The setup and implementation of BILL for our multiple organizations was quick and seamless. The ability to easily approve and create audit trails for each expense has been extremely useful for our team. It also syncs easily with QuickBooks, removing the need for manual entry for payables. My team and I use BILL daily, and it has become an integral piece to our team's workflow. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** Unfortunately, BILL does not integrate with our new accounting system as it did with QuickBooks. **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** BILL solved the need for a remotely accessible platform to be able to efficiently pay bills on, eliminating the need to run physical check batches to pay vendors. It's nice to be able to send invoices there and put them into queues for different approvers. I like having it all in once place. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** Sometimes it struggles with emails with multiple bills in them. We often get PDFs with a series of Bills but it only picks up the first one. It sometimes seems to struggle with offline payments, too. We mark a bill as paid in Bill.com but it sometimes duplicates that in QuickBooks Online. **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bill.com helped us track our incoming invoices and make sure they went in for approval. Plus, the approval workflow is exceptional for larger organizations. The payment options of check, e-payment and virtual card are great! I also like the automatic refund for stale checks so they can be promptly reissued. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** The cost per user is high. Worth it, but still high. It would be way more expensive to have a manual process with approvers. They make it very easy to navigate to bill approvals and export vendor invoice data for audit purposes. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** The only thing that would improve our experience of using BILL AP/AR would be an integration with confluence, and specifically Jira, in order to cross reference our actual spend with our vendor specific expected spend. **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ability to manage invoicing and payments for all of our third party vendors. The invoices are automatically coded to the correct GL account. This is then synced to my Accounting software. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** In the past, I have had trouble with customer support at BILL. There used to be no way to have a live phone call; just chat was available. Recently BILL has added the option to speak to a real person on the phone. This is much better. Some of the customer support people are better than others. **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have to manually input invoices. I can pay invoices by checking a box. BILL automatically makes the journal entries associated with the payables process in my Accounting system. This has been a game-changer. No more manual checks! The automation features save us a significant amount of time, and the platform is incredibly easy to use. Integration with QuickBooks is seamless, which makes syncing payments and managing records a breeze. It’s clear that BILL was designed with accounting workflows in mind. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** Honestly, nothing major at the moment. The platform does most of what we need it to do. Bill.com might be the worst payment solution for today's world of technology. **What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?** Everything! First off, who thought a virtual card was a good idea? What the hell? **What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is rare that you find a payments/receiving company that does something bad. I cannot tell you how much I absolutely definitely HATE bill.com. Their Virtual Card concept is worthless and doesn't make sense at all. I've used other tools, like hellobonsaid.com or plain ol Stripe.com, that I get paid same day. Bill.com went the direction of the dinosaurs and should be disabled. After 4 chat conversations, 2 emails, and 2 phone calls (not including all the transfers on phone calls and chat), I am still not paid after a week. Why do you guys have to reinvent the wheel?
