# What platform integrates presentation tools with collaboration apps?

Hi, G2 community. I’ve noticed a challenge with presentation tools: They often sit outside the daily workflow of teams that spend most of their time in collaboration apps. That makes sharing and feedback harder than it should be. I’m looking for a solution that ties the two together. Do you know what platform integrates presentation tools with collaboration apps?

Here are a few I’ve been considering:

Google Workspace: Google Slides feels natural within Meet and Drive, but how well does it integrate with collaboration platforms outside the Google ecosystem?

Microsoft PowerPoint: Works seamlessly with Teams, which is great for enterprises. But does it extend reliably into other collaboration tools?

Mentimeter: Adds interactivity to presentations, but how does it perform when paired with platforms like Zoom or Teams during live sessions?

Canva: Strong contender when it comes to collaboration needs, but are its integrations with Slack or project management tools deep enough for daily workflows?

For those who’ve worked with these tools (or others):

Which platform has made it easiest to present, share, and collect feedback within your main collaboration apps?

Do integrations work reliably during live meetings, or do you still find yourself switching tools?

Have you come across any unexpected benefits or challenges when combining presentations with collaboration platforms?

Thanks for sharing your insights. This is something my team and I are really trying to solve.

The biggest benefit for us while using integrations was actually version control. Once presentations became more integrated into the collaboration workflow, it got easier to avoid the usual mess of “final_v2_reallyfinal” decks floating around.

Out of all these, we’ve had the smoothest experience with Google Slides inside Google Workspace. This is mainly because comments, sharing, and live collaboration are already built into this environment.

The only downside is that if your team lives in Slack or other non-Google tools, you'll have to switch back and forth, which can interrupt your flow.

Canva felt more collaborative than PowerPoint, but the integrations didn’t fully replace my workflow. I still ended up using Slack for discussion and Canva for edits.

I think all of them do to certain extent these days. I am honestly looking into tools that integrate directly with Claude/Gemini. Google leads in that sense. Microsoft's right there since Claude has an integration for that too. Canva is platform agnostic, can be used to integrated will all of these presentation tools

I came across this free online collaboration tools article on G2. I believe it's a helpful resource for anyone interested.
