I have dozens to verify at a time, this makes it smoother and also when I have to go back and check signed permissions I can search by first or last name. It is very efficient and organized. I only use it to get a few forms signed, I do not know what the advanced features are like. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** I get too many emails from Jotform when someone signs a form, perhaps I set it up in a way that does that, but I get three emails when someone signs. I am not sure if that is standard. Other than that there is not much to dislike. I dont use any advance features. **What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use a spreadsheet to track names and forms signed. It was inefficient, difficult to track, and challenging to review who signed what. This allows a lot of information to be searchable in a much easier way. It's great to use for a quick solution and integrates well with many of the platforms we have at our company. I use it probably every day with some of the work I'm doing, and it's been reliable. I also really appreciate their support team - they answer tickets very quickly and have very knowledgeable team members. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** I think it'd be cool if Jotform was a little more customizable with code. There are some limitations on the integrations it has (they have a ton but just not every platform).
