I have contacted them via email several times and each time I have heard back within an hour. **What do you dislike about AccountSight?** I've been using Accountsight for about 3mo so I don't actually have a full year's experience but so far I don't have any dislikes. **Recommendations to others considering AccountSight:** Be sure to "test" customer service for any of the others. It is quick, and you can enter the slip and go back to your work quickly. With other programs, there was quite a bit of clicking, typing and data entry to enter the simplest of slips. The same goes for expenses, which are also easy to enter. **What do you dislike about AccountSight?** There is not much to dislike, except for the lazy among us, like me, the time it takes to learn the program. However, it is very easy to learn how to enter time, charges and expenses, and the online tutorials get one up to speed quite quickly. **Recommendations to others considering AccountSight:** If you are frustrated with other time-keeping systems, try AccountSight. Does not allow for accounts receivable or credits to the billing invoice. **Recommendations to others considering AccountSight:** If AccountSight could allow for billing in increments of one-tenth of an hour or a round up of time to one-tenth of an hour and allow for credits and accounts receivable, it would work so much better for law offices. It's great for the client as we can pull customized reports on utilization and project tracking - and since it's so easy to use - keeps overhead low on their bills! **What do you dislike about AccountSight?** The only very minor challenge, is that the mobile platform won't allow you to create new tasks to assign to projects. This tool translates the time and expense data into easy to generate invoices for my customers quickly at month end. The manual process I used to do was not serving the growth of my business, and in looking at other tools in this category none that I found had as much to offer as AccountSite, and the mobile app and 5 star support set AccountSite far above the competition. Thus, it becomes imperative that we ensure that the right resources are allocated to the appropriate programs and activities and moreover we are diligently allocating and managing their capacity and have a line of sight where they may be resource and skill-set gaps. After evaluating multiple tools and companies out there that could help us do so, AccountSight was not only the most cost-effective option but also had a very user friendly UI with key capabilities we needed to manage our resources. Moreover, the partnership with the team has been great and given that it is a SaaS based application, we have been able to collaborate closely to configure the tool to meet our specific requirements. The tool is very simple to use and most of the people start to use it without any training. The management worked with us to improve the tool to suit VMWare's needs. There have been numerous enhancements that we asked and were delivered in reasonable time frame. Overtime we have also benefited from the enhancements made to the tool. This is great tool for project and resource planning as well as time tracking in terms of actual time spent on different projects and other activities in the portfolio. I would like to see the time sheet approval process cascade from approver to approver. There was some confusion with us at first but we solved this by making the PM the approver. **Recommendations to others considering AccountSight:** I highly recommend this product. Customer service can't be beat and its really easy to use. **What problems is AccountSight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had no internal system in place outside of collecting time sheets from employees from their clients. I was given the task to pick a system for the company. Our main requirements/priorities were time tracking, enterprise level resource planning, approval of workflow for the time tracking system and lastly billing. We looked at several options. The closest thing we found to accountsight to fit our needs was 6 times the cost per user. AccountSight did everything we needed for a fraction of the price. We can now easily track employees time on the various projects we have going on and bill accordingly. We just started using the expense feature, no feedback on that yet, but again very easy to use. ### 29. The site is reliable, the reports are easy to understand, and the customer service is outstanding. **What do you dislike about AccountSight?** The initial setup is a bit confusing, but the representatives at AccountSight were very helpful and responsive. **What problems is AccountSight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking time of contract employees and reporting hours to client for invoicing. The biggest benefit is the time saved - it takes no time for the employees to enter their time, the hiring managers to approve it, or for me to run the reports. ### 30. The system is quite flexible and provides us with the capability to track time with multiple billable rates based on projects. AccountSight reports gives excellent visibility into our project portfolio, tracked time analysis, budget, and billing information.
