I find it incredibly challenging to copy and paste from a word doc into Splose notes - all the formatting is lost and I spend too long trying to just make the notes look half decent.

I am finding Splose very easy to use, the AI note-taking has been a game changer and works relatively well most of the time. For NZ based physios their ACC integration has been a breeze and if ever you need help, Billy the chatbot is fantastic or their team responsive if Billy cannot assist. They are great at implementing changes submitted by the community and the platform continues to evolve constantly. There are still a few things that are a bit clunky, but they are always changing and improving these. For NZ-based physios the most difficult thing for me currently is not being able to invoice an appointment until an ACC claim is linked. Meaning you can't generate an invoice for a surcharge +/- email a receipt/invoice until after you have lodged the ACC claim and attached it to the appointment.
