**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

What I like most about ConnectBooster is that it solves one of the biggest operational problems most MSPs have:

Getting paid consistently and predictably.

Most MSP owners spend enormous effort on sales, service delivery, and customer success, but many still rely on surprisingly manual billing and collections processes. ConnectBooster automates much of that workflow.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

The pricing model can become expensive

This is the biggest criticism you’ll hear from MSP owners.

Historically, ConnectBooster’s pricing has included:

* Platform fees.
* Merchant processing fees.
* Volume-based charges tied to payment processing.  

Impact:

As your MRR grows, ConnectBooster becomes more expensive even though the amount of work the platform performs doesn’t necessarily increase.

For a growing MSP, that can become a significant operational cost.

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

ConnectBooster has helped streamline our payment collection process and improve cash flow significantly. The automated ACH and credit card payment system makes it easier for customers to pay on time, and the integration with our existing systems has reduced a lot of manual work for our office staff. The customer portal is also convenient and professional-looking, which helps create a smoother experience for clients.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when configuring automations and workflows. Some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, and troubleshooting certain issues may require support involvement more often than expected. Pricing can also add up depending on transaction volume and features being used.

ConnectBooster helps automate accounts receivable and payment processing, which reduces administrative workload and improves consistency in collecting payments. It has helped speed up invoice payments, improve cash flow, and reduce the time our staff spends manually following up with customers. Payment automation and streamlined invoice processing, with PSA integration that helps improve cash flow and deliver noticeable efficiency gains.

The setup can be complex, and the integration feels dependent on other systems. Transaction fees are a drawback, customization options are limited, and there’s a noticeable learning curve before everything feels straightforward.

Payments are slow, and the billing process feels overly manual. This creates cashflow delays and adds unnecessary admin overhead, making payment collection inefficient overall.

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

It’s easy to use and it offers a way for customers to be able to see their past, present and future invoices.  I like how there’s options to have saved payments, scheduled payments and autopay.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

Email customization could be better.  Autopay rules are difficult for customers to follow and understand.

Getting payments on time

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

The ability to resolve a ticket directly into an invoice is very useful. Having all units operate within a single platform increases efficiency. The system is streamlined and delivers real-time results.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

I have not yet determined what Kaseya 365 Ops does the least effectively.

**What problems is ConnectBooster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not entirely sure what the Kaseya 365 Ops solution includes beyond billing, as I haven’t used it myself, but I have read about it.

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

No one enjoys chasing money, but we have to get paid to stay in business. Connectbooster has made it so much easier to get paid in a timely manner without having to pester clients.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

Ocassionally, we have issues with customers getting into their portal, but for the most part we have zero issues.

**What problems is ConnectBooster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get paid on time. We don’t have to send the client multiple messages to get our money.

Our clients have access to all their invoices. It streamlines AR and we know how much incoming revenue is in the pipeline getting clients on auto-pay.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

Relying on QuickBooks Webconnext for invoice sync.

CB takes care of PCI conpliancies, allows our clients to enter their own payment information with their secure logins, and streamlines our recurring invoicing.

Using ConnectBooster has streamlined our billing and payment collection steps.  We can automate payment reminders, add any applicable fees, and move away from our previous CC processor that we disliked.

None. It does what I need it to do. :)))

We implemented connect booster and they helped us get our AR down to less than 30days outstanding

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

What everyone hates, it costs money... also not a connect booster thing but if you have a client that declines payment for any reason it's a Bugger to get setup to recurring again

**What problems is ConnectBooster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated billing for our customers. Also helps push customers to act rather than CC which then saves oats for us as well

ConnctBooster has greatly reduced the time and effort that it takes our company to collect payments from our customers. We have had zero uses the 2 years that we have been using the product. Highly recommended.

Nothing, the program works very well. We are super happy.o

ConnectBooster has made it so much easier to collect payments from our clients an added the ability to receive ACH/EFT payments.

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

Connectbooster has it all in one place. The dashboard is very user-friendly and not overcrowded with unnecessary "stuff".  No searching around trying to find the correct link.  I can access outstanding invoices, recent transaction history, autopay details, the list goes on; all with a simple click. The tech support is always very friendly and helpful. Very positive and upbeat.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

I don't need tech support often because this software has minimal issues. However, it would be helpful if they had extended hours for support since I am on the pacific coast.

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectBooster:**

It is very user-friendly and the support is there if you need it.

**What problems is ConnectBooster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers can log into Connectbooster and review their account activity. This is very helpful because it reduces the calls that we receive from customers asking for copies of invoices and payment history. Everything is easily accessed online.

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

ConnectBooster is easy to setup. It integrates with Autotask and QuickBooks. The customer facing portal is easy to use. I like the ability to configure auto payments.

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

The integration to QuickBooks uses the QuickBooks web connector, which requires that a user stays logged into the QuickBooks server. This is more an issue with QuickBooks than ConnectBooster.

**What problems is ConnectBooster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, customers mostly paid us by check. This was inconvenient for both them and us. Now customers mostly pay with Credit Card or ACH. We can ask customers to make payments as soon as invoices are posted, which speeds up the time it takes for us to place orders and start projects.

It allows us to integrate Connectwise Sell to quote and collect money immediately upon acceptance of a quote.

Not the easiest to intiiatively use without training.

We didn't have the ability to immediately collect funds after an approved quote before using.

**What do you like best about ConnectBooster?**

The GUI for this software is amazing. Very intuitive. Easy to understand and navigate. Makes it very easy to see what companies are at the top of your Accounts Receivable. I love the implementation of the calendar, it really helps me visualize what cash flow should look like over the month. This software is everything you need, I wouldn't look anywhere else. 

**What do you dislike about ConnectBooster?**

There isn't too much about this software that I don't like, it is very easy to use and has all the functions you would like to see in a software of its type. I do wish that it was a bit more intuitive to set up the first time. That process can be a little overwhelming for someone just starting out with this process. The support is good enough to help you through the setup process so this isn't a huge issue with me, but it is something to consider. 

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectBooster:**

If you are looking for a easy to use software, you don't have to look any further. This is the best software out there for this category. If you are afraid it will be hard to learn, don't worry, it will not be.

We are using this software as a way to automate payment processing. When you business starts doing auto payments, it is a game changer. This software is killer for automating this process and very easy to use for people with all types of technical abilities.
