Simple interface, all inclusive tools with a free option. It is very simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a one stop tool. I am a small business and wanted something that allowed me to both capture project hours as well as invoice all in the same package. AccountSight is great! Customer service has been very responsive. AccountSight is great! Being cloud-based platform its very easy to learn and use at all time.my team have been able to access all companies information with ease and without any location limitation. Nothing much to dislike for all those years have been using this software. To be honest it has greatly transformed my company to tremendous success. The part I like best is the simplicity of entering a time slip. It is quick, and you can enter the slip and go back to your work quickly. With other programs, there was quite a bit of clicking, typing and data entry to enter the simplest of slips. The same goes for expenses, which are also easy to enter. There is not much to dislike, except for the lazy among us, like me, the time it takes to learn the program. However, it is very easy to learn how to enter time, charges and expenses, and the online tutorials get one up to speed quite quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is generally pretty intuitive and easy to use. I don't believe I have explored all of the functions of the software so look forward to learning all it can do. Some of the functionalities are a little unwieldy. My biggest pet peeve is that there seems to be a bug where when you use the timer for an activity you cannot go back in and edit the notes without starting the timer again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
