Jotform has always had the functions I need. I can ask people to sign a form, sign a contract, or simply fill out the form I send them. It has saved our team a lot of time because these features are already built into the product, so we don’t have the unnecessary hassle of searching for plug-ins or trying to make our forms look authentic. Jotform is sometimes pricy, and yet that is not quite the issue of the product, though. If we always had the budget, we would always pick Jotform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grateful for the amount of fields Jotform Sign has to pick from when setting up a document. Coming from another software company who had about 5 fields to use, that is super appreciated. One downside I've noticed is that when a new employee is signing the documents, they can bypass the "required fields" and not fill those out just by clicking "sign and submit" at the top. Jotform will let them submit without all the required information. Also don't love the feel of the documents when someone is filling them out on their phone. I have tested signing the PDF documents on my phone before, and the question boxes just pop up on the screen so you can't see anything else/the rest of the document while you're filling out a field. Not super user-friendly on the side of the person signing. Last thing, their checkbox field could use some work. When I get a document come back signed, I rarely ever get a checkbox field filled out and after testing it myself, it seems it's just not easy to click/select. I love how easy Jotform Sign is to use. It's so convenient and easy to use on both my phone and computer, allowing me to access it from anywhere. For someone busy and on the go, I can review the forms and contracts and approve them anywhere. I live the template as I was learning how to build forms, now it's really easy and I've made numerous forms with it. I like it so much that I use it all the time. JotForm has made it much easier to run our agency and get documents signed. It’s also been really helpful for staying on top of follow-ups and keeping the process moving forward. I especially like that the system emails us as soon as a document is signed, which makes our follow-up workflow much smoother and more consistent. Another big benefit is being able to upload our own PDFs and send them to clients for signatures. On top of that, we can create forms, copy them as a link, and reuse them whenever we need. I wish we could use more of our own PDFs to send to clients for signing. I believe our current limit is 10 per month, but I’d really like that limit to be a bit higher so we have more flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The manual form maker and Jotform Sign functions are super easy to use and met all of our organizational needs. It also has a price that makes sense for a non-profit without sacrificing what we need. Podo and all of the AI functions are absolutely terrible. Every time it attempts to help me it generates a bunch of nonsense and makes things way harder.

The support also defaults to the AI first, which is not helpful as Jotform does have some really informed staff that helped me out as soon as Podo stopped making a mess of anything. Very easy to create forms and fillable boxes. I also need to have multiple users sign my forms so I can assign specific sections of the form to be filled out by the appropriate person. I also love the integration with Sharepoint and the ability for everyone to receive the form when completed. I have not used AI yet as I am still figuring out how to integrate but Jotform support has always been helpful when I have issues I use Jotform for a multitude of jobs within my scope. The two issues I’ve encountered most are: 1) Autofill. Sometimes my users are asked to enter information that includes multiple names and email addresses, and autofill is a little too quick to populate their details. That leads to my second problem. 2) Edits. If the first person makes a mistake and then their higher authority needs to sign second, I can’t correct the error (especially if they were filling it out quickly with autofill). It becomes confusing for the admin (the second signer) when I have to cancel and resend documents, or download the form after the first signer and then re-upload it to fix the issues before sending it back to the admin. Having an edit option after the form has been sent would be life changing. Also being able to track the document from the sign inbox- including views, opens, etc would be helpful. Sometimes when an admin (second signer) opens multiple times but doesn't sign flags me to follow up. The ease of use and practical layout in designing the form and adding fillable areas to the form. I also like how it is straightforward to obtain a shared link to the document to send to others for them to sign instead of only being able to share the form via email. The price is higher than I was expecting or would have preferred to pay considering my limited use of the service. I also disliked the fact that it allowed me to create and share the form without mentioning that it would stop working entirely after ten people had accessed it instead of informing me of the ten person limit and asking me to provide payment for further access. Furthermore, I did not like that the shared link to the document stopped working after a couple days and when clicked would lead to a dead link page and that I then had to recreate the shared link and that I wasn't notified of this when it happened so I could take actions to continue to provide access to the document. It also meant that I had to send the new link to dozens of people who had not yet accessed the document to sign it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that everyone in our organization can log in and see past intakes, and the comments section on the intake forms is great for leaving notes about phone calls and such. I find it very easy to send documents and appreciate the audit trail feature, which is essential for ensuring everything is done correctly, especially when working with domestic violence victims. I find it challenging not being able to upload a template that we can just change the client's name and information. It's inconvenient to have to create new documents for each client. We have a mail merge document that we use to send to clients, where everything is the same from client to client, except for the dates and their personal information. The ease of use and the cross-platform options available. This makes it ideal for workflow integration at all levels and projects. Performance is always reliable, regardless of where it is viewed: tablet, smartphone, or laptop. The pricing is also competitive and easily justified for its ROI. I love how Jotform Sign solves the problem of organizing and managing event registrations. It allows me to categorize information like shirt size and dietary preferences, and it automatically generates Excel sheets, which saves me from manual work. It's been fantastic. I also appreciate the integration of all our waivers in one spot - it simplifies the process as people can upload diving, health, and other types of waivers easily. The AI feature is impressive; I can instruct it to execute tasks, and it even helps manage website interactions. Additionally, having an app for our events has been very beneficial. Overall, Jotform Sign provides much more than just signing capabilities; it offers a range of features that are enhancing our operations. On the app, when I have a registration, it notifies me, and I can email them. However, it would be nice if there was a clickable reservation link in the emails. Right now, the reservation link isn't a clickable link, so people are missing it. It would be very beneficial if it was possible to include a clickable link, like in blue, that I can click right on.
