
The tool is a great way to view all invoices and send payments when desired. The ease of paying bills is the best feature of the device. I also appreciate that if their is a delay in payment, the system sends out alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to have a license to use bill.com, where all our bills are stored. Therefore, you must go into Bill.com to review during an audit. The same issue arises at month's end; you have to look in two different systems to review the final numbers and confirm everything was entered correctly.
We also get payments from customers using Bill. It is not user friendly to collect or connect. Every time I go to connect it logs me into the AP system and I am unable to connect. I have reached out to the customer team with no help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
