What do you like best about Birdeye?
Birdeye is a very useful tool for interacting with customers. The website and app are both very easy to use. They make responding to customers as simple as sending a text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Birdeye?
Occasionally, messages and reviews seem to be delayed on showing up on the mobile app. Other than this we have had no complaints with the Birdeye software or support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
