than administrative overhead. There isn’t much I dislike about the platform. One feature I would love to see added is the ability to automatically send completed forms to a secondary email address in addition to the primary one on file. Thing I like about Jotform is the flexibility to set up different forms to sign. It's flexible I can set up different forms/documents within the company that I could sign or have my agent sign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Things to improve in Jetform are integrations. Maybe there are a couple of integrations that could be worked out. For example I set up a form that collects payments, I integrated it with Stripe and I added a product. The thing is in the product there's a one-time setup fee, so it's a bit challenging. I work for a veterinary hospital and while we don't need a ton of signed documents it has really helped with our compliance on getting treatment plans signed. It's very easy to just upload the treatment plan, add a few boxes, and send it off. Even our most computer challenged staff can use it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know some of this is the level of plan we have but I wish it was allowed/easier for more than 1 person to be logged in sending docs at the same time even on the lower plans. As a busy practice, sometimes we only have like 30 minutes of the day to send out a bunch of treatment plans and it would go faster and easier if 2 or 3 staff members could do them all at once rather than making 1 person do it. Jotform Sign made creating, sending, signing, and sharing contracts easy.

You can set up a signing order and a completed, signed contract is shared with everyone automatically.

The need for special PDF tools was eliminated while still providing a locked PDF final contract.

There are a number of templates that made it easy to adopt, modify, and implement for our specific processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We send out author contracts. The first signatory on the contract needs to be our admin assistant and the name field automatically populates with their information. It can be changed to the author's name, but it is a manual process that could be better. The fact that it can be changed is why it cannot be set up to have the author's name pulled in automatically.

When the email goes out there is no easily identifying information in the email, so the admin assistant, when sending out multiple contracts has to slow down and pay attention so right story title ends up in the right contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the aspects we appreciate about using Jot form is how it streamlines the process of sending documents to clients and customers for signatures. It enables us to easily create forms and send them out to our clients for their signatures without any hassle. I also value that it generates a file similar to a Google Doc, which allows us to store all our data efficiently without taking up too much storage space in our system. I wouldn’t say that I actively dislike anything about Jot

form, but I do feel that the storage limits for the different tiers could be a bit more generous considering the prices we pay. That’s really the only negative point I can mention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that with Jotform Sign, everything can be handled in one place for our wide range of needs in collecting, storing, and analyzing data from employees and contractors to clients. The numerous integrations are fantastic because they work seamlessly with our other systems without being overwhelming. Conditional responses and the ability to organize data input however and wherever I choose are standout features. Setting it up was easy, and it's a tool that I often recommend to others. I use DocuSign for client contracts, because each one has unique information (Client name/address, contract total, etc.) and I don't want hundreds of separate Jotforms.
