What do you like best about Chaser?

Automations and integrations have been impressive. We integrated with our on-premises Sage 200 in just five minutes, making it the easiest integration I have ever experienced. The PDF uploader is a real game changer, as it allows us to easily upload copies of invoices to customers, ensuring they receive a copy with every chase. Usually, you would need a hosted AR system to achieve this. The automations are excellent, highly customizable, and feel very natural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

Sometimes, customers may be chased if you forget to hold an invoice. It would be helpful to have a historical report feature and the ability to track improvements over time. Grouping customer sites and establishing parent-child relationships would also be beneficial, allowing customers to access multiple sites through a single portal. Additionally, it would be useful if the chasing process notified customers about any unallocated credits.

"Efficient Debt Automation, Needs Enhanced Reporting"
What do you like best about Chaser?

I use Chaser for automating debt collection by chasing clients and facilitating payments. I love having all communication, audit trails, and notation within one central workflow. It saves me time by solving the issue of manually emailing hundreds of customers weekly for payment reminders, allowing me and my team to focus on more value-added tasks. Chaser enables us to maintain a centrally managed credit control function with email integration, so nothing is missed, rather than managing multiple reports across spreadsheets and accounting systems. The email integration of outbound emails is a standout feature for us, and it was much easier to use compared to the product we used before, Satago. The initial setup was very easy and just took a couple of hours for tweaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

We would really appreciate enhanced reporting features. More areas to slice and dice reports to allow bespoke reporting (& customer batch updating). Another being flexibility around payment plans - It would be great to be able to set up plans outside the rigid 1/2/4 week structure. For payment plans, very often we try to front load the plan with 2 payments in 1 month, then the remaining installments monthly. This cannot be done as I can only choose monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly. The only workaround is for me to set a reminder to cancel the plan in 1 month's time and switch the balance from bi-weekly to monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Previously, our emails were sent directly from our own mailbox, but now they include 'mail-srv1.com' in the sender information. Regarding the email sender address - it sounds like your email integration may have become disconnected. When this happens, emails are sent via Chaser’s mail server rather than directly from your own mailbox. You can easily fix this by reconnecting your email to Chaser following the steps in our help article here: https://help.chaserhq.com/connect-your-email-to-chaser

Once reconnected, your emails will send directly from your own address again, helping them appear fully authentic to your customers.

What do you like best about Chaser?

I love that Chaser simplifies chasing overdue invoices by integrating seamlessly with my accounting software, QuickBooks. What do you like best about Chaser?

We've been using Chaser for a few months now, and it has transformed the way we manage our credit control. The automated reminders are incredibly effective while still feeling personal, and the integration with Xero is seamless.

What really stands out is the time we've saved chasing overdue invoices — and more importantly, the improvement in our cash flow. We've seen a noticeable reduction in debtor days since implementing Chaser.

It saves man hours and never forgets to send a chaser. Customers pay faster. Chaser is very easy to use. The customer support is excellent and friendly. The features on the basic package are fine.
