What do you like best about CloudRadial?

A comprehensive dashboard of all endpoints, devices, apps, services, security, compliance and beyond! Allows a 360 view of the IT stack. It's a must have for SMB's & Enterprise...especially with limited "human" resources to keep track of everything. It's a great compliment to an Asset DB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudRadial?

Initially I discovered missing or incorrect data in the portal. I quickly realized that the data comes in via many sources and needs to be verified / updated. It's only as accurate as the source providing it to CloudRadial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudRadial?

There is powerful customization options, but it is also easy to use and get started. You can setup default templates for tickets, budget items, and reports and then customize them per client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudRadial?

The interface can be a little slow during high loads. We use it for so many things both internal and customer-facing that sometimes the pages take a long time to refresh or publish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
