What do you like best about Xero?

Xero is very helpful for financial analysis, reporting and monitoring overall financial health, as a senior financial analyst, I regularly review revenue trends , expense patterns, cash flow and monthly financial statements it provides clean and structured reports like profit and loss , balance sheets and cash flow which are easy to understand and reliable. i also like how quickly data is updates, real time visibility helps during management reviews and forecasting discussions, exporting reports to excel or Google sheets is simple which allows deeper analysis and scenario planning. I use it daily in my workflow. and also its support is good, most issues are resolved through articles and email support. and it integrates well with analysis tools. What do you dislike about Xero?

for advance financial modeling and forecasting, xero is limited and depends on external tools . custom report building aslo has some constraints, and complex analysis usually requires exporting data, pricing can increase as usage and integration grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xero?

Xero makes daily accounting much easier and more organized. as a financial accountant. I use it mainly for invoicing, bank reconciliation , expense tracking and monthly closing, the dashboard give me a clear picture of cash flow, outstanding receivables and payables which helps in better financial control. bank reconciliation is one of the strongest features. Bank transactions sync automatically, and matching entries is quick and accurate. this saves a lot of manual effort and reduces error compared to spreadsheet based accounting. also the support and online resources are helpful most queries are solved though documentation and email support , and i use the integration of it with Google workspace daily. What do you dislike about Xero?

What do you like best about Xero?

I like most about Xero is the the clear visibility it gives into client billing and payment status. as an account manager , I regularly interact with clients regarding invoices, renewals and outstanding payments, it helps me to quickly check which invoices are sent , paid or overdue without waiting for updates from the finance team. the dashboard is simple and gives a good overview of clients accounts, I can easily download or share invoices and statements with clients, which makes communication professional and transparent. customer support and online resources are helpful most issues are resolved without much delay. it integrates easily with Google workapce which improves collaboration in account management and finance. and I use it regularly in my workflow. What do you dislike about Xero?

What do you like best about Xero?

Xero is a great tool for organizing project finance-related work in a very simple manner. I personally use it for tracking expenses, handling invoices, and analyzing cash flow for projects. The interface is clean and simple to understand, which makes it easier to get a quick snapshot. The Google Suite integration is also very useful, where invoices and reports can be easily shared via Gmail and stored in Google Drive without much hassle. Xero is a very useful tool for managing finance and operation related task in one place. I personally use it regularly to monitor expenses, handle invoices and track cash flow. What do you like best about Xero?

The best thing about Xero is the visibility it gives into sale revenue, invoices and collections, as a regional sales manager, i need clear data on how much business is closed how much is billed, and what payment are still pending across different regions ,xero makes this very easy. I can quickly check invoice status, overdue payments, and customer wise sales without depending fully on the finance team, this help me follow up with distributors and key customers in a more informed way . The dashboard give a quick snapshot of revenue and outstanding amount, which is very useful during monthly and quarterly reviews. we use it daily in out sales workflow. it integrates well with Google workspace through Gmail sheets and drive. What do you like best about Xero?

its been more than 3 years i am using Xero , the best thing about it is the clarity it provides in financial data, as a senior financial analyst I need accurate and up to date numbers for reporting , forecasting and management reviews, Xero's dashboard gives a clear snapshot of cash flow, outstanding receivables, payables and overall financial positions. I also appreciate the automation features like bank reconciliation, invoice reminders and expense categorization, these reduce manual work for the accounting team, which means cleaner data for analysis . the reporting structure is well organized, and standard financial reports like P&L , balance sheet and cash flow statement are easy to generate and share, we use it daily for invoicing, billings and accountings. and we use the integration of Google workspace with it. What do you dislike about Xero?

its very strong for accounting, it has some limitation from an advanced analysis perspective, custom financial reports and complex scenario analysis often require exporting data to excel or Google sheets ,also for multi entity or very detailed cost center analysis the setup can become slightly complex. I use Xero mainly to manage my day-to-day business accounting and keep my finances organized in one place. Xero solves the problem of managing business finances manually and dealing with fragmented accounting processes. It helps me by automating bank reconciliations, simplifying invoicing, and giving a clear, real-time view of cash flow and financial health. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or paperwork, everything stays organized in one system. What I like most about Xero is how intuitive and reliable it is for managing business finances.
