When there are more than 100 results, an export of the data will still only show 100 lines unless you click 'more.' sometimes I was exporting 1900+ lines and had to click through 19 times, which was time consuming and annoying. 2) I also disliked how we were unable to own the bank information WE entered. We collected bank information from thousands of vendors but after initial entry, could not see the full bank string. We'd have vendors ask where payments went to, and BILL made it near impossible to get that information in full. I was tired of going through support to do this 3) I dislike the lack of customization of vendor / customer communications. The initial setup was super easy, and it's cheaper and more convenient for us to handle invoicing ourselves. I've already recommended BILL AP/AR to a couple of friends. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** I wish BILL AP/AR could auto-read the name on the invoice. We're contractors, and when our subcontractors send invoices, they include invoice numbers and our customer names. It would be really helpful if the system could pick up both the customer name and the invoice number. **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** BILL AP/AR solves the problem of duplicate bills. It's easy to use, letting us pay contractors via ACH or paper check. Switching from an accountant to processing invoicing ourselves with BILL AP/AR is cheaper and more convenient. ### 44. We can also set up approval processes so each team member can review and approve items quickly. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** At times, the sign-up process can feel a bit cumbersome for vendors when they’re creating their own accounts. Even though the benefits ultimately outweigh the hassle, it can still take some convincing and a little time for them to get comfortable with the system. **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves a lot of time, especially when I’m working with many different vendors.
