I dislike the lack of design elements in Quotient as it makes it challenging to create visually appealing quote templates. I would appreciate having options like static photos or more visuals, such as watermarks. Additionally, I find it not very effective for handling large tenders. It automates lead generation and quoting. Has reminders to follow-up clients. Its simple, but effective software. Its great to see exactly how the sales department is achieving KPI's. Easy to setup. You can integrate a lot of automation with Zappier. Customer support always replies and replies with a human response, its not automated & they listen to your requests for added features or removal/adjustment of features. It doesnt have enough follow-up reminders, fast paced sales teams, need to follow-up everyday, it only allows for 2 follow-up emails, unless you manually do them. But when you are sending 50 quotes a week this is hard to keep up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is straightforward to use, the fees are very good for the package you get with it, the templates are easy to set up, and when the customer excepts the quote, a draft invoice is done in Xero, ready to approve - this is an excellent feature.
