What do you like best about ConnectBooster?

The ability to resolve a ticket directly into an invoice is very useful. Having all units operate within a single platform increases efficiency. The system is streamlined and delivers real-time results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectBooster?

No one enjoys chasing money, but we have to get paid to stay in business. Connectbooster has made it so much easier to get paid in a timely manner without having to pester clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What everyone hates, it costs money... also not a connect booster thing but if you have a client that declines payment for any reason it's a Bugger to get setup to recurring again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectBooster?

Connectbooster has it all in one place. The dashboard is very user-friendly and not overcrowded with unnecessary "stuff". No searching around trying to find the correct link. I can access outstanding invoices, recent transaction history, autopay details, the list goes on; all with a simple click. The tech support is always very friendly and helpful. What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?

I don't need tech support often because this software has minimal issues. However, it would be helpful if they had extended hours for support since I am on the pacific coast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
