It provides functionality that should be natively built into Xero - I can finally extract live data directly into spreadsheets. It has a pretty intuitive user-interface that, once you've got comfortable, allows you to build custom reports that auto-update. Quickbooks is notoriously hard to use for an accountant who simply wants raw data tables, since almost everything in that program is formatted and not really adapted to data analysis. It is not always able to clear data that is supposed to be hidden or archived. For example, our customer list was flooded with individual email adresses in the early days of the companies. Those could be hidden in Quickbooks, but G-accon does not separate them out when building customer lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

G-Accon is great for making bulk updates to lists, journal entries, invoices etc. in QBO. I've also been using to create dashboards that updated on a regular basis to lead discussions with my clients on their financial state. Very easy to implement and good customer support. G-Accon creates a seamless integration to pull Xero reports, transactions, accounts etc. from multiple Xero org's into a single google sheet. This makes analysing the consolidated data so much more streamlined and significantly reduces the time it takes to run multiple reports.
