Very easy to create forms and fillable boxes. I also need to have multiple users sign my forms so I can assign specific sections of the form to be filled out by the appropriate person. I also love the integration with Sharepoint and the ability for everyone to receive the form when completed. I have not used AI yet as I am still figuring out how to integrate but Jotform support has always been helpful when I have issues I use Jotform for a multitude of jobs within my scope. The two issues I’ve encountered most are: 1) Autofill. Sometimes my users are asked to enter information that includes multiple names and email addresses, and autofill is a little too quick to populate their details. That leads to my second problem. 2) Edits. If the first person makes a mistake and then their higher authority needs to sign second, I can’t correct the error (especially if they were filling it out quickly with autofill). It becomes confusing for the admin (the second signer) when I have to cancel and resend documents, or download the form after the first signer and then re-upload it to fix the issues before sending it back to the admin. Having an edit option after the form has been sent would be life changing. Also being able to track the document from the sign inbox- including views, opens, etc would be helpful. Sometimes when an admin (second signer) opens multiple times but doesn't sign flags me to follow up. I receive the emails when the form is opened and signed bit it would be very helpful to open the sign inbox and see the audit trail there in real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The ease of use and practical layout in designing the form and adding fillable areas to the form. I also like how it is straightforward to obtain a shared link to the document to send to others for them to sign instead of only being able to share the form via email. I also disliked the fact that it allowed me to create and share the form without mentioning that it would stop working entirely after ten people had accessed it instead of informing me of the ten person limit and asking me to provide payment for further access. Furthermore, I did not like that the shared link to the document stopped working after a couple days and when clicked would lead to a dead link page and that I then had to recreate the shared link and that I wasn't notified of this when it happened so I could take actions to continue to provide access to the document. I find it very easy to send documents and appreciate the audit trail feature, which is essential for ensuring everything is done correctly, especially when working with domestic violence victims. I find it challenging not being able to upload a template that we can just change the client's name and information. It's inconvenient to have to create new documents for each client. I really love the AI agent function in Jotform Sign because I don't have to connect to my cloud or API and use vector stores. It makes it easier to write prompts. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign? The forms sometimes get very difficult to create page breaks, and the first page and second page will show up on the same page. And the preview view always puts the second page first. Also, setting anything time related will only show in 24 hour time, even though it gives you an AM/PM option. If you're referring to a Card Form, what you're seeing may be the Welcome Page, which can be edited or removed. Here's how to remove the Welcome Page in a Card Form: 1. Open your form in Form Builder. 2. Click the Remove Welcome Page in the top left corner of the first card in your form. As for the time format concern, we'd love to take a closer look. You can create custom documents which contain variable data and you have the ability to assign the document to multiple signers if you need to create sort of a workflow with the document. While you can create a custom document you had better like precisely what you have created because you cannot edit the document once you have created it. Even if you find a mis-spelling there is no editor to allow you to update the document without totally recreating the entire thing. JotForm sign allows me to send out the document to both parties in sequence for signing and the document can be password protected for security. Jotform seats are a little pricey, but the software is user-friendly and very functional. The ease of importing a PDF to receive signatures and assign fields to necessary parties is intuitive and useful. Jotform Sign paired with an approval workflow adds a whole new layer to processes that I didn't realize was attainable. What do you dislike about Jotform Sign? Every once in a while I find a feature that I would like to exist, but doesn't. For my approval workflow, I wanted 2 consecutive signatures and then the last portion of the document to be simultaneously filled out by 2 other parties. This is not possible, and isn't even really a straightforward process with any of Jotform's other features. It seems pretty basic to want this sort of functionality. I submit these to the support team as feature requests and move on with my day. The support team has been incredibly helpful in determining how to create a process in Jotform as well.
