**What do you like best about Ignition?**

I love that Ignition handles everything from the first proposal through to payment in one clean professional flow, which removes a huge amount of manual admin from my day-to-day tasks. It integrates seamlessly with the tools I already use, so I don't have to replace any of our systems, just enhances them. The platform feels purpose-built for professional services rather than a generic invoicing tool. The time saved, the professionalism it brings, and the consistency it creates make it one of the best tools I use.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

So there's some upfront effort in setting it up properly, but the payoff is absolutely worth it.

**What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ignition for proposals, billing, and client onboarding, making the whole process seamless and professional. It integrates with my tools without replacing them, reducing manual admin and saving time while enhancing professionalism and consistency.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**

I like the templates for pricing/scope of work and ease of use. It was easy to integrate with Quickbooks and accept payments. I like the projections of how much I'm making with my recurring revenue and it's MUCH better than using Quickbooks. Pricing for cc and ACH fees are less than Quickbooks as well. Customer support was very quick to respond with any questions I have, and even create Loom videos when I don't understand something.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

There is a small learning curve on how to build in customized scopes.

**What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with automated payments, quick scope to close with clients instead of manually initiating the signature process, and improves the client experience.

I really like Ignition's attention to detail, which stands out for me. The usability and the modern appeal of the software help my firm easily identify issues in our proposals. I also appreciate the great integration with Xero, which enhances the overall functionality.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

The pricing makes it hard to use. The monthly subscription is significant, and their own payment methods are more than the going average for competitors.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**

I like Ignition because of its usability and the way it integrates with other tools. It integrates smoothly with our CRM, making it easy to click through from the client's side. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

It's harder to track data. The level of data they have or give us access to is fairly limited.

Ignition standardizes products and services, allowing us to send proposals faster.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**

Ignition has helped improve our client experience. It creates a streamline experience of proposed services, pricing, contract and payment processing. Anytime I have questions about the product, the support guides are helpful but they have quick responsive chat that answers my questions.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

There is a bit of a learning curve. Things are not as intuitive as I'd like. Some things feel more clunky on the back-end. It's hard paying money for the platform (since it had previously been free through my accounting software), but the amount of time it's saving me each month is worth it.

**What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ignition is taking us to the next level with our clients. The customer experience is the key piece. We're using the proposal feature to offer multiple options to clients, to highlight additional services we offer that they may be interested in. The proposals automatically create invoices and can automatically charge cards or ACH on your set custom schedule. Or you can do it manually, but the time-saving benefit is to have it done automatically. The clients can enter and update their payment information directly, which highlights PCI compliance for our firm. Finally the contracts are fully integrated and customized depending on the services that the client chooses. It's a very streamlined process for clients, lays out specifics of services clearly. Previously we were using 3 separate things and didn't have things clearly explained or coordinated, and there was no clear flow.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**

The interface is very easy to navigate and it we can create multi-part client proposals in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

The only thing I dislike is that there are only a few options for how to send a proposal to a prospect.

**What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an accounting firm with multiple service tiers and different pricing structures based on a customer's selection of software and support. Ignition allows us to build templates around all of this, so that even new sales representatives can quickly learn how to use the system and start generating proposals. It also notifies us of any payment issues and when a client has accepted the proposal. This reduces the time they have to spend putting together documents and shortens the sales cycle.

It would be good if Ignition integrated better with Karbon to create new work items for an existing client when they sign an additional proposal

It makes our onboarding process so much quicker and efficient. It makes it so easy to collect payments from clients.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**

It is compatible with other Software programmes to link to the job or task instead of searching for the quotations seperately on another platform.
Very clear in acceptance and erase any doubt or dispute whether the quote is accepted or not.
Easy to access and lead to accurate invoicing.

It would be nice to expand to other languages

Misunderstandings in what was quoted for and whether the amounts were accepted.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**

Simplified our whole billing process, has made it so easy to project profits and patterns within our proposals. Really great software to use if you're trying to grow your business.

**What do you dislike about Ignition?**

Nothing that I can think of, I love how it has so many options to proactively fix any issues we face such as a client changing card details.

**What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving so many problems such as having a clear insight into our revenue. It's also great to see whats in the pipeline and helps us follow up proposals easily.

**What do you like best about Ignition?**


We've been in a position to streamline the proposal and renewal procedure, sending a number of characters of engagement within a single link. We like the ability to change web templates and also branding. This particular platform was in fact advised to us by several individuals and we're glad to have made the switch.


**What do you dislike about Ignition?**


There is a lack of ability to switch between various web templates, consequently renewal the particular very same e-mail which new customers receive, which can be complicated.


**Recommendations to others considering Ignition:**

It is recommended to make the proposal easily and quickly

**What problems is Ignition solving and how is that benefiting you?**


The particular platform is much less cumbersome pertaining to customers than some other solutions we've utilized in the past. It may help with the first impacts of the firm, and customers are bogged down signing a number of deals for different solutions.

I love how easy it is to build out proposals, how flexible it is and the ability to take payment - the FLEXIBLE payment taking one thing many signing services miss.

Sometimes payments take awhile to disburse.
