It is very user-friendly and easy to learn. It was also very easy to implement in my organization because of how simple the system was. The training was seamless. This software is used monthly and we are able to manage numerous payrolls using this. It has also integrated well with our vacation and leave management system. There are a number of features: payroll management, leave management, salary increase, PAYE and NIC payments, payslips etc. I have never had to the need to reach out to customer support because of how easy the system is to maneuver. It took just under a month to complete the verification process the first time. When we were finally all set up they cancelled one of our two payroll runs due to an issue on their end, but they still withdrew their fees from our account.
