## splose Reviews
 ### 1. Splose Centralises NDIS Scheduling, Billing, and Funding Management Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie-Morgane H. | Specialist behaviour support practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is very adapted to scheduling, billing and fund management in the context of the NDIS. I am able to quickly see how much funding is remaining for clients, and the possibility to setup funding periods is invaluable.
I also love the possibility to link in all notes and communications - I have used other CRM in previous companies, and here were multiple systems in place to complete all these tasks - centralising all in one single CRM has been the biggest time saver for me.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

When I edit appointments, it can reset to a default appointment duration - i.e: if I change the start time but want the same end time, i also need to manually re-enter the end time.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose allows me to keep an eye on funding allocations, communications, progress notes and all risk and RP assessments all in one place.
This is saving precious time - i estimate it has cut my admin time by half if not more compared to previous systems I have used

 ### 2. Splose Is Worth Its Weight in Gold for Invoicing, Booking, and NDIS Case Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron M. | Senior Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose integration with business software is flawless, the ease of the calendar booking/billing system is fantastic when it comes to invoicing. Invoicing is quick and simple to use, the user guides are simple to understand - so you can get set up the right way the first time. Such thoughtful steps for supporting practitioners and small businesses to succeed easily and cut down on administrative duties makes this program worth its weight in gold. Being able to track cases and set within NDIS funding periods is fantastic to maintain responsible use of funding. Being able to see billed vs paid invoices on the dashboard is excellent.

Customer support is fast and helpful when queries need to be resolved.
I use and rely on Splose everyday for my business - and would be lost without it.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are none. Splose is exactly what I need

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a sole practitioner currently, Splose cuts admin/billing tasks in half - it is my primary calendar system, it has become my cloud based client information storage, everything that I do relies on Splose - and it is a super capable platform for my needs as my business scales.

 ### 3. Intuitive, Feature-Rich CRM That Listens to Its Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, even when setting up more advanced features. It has a really strong set of tools that make it feel like a complete CRM rather than just a practice management system. From waitlist management and calendar scheduling through to invoicing and client records, everything is integrated into one platform.

The invoicing process is particularly quick and easy, which saves a lot of administrative time. The embedded forms feature is also fantastic and makes it simple to collect information from clients in a streamlined way. Appointment reminders are another feature we rely on heavily.

One of the things I appreciate most is the level of customisation available, particularly with progress notes and templates. This allows us to tailor documentation to suit our clinical and compliance requirements.

I also really like how community-minded the Splose team is. The Ideas Hub is a great feature where users can suggest and vote on improvements and see what the developers are currently working on. It genuinely feels like user feedback shapes the direction of the platform.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Some of the formatting options for forms and progress note templates could be improved. While the end result looks good from the user perspective, the backend formatting can sometimes be a bit harder to structure when building templates.

Progress note formatting can also shift slightly once notes are finalised, which means templates sometimes require a bit of tweaking to ensure they display well. This setup can be a little time consuming initially, although once everything is configured properly it works very well.

The waitlist function is useful but could benefit from more flexibility depending on the structure of the practice.

One feature that would be a real game changer would be an integrated task or to-do list for each practitioner that can be linked to individual clients. This would be particularly helpful for tracking things like report due dates in compliance-heavy sectors such as the NDIS. Alternatively, an integration with task management platforms like Asana or Microsoft To-Do could provide similar functionality and help streamline workflow management.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps streamline the operational side of running a practice by bringing multiple systems into one platform. Instead of juggling separate tools for client records, appointment scheduling, forms, reminders, and invoicing, everything is integrated in a single system. This significantly reduces administrative time and the risk of information being missed or duplicated.

For our team, the customisable progress notes and embedded forms are particularly valuable. They allow us to structure documentation in a way that supports both clinical work and compliance requirements, which is especially important in regulated sectors such as the NDIS.

The automated appointment reminders and simplified invoicing process also reduce manual admin tasks, allowing practitioners to focus more on client work rather than paperwork. Overall, Splose improves workflow efficiency, keeps information organised, and makes it much easier to manage both the clinical and business sides of the practice.

 ### 4. Streamlined Integration with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayemin D. | Speech Pathologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love how I can always get help at the drop of a hat with Splose. I don't have to wait to get through to a busy company, and most of my problems are always solved within a short time. I also really love how responsive the team is to new suggestions and features from users. This is something I've never experienced before in a client management platform, so it's a really refreshing change. Splose has been great at integrating everything I used to use different software for into one place, like my service agreements and forms, which is great for record keeping and has really streamlined things for me. It was really easy to set up, and the help guides were great. It's nice to know that the developers care about providing a better service.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I don't have any complaints at this stage

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose integrates everything I need in one place, like service agreements and forms, which streamlines record keeping. It's really improved my workflow.

 ### 5. Splose Streamlines Appointment Management Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma S. | Mental Health Social Worker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really appreciate how Splose helps me keep track of my appointments and allows my clients to book online. It's quite helpful for keeping track of the number of appointments left in the mental health care plans. I value the booking calendar and online booking features. Keeping track of client notes, as well as communicating with GPs and clients, meets all my general client requirements. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy, and the Splose team was lovely, helping me integrate quickly without losing much. That's something I absolutely value.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'd really like the ability for clients to cancel their appointments themselves and get an alert when they do. Also, it would be nice to easily pull out a list of clients on a daily basis to print and place at the front desk, because without that it's a bit tricky because we share a machine among mixed allied health services.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps me keep track of my appointments, allows clients to book online, and manages the number of appointments left in mental health care plans. I value the booking calendar, online booking, and tracking client notes and communication.

 ### 6. Streamlined Integration Boosts Efficiency in Clinics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom K. | Physiotherapist and Clinic Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like how Splose is very well integrated and that they use AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my practice. The AI chatbot is really useful to help me find solutions to problems. If I can't find solutions, it often redirects me to real staff who are very responsive and quick at getting back to me, which helps me find a solution.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think there could be more features on the forms that are currently available, such as the ability to easily duplicate forms and add features to these forms live, rather than having to go to the original template of the form and make edits there.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose integrates my billing, booking, scheduling, and accounting all in one place. It's well integrated and uses AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my practice.

 ### 7. Complete Practice Management Software That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

It is a complete practice management software tailored for allied health so I feel like it suits the needs of my business and understands my business. The splose team is very helpful and constantly taking feedback to help improve the product which I appreciate. I know that over time it will continue to improve.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I wish that it had an app that I could use on my phone instead of needing to go through a web browser. Some features are clunky however the team works on these.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a practice management software that understands a mobile allied health practice. This makes it different from more generic software for clinics out there. Because splose is designed by and for people who have businesses like mine, it feels very intuitive to me.

 ### 8. Intuitive and Time-Saving Calendar Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naomi O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I use Splose as the calendar management system for my occupational therapy community practice. I find it very useful to keep track of scheduled appointments and appreciate that the automated invoicing helps prevent me from falling behind with admin tasks. I love that Splose is intuitive to use and has a lot of automated features, allowing my focus to remain on my clients rather than the admin side of running a business. I also like the color coding in the calendar and how services can be tailored. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I have not noticed anything specific.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose keeps track of scheduled appointments and automates invoicing, preventing admin delays. Its intuitive use and automated features allow me to focus on clients rather than admin tasks.

 ### 9. Affordable Practice Management Solution with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarita S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find Splose really helpful for several things. It's very user-friendly and affordable, which is a big plus. It gives me the space to handle all my calendar bookings, whether it's for occupational therapy or assistance, and it works well for both online and in-person services. I love it for invoicing and keeping track of my income—it makes those tasks much easier. The chat support team is fantastic, especially when I want to set something new up or do something different; they guide me effectively. The ease of use extends to setting up new forms, integrations, and services with their guidance or using the chatbot. The travel fee organization is quite efficient too. Overall, setting up was simple, and I had a lot of support, making it intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Each time I add a new practitioner, I have to pay more, which makes sense, but it's also a little bit of a challenge for a small business. And also with the AI that's additional, so I haven't used that feature yet, but I would like to explore that. Also, it's a little tricky with the SMS notification. So when my customers get an SMS notification, they can't reply to that. So it's not two way. And I end up sometimes missing cancellations or responses to my reminder messages.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for organizing calendar bookings, submitting online forms and service agreements, managing invoicing, and scheduling Zoom calls. It helps streamline my practice management tasks, making it essential for clinic and home visits, and organizing travel fees.

 ### 10. Great AI Integration with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhys B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really like Splose's AI integration. The AI tools are really, really great, particularly in how they make it much easier to write notes and letters. The transcription feature works really well, and when everything is used together, it's great. I find it super handy how exercises I give in sessions automatically get logged, and all those notes can be used again with the AI tool for writing referrals and letters, which makes it really, really easy. I'm impressed with how Splose takes feedback well and this keeps us from wanting to change to another product.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I find that sometimes the recording doesn't work properly and it doesn't upload, so I often have to download the recording, refresh the progress note, and then reupload it. Also, sometimes, it doesn't really pick up previous notes, so I have to copy information from previous notes into the AI chat to get it to properly pick things up.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes writing notes and letters easier with AI, logging session exercises automatically and integrating previous notes for seamless referrals and updates. It simplifies my workflow.

 ### 11. Great Practice Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kaveri p.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find Splose very useful for handling all my practice management as a dietitian. It solves a lot of admin issues and invoicing so much quicker and integrates well with Xero and my calendar, saving me smart time. The AI feature is very helpful for doing notes and documentation, saving a lot of time, and the SMS feature for sending reminders is also very helpful, relieving me from admin time. The initial setup was quite good with a very good one-on-one session with a team member and helpful videos, making it easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'm not able to very well understand the linking with all the invoices with Xero, and that's not still working with me 100%. If there is something less complicated, that would be really good. It's really difficult to send forms like a service agreement and the intake form if they are not embedded. Sending them in a PDF format or a link for easy filling could be less complicated. I would love to be able to use Splose with my meal planning software, but it doesn't at the moment. Also, it could be expensive for some people, especially if they are not using AI features or telehealth.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for practice management as a dietitian. It solves admin issues and speeds up invoicing with Xero integration, saving time. The AI feature helps with notes and documentation, while SMS reminders reduce admin workload.

 ### 12. Efficient Practice Management with AI Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I do like the AI features in Splose. While AI is in its infancy, I think the features are good and accurate. They produce nice reports and clinical notes, rarely needing changes. I also like the ease of use of the clinic diary; booking patients is really quick and simple. It's really handy that I can do this from multiple devices easily. Splose's setup process was very easy and simple, which I found helpful. I found the platform to be cost-effective and enjoy its simplicity and ease of use. I appreciate the speed improvements for note, report, and letter writing, which used to take much longer. Splose looked like a simple and easy-to-use product, and I found it to be so. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else at the moment. I'm looking forward to continuing as a partner and user because it's a great product that's constantly evolving.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'd like a tab on the front screen for viewing a graph of overall revenue on the dashboard, but it's capped at six to eight months. It would be good to expand it on a sliding scale to see trends over one, two, or five years. When a client cancels, the appointment disappears from the system, and unless I immediately remember to rebook, their name is forgotten. This problem could be worse with multiple practitioners. I'd like a feature to star a patient and make a quick note of why, so there's a list of starred patients or clients, showing reasons like appointment cancellations, waiting for a scan, or invoice payment, which helps in keeping track. The link to Xero bulks appointments together into one payment, making client reconciliation difficult, which forced me to disconnect Splose from Xero. It doesn't work how I'd like it to.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose is essential for calendar bookings, client billing, and finances. It speeds up note writing, reducing time from minutes to seconds, and enhances the professionalism of my outputs. Its AI features make report and clinical note writing accurate and simple.

 ### 13. Streamlined Practice Management with Splose

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jedediah O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really like how Splose makes setting up appointments easy and how it integrates AI with appointments and notes, which helps with note-taking. I also appreciate how it keeps everything in one place, making everything streamlined. The inclusion of text messaging, clinical notes, appointments, and emailing all in one platform is great. Using the AI bot helped me sort out the setup, even though it was tricky initially.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Setting up text messages for multiple family members under one number can be tricky. If I put the parent's number down for the child, it shows up as multiple messages being sent or received. This process makes it hard to directly send a message to the client parent.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose keeps all my practice management tasks, like setting up appointments, note-taking, text messaging, and emailing, in one place to streamline everything.

 ### 14. Easy, Intuitive Scheduling with Effortless Billing and Invoicing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina M. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find scheduling appointments to be easy and intuitive. Billing and invoicing is very easy, compared to other systems I have used.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It would be helpful to have more flexibility in personalisation across features, options, and templates. For example, the placeholders available in templates feel limited depending on the template type, the appointment status' are restrictive and you cannot limit the services available to each client/case. It would also be nice if it integrated better with outlook.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a huge time saver and our visibility of appointments, communication, invoices and payments have never been better.

 ### 15. User-Friendly, Innovative, and Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy H. | Occupational Therapist and Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I appreciate that Splose is super easy to use for managing my clients, documentation, and payments. It's user-friendly, community-oriented, and innovative. Splose keeps adding useful new features, inviting user feedback, and is very helpful through the user Facebook group. The integration with Xero saves me from manually reconciling invoice payments. The initial setup was easy, and I highly recommend it with a 10 out of 10 score.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'm still having teething issues with using the integrated AI, but that's probably as much me as it is Splose. I'm having trouble with it distinguishing between different people speaking when I use it to transcribe client appointments. I'm still figuring out what is needed to solve the problem, but it's a minor issue.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes it super easy to manage my clients, legal documentation, and invoicing, streamlining my workflow as an occupational therapist.

 ### 16. Effortless Invoicing, Learning Curve for Full Potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really appreciate the financial side of Splose; it's really easy to write invoices, make sure I'm getting paid, and the reports to show how much I'm earning are fabulous. I also found that since I started using the AI on Splose, it has made leaving case notes so much easier. Overall, I found the system quite good, and the initial setup was quite easy, especially putting in customers and clients, and archiving files, which hasn't been an issue.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think it would be great if we could have somewhere to record small amounts of time we're working with people. I have to keep records for that myself. Note keeping was a little bit difficult, I couldn't seem to work out how to do that. There were a couple of things I couldn't put in during setup, like notes on the client page and ABNs.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love Splose for its financial side, making invoices and tracking payments easy. The AI has simplified my note-keeping, making it much easier to leave case notes.

 ### 17. Essential Platform for Billing, Progress Notes & NDIS Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love how easy Splose is to use. I also appreciate how it integrates with the NDIS portal. It's great for tracking billing and staff performance. It saves hours of time, making it efficient for my needs.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I wish we had a longer time to change progress notes rather than just twenty-four hours. It would be great to have up to seven days. This allows for time to receive progress notes from other allied health professionals in the team who may have been on a case conference with you.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose is excellent for my practitioners to enter all their billing, integrates with the NDIS portal, and tracks billing and staff performance, saving hours of time. It's easy to use, especially by staff across different ages, making our workflow seamless.

 ### 18. Streamlined Practice Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like that Splose is relatively straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to use for practice management tasks. I also appreciate the 'continuous improvement' approach they have towards the software. Having the calendar, clinical notes, and client details all in one spot is a big plus for me, as it means I can find all the information I need, whether it's regarding my client or another team member. This setup increases efficiency and transparency, which I find very valuable.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I miss being able to drag busy blocks and would like to allow certain busy blocks to count towards utilization targets when running reports.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose to manage my practice with features like calendar, clinical notes, and client details all in one spot, increasing efficiency and transparency.

 ### 19. Intuitive UI, Easy Online Booking, and NDIS-Ready Invoicing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

User interface, ease of online booking pages for clients, and invoice template compatible with NDIS requirements

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Currently there's no feature to create distinct episodes of care for clients. If a client has been discharged and returns to receive supports with us again, I can't sort or filter progress notes relating to their first episode of care or treatment period to their second care episode. There's also no task to-do list feature - this feels super important as after every therapy sessio, there are 'next steps' I have to take specific to each client. I would like there to be a practitioner to-do list where I can add and tick off tasks (as in a simple checklist note).

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their recent launch of the multiple booking pages has been SUPER helpful - thank you!

 ### 20. Streamlined Practice Management with Stellar Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline B. | Speech Pathologist and Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like splose for making admin easy and the way it handles automations and integrations. The Microsoft teams integration is great because it means not having to send telehealth reminders manually. The Xero integrations make accounting easy for me, and I find the two-way SMS feature very helpful. I also love their new performance metrics. The initial setup was quite easy, especially with help from the splose team, and splose offers all the tools I need, so I don't have to use any other software.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

nothing

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes admin easy, automates tasks like telehealth reminders, simplifies accounting with Xero integration, and provides two-way SMS, which is hugely beneficial.

 ### 21. Engaging interface for ND brains; seamless integrations; exceptional support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia Mackay T. | Psychotherapist & Counsellor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about splose?**

The interface is straightforward yet visually appealing, as well as being very user-friendly. The Xero integration is seamless, as is the Google calendar functionality. Customer support is exceptional!

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Nothing, I honestly love it - any things I want changed I can suggest to them and I know it'll be actioned.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an AuDHDer the appealing, efficient interface is critical for me to stay motivated to actually use it (i.e. keep up with my notes!).

 ### 22. Intuitive All-in-One Practice Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It's intuitive and easy to use, a one-stop shop for everything I need for my business. The ability to integrate Splose with Xero, complete billing and bookings, and integrate forms creates smoother workflows. Splose is simple and intuitive to use, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for good integrations, ease with calendar, appointment booking, form completion, emails, texts, clinical notes, and billing. It's a one-stop shop that's more simple and intuitive than our previous software, offering smoother workflows with integration to Xero.

 ### 23. Easy Invoicing and Powerful Admin Automation for Sole Traders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like how easy it is to send invoices, rebook clients and automate lots of administrative processes as a sole trader. I like that you can chat to support anytime and the AI feature that will help you navigate the website.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The UX is not completely optimized, and it definitely takes more time getting used to than a standard clinic software. However, once you become familiar, you realize how much greater it is then other practice management softwares. I also don’t like how when you press to rebook or repeat occurrences the default is “daily”, it should be weekly.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves handling practice management as a sole trader with no dedicated admin team.

 ### 24. Streamlining Practice Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find that Splose automates a lot of my processes and saves me a lot of time in admin. It's reasonably intuitive, and when there are things that are a little bit difficult, I can utilise the chat feature to quickly resolve an issues. The AI chat feature is really helpful, and helped me navigate the areas of my business really easily. Also, the initial setup was quite smooth and well supported.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Sometimes some of the emailing can be a little bit confusing as certain emails are only available from certain pages.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose automates a lot of my processes and saves me a lot of time in admin for my private practice.

 ### 25. Integrated AI That Saves Tons of Time for Solo Practices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leandri F. | Owner, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find the integrated AI into the clients workspace the most valuable and time saving part of the system. As an independant solo practice, this saves me tons of time. They recently are trialling something called 'AI blocks', which has further revolutionised my workflow and time savings!

Despite having had a few issues, from my experience Bobby (online assistant) and then later the 'real people' you connect to have always been helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Maybe just me, but integration with Xerox seems to have some nitty gritty things to change/update. Sometimes on Xerox side, other times on Splose side. I'm not a finance person, so this gets me everything as I dont understand the finance language!

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving AI functionality.
Also seems to be doing a lot of things relating to Australian billing and cases.

 ### 26. Bobby Chatbot Troubleshooting Is Excellent, and Form Auto-Integration Helps a Lot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jodie R. | Physiotherapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Bobby the chatbot help is the best I have seen for trouble shooting and usually solves the issue without needing to talk to a Human .
The auto-integration of forms is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Logging in requires physically putting in my business name with hyphens —- - - .splose .coma.au - computer cant seem to be auto-save the log in to avoid repeating, however this may be as issue at my end

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose is managing my invoices/receipots and bookings and progress notes and letters to referrers which streamlines the whole process and saves a lot of time !

 ### 27. Streamlined Invoicing with Responsive Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like that Splose focuses on functionality and frequently provides updates. It's great to have the opportunity to give input on what updates I'd like to see. Invoicing is a lot easier with Splose, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Sometimes it feels like the big improvements that would enhance the experience for the majority of users are selected, but the really small things, like not having to click into a search field, don't get prioritized. These small things actually impact the user experience quite a lot. But I am being quite picky here.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing is a lot easier with Splose.

 ### 28. A total game changer for our practice!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan C. | Director & Practice Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose offers a super friendly user interface. Our team took to it very quickly making the transition from our old CRM stress free.

The dev team are always making updates to the platform and offer a great way for users to submit development suggestions.

I greatly value the ability to generate an array of reports - it makes reviewing staff performance, appointment data and client information a breeze.

We use the Batch Invoice function along with NDIS Bulk Uploads all the time.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Not much, to be totally honest. The suppprt team have always been very accepting of any feedback I have.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing is a breeze! The ability to embed our referral form on our website has also been super helpful. Also the ability to send forms to clients and have them sign and return them so easily has saved us a Docusign subscription.

 ### 29. User-Friendly and Intuitive—Calendar-Based Invoices and Progress Notes Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is user friendly and intuitive. The functions I find most useful are attaching an invoice and progress note right to the calendar. Those are the functions i use most often.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

AI isn't really applicable to my purposes. I also don't make full use of all the features available, but those i do use are helpful.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose provides a single space for the admin involved in being a play therapist. I am newly qualified and have only used splose, but my colleagues had to use more than one service in the past for invoicing, calendars, and progress notes, communication with clients etc. splose has it all.

 ### 30. Streamlined Therapist Workflow, Minor Setup Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cleo S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like the variety of tools that I can use within one program with Splose. It's helpful to just navigate around one website and do pretty much everything I need for a client in one place. Splose is convenient and streamlined, saving me time by decreasing the need to navigate different systems. It handles emailing, reminders, invoicing, and keeps track of payments, along with providing calendar and note-taking features.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I found it a challenge to set up, but I think that's more about my lack of experience doing it than Splose itself.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps me stay organised, structure my calendar, manage invoicing, send email reminders, and keep track of statistics, emails, and notes.

 ### 31. Intuitive Client Management with Excellent Online Chat Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott J. | Practice Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Great for managing client information and high level practice performance. Intuitive screen layout and the online chat function is excellent in helping to resolve issues.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

When downloading pre-populated forms into a PDF the formatting is lost. The end document does not look good so manual re-formatting is required before document can be sent out to clients.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes it easier to manage client allocation and clinician workload. Previously this was a more time consuming process.

 ### 32. Splose Keeps Everything in One Place and Makes Client Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like that Splose is really easy to use and keeps everything in one place. It makes managing appointments and client info straightforward, so I can spend more time focusing on my clients.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Sometimes Splose can be slow to save notes or make changes to appointments, and occasionally it crashes or duplicates notes. It can be a bit frustrating, but overall it’s still a useful system.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps streamline client management by keeping appointments, notes, and records all in one place. This saves me time on admin and reduces the risk of losing important information, so I can focus more on delivering care and supporting my clients effectively.

 ### 33. Easy Case Notes, Scheduling, and Billing in Splose

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa H. | Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Easy to use for case notes, scheduling, billing. etc.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The formatting when completing reports on Splose is very difficult and tedious. I would prefer to use Microsoft Word to write reports.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced time billing and less double handling of appointments than other platforms which gives me more time to do the important clinical work I need to do.

 ### 34. Splose AI Is a Game Changer—Easy to Use, Customisable, and Saves Admin Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie-Ann R. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Ease of use. Can customise for your business. Saves so much admin time. Splose AI is a game changer

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Currently have not found anything I dislike as an admin using Splose

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love that we can make suggestions for improvement and are actually listened to, like adding busy times across many therapists' diaries at once rather than having to individually put it into each one

 ### 35. Easy to Use and Straightforward

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom P. | Specialist Educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Easy to use, and the many features make perfect sense.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It would be good to have better form functionality and more detailed individual user reporting features.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to generate forms, embed information, schedule clients, and create notes. It's a good-looking platform, and it's a powerful application. Having previously used Cliniko, I prefer Splose.

 ### 36. Clean, Simple UI with Lovely Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christie-lee S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Clean, clear, simple user interface
Accessible and helpful customer service
After almost 3 years of using Splose, I can confidently say that it's been seamless.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Price is a factor. I do think it's a worth it but there was a significant price rise in the last financial year.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the CRM process to be as simple as possible. I like that they're always upgrading, learning and taking on feedback.
They regularly provide updates about changes (but I'm time poor and haven't implemented them). I wish I could maximise my use as I'm sure I don't but that's user error!

 ### 37. Good for Speech Pathology Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like using Splose for quick notes and efficient record management, which is really helpful in my field of speech pathology and meets APPs requirements. I also appreciate the two-way integrated Xero, which makes invoicing efficient. The initial setup of Splose was pretty easy, thanks to the good support info and team.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I wish there was a toggle for 'notes' to be added to face-to-face work, similar to the travel time toggle.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for quick notes and efficient record management in speech pathology. It meets APPs requirements and the 2-way integrated Xero makes invoicing efficient.

 ### 38. Effortless Client Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristi F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love using Splose for client work because it enables me to capture all client notes and billing efficiently. The platform is easy and convenient to use, and the calendar feature is something I particularly value. I'm always recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think the drag and drop features could be better. Enabling the use of working docs inside Splose would be good too.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose enables me to capture all client notes and billing, making it easy and convenient to manage client work.

 ### 39. Easy, User-Friendly UI with Responsive Chat Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Easy UI and very simple to use compared to other practice management systems I’ve tried. I love the chat box support, so I can get help and troubleshoot even when the team is offline. It’s very user-friendly, and they actually take on feedback. I use Splose daily, and it has really simplified and streamlined my processes. It was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

some minor system improvements could be used (e.g. rescheduling appointments with paid invoices) but these are on the timeline for them to implement.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy client management, booking reminders, invoicing, NDIS invoicing with plan managers, waitlist and intake forms, ndis service agreements.

 ### 40. Effortless Invoicing and Client Management

**What do you dislike about splose?**

No issues with splose

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 41. An allied health workers dream!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brie S. | Director & Occupational Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is intuitive to navigate and effectively addresses the needs of our practice, helping to boost both efficiency and productivity. The Splose team consistently responds to feedback and keeps the system updated to meet our evolving needs.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Additional costs for add ons like 2 way sms or AI

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system has made communicating with clients much more efficient, thanks to the ability to use email and form templates that can be sent directly from within the platform. I also appreciate the adaptable funding breakdowns and case management features, as well as the options for generating specific reports.

 ### 42. Great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about splose?**

Clean look and feel. Integration with NDIS Support

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Integration with payment providers (although its early days)

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NDIS participant management and billing

 ### 43. Great Usability, But Formatting and Budget Tracking Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

The AI assistant Bobby is incredibly helpful and I can easily find answers to many of my questions. Support is also handy and the responsiveness is good. Many of the features are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I find it incredibly challenging to copy and paste from a word doc into Splose notes - all the formatting is lost and I spend too long trying to just make the notes look half decent.
I don't like that case budgets are tracked from the calendar as opposed to what's actually invoiced. I have some issues with travel time on either side of an appointment showing, even when I set travel to zero (if telehealth).

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Funding period in service agreements will help streamline admin with the new NDIS changes.

 ### 44. Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Backed by Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

It's great features, ease of use, great customer support and is aesthetically pleasing.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The cost of the program, not being able to write reports (including headers and footers), being unsure where the breaks in the pages are, and more text functions (e.g. font)

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending notes straight from the program, batch invoicing, and aesthetics

 ### 45. Streamlined, User-Friendly, Good customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rykie S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose offers an intuitive interface that makes day-to-day practice management smooth and efficient. From scheduling and client communication to documentation and invoicing, everything is well integrated. The customizable templates, client portal, and automation tools are particularly useful for maintaining a professional workflow while saving time. Their AI features are also helpful for progress note writing.
I find their customer support very responsive and they are well priced.
The fact that they sync live with Xero has been a great advantage for us.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are still some features I hope they will update.
The fact that you can't send messages to contacts is cumbersome.
Their data export option is also limited.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose has reduced the administrative burden in our practice by consolidating multiple tools into one streamlined platform.

The live syncing with Xero has been a great help with remittances and staying on top of finances.

 ### 46. I'm impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey I. | Physiotherapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

I am finding Splose very easy to use, the AI note-taking has been a game changer and works relatively well most of the time. For NZ based physios their ACC integration has been a breeze and if ever you need help, Billy the chatbot is fantastic or their team responsive if Billy cannot assist. They are great at implementing changes submitted by the community and the platform continues to evolve constantly. It is only a matter of time before they will dominate the industry if they continue to do what they do.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are still a few things that are a bit clunky, but they are always changing and improving these. For NZ-based physios the most difficult thing for me currently is not being able to invoice an appointment until an ACC claim is linked. Meaning you can't generate an invoice for a surcharge +/- email a receipt/invoice until after you have lodged the ACC claim and attached it to the appointment.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of invoicing
Easier note-taking

 ### 47. Seamless AI Note-Taking, But Integration Requests Are Slow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy R. | Director, Chiropractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

Several things are really good! The AI integration right inside the note taking window. It is so easy to use, and functionality has been ideal for our needs. When getting in trouble or needing help, the AI bot is great and a person is always at the end of the conversations.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The integration requests take a while. Otherwise, not much to complain about.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a busy clinic, the AI note-taking reduces our admin time significantly.

 ### 48. Streamlined Integrations, Needs More Flexibility with Case Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth H. | Senior Occupational Therapist , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

It syncs up with other companies we use which makes everything more streamlined for us. I like the voice dictation it helps me write super quick clinical notes and letters!

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I would like to be able to put a case on but not link to appointments as ours change in our diaries frequently so would like some flexibility around that

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed some notes reverting to draft, customer service and engineers responded really quick, thankyou

 ### 49. Effortless Management, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like the ease of use of Splose and the support I receive from the team. It's been very helpful in managing session notes and client invoices without excessive costs. The initial setup was very easy, especially with some support from the Splose team.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Nil

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose lets me manage session notes and client invoices with ease, without excessive cost.

 ### 50. User-Friendly Interface and Smooth Experience
