What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

What do we like the best about Qgiv? The customer service and support we receive. Any new software launch can be overwhelming and time-consuming, but with Qgiv they supported us from the very beginning. They made sure we had the right custom fields and packages unlocked to be able to host a successful event. After we built out the platform, they made sure we had the training to use it and feel confident for the day of the event. Even during our event, they checked on us and made sure we could continue with the success.

We also like the silent auction option, it helps to make our gala more successful and our guests are enjoying their experiences. It's straight and to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Qgiv/Bloomerang Has Been Incredible!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

Since starting this position almost 3 years ago, I decided that we should switch our auction software. This decision was the best choice we could have made. The staff is incredible to get proper training and work through with. Alexionna, the representative, who I have been working with for quite some time has been beyond helpful and reliable. The app, the software, the card readers, everything is so simplified to make it easy for myself on the back end, but as well as users the night of the event. There isn’t anything that I specifically dislike, since we only use this for one or two events, or large annual events, I don’t always remember the checkout process which can be stressful, but like I said, previously, the staff helped out so much with that! What problems is Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplicity. Prior to me being involved with the organization that I currently work for, I heard horror stories about other auction software’s making it, especially difficult the evening of the event and even leading up. I am so grateful for how the software works. It also seems to be continuously upgrading every year that I have used it. I have mentioned things that would be interesting and no things that were changed and the next time I want to use it for an event, they had upgraded it significantly! An example of this would be the text feature, I remember when I first used it. They did not offer this and then the next time, they did! It appears that they are continuously taking suggestions and constructive criticism, and I Love that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have to be very mindful of staff time as a small nonprofit. What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

Very user friendly for back end and public. Peer to peer package is amazing for getting more money raised. We utilized it to the fullest extend for our 5k this year and raised almost double what was typically done! Integration with bloomerang is great too, as that is our donaor software already. It is a little spendy for a non profit, but it is nice that we can turn certain features on and off to save money. It absolutely pays for itself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our 5k, it used to all be cash and check. Now it is incredibly easy to raise funds. It not only saves time, but makes it so much easier for people to get involved! We also have recently started using qgiv's aution feature. After working out some kinks the first year (2023) we are happy to say that it ran absolutely perfectly in 2024 and made the event overall so much easier and smoother. "Super Easy Platform"

What do you like best about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?

This is our second year of using QGiv as our platform for our major Fundraising Gala of the year. With the auction package we are able to create a one stop shop where people can purchase their tickets and bid on silent auction items. It is awesome. We have really been able to personalize the site each year and make it match with the theme Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
