
I like that Hubdoc can recognize documents and their fields and that it works in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I have multiple documents for the same transaction, all get imported into Xero, which can be annoying. I would like the option to create rules, like if a document has 'some specific text,' it should be classified as a Receipt and applied to a specific account. This would solve most of my problems. It would also be good to have documents classified based on the date, so all documents from a given month and year are stored in a dedicated folder automatically.
