What do you like best about Drake Tax?

We transitioned from Intuit to Drake, and the support team was very helpful in move, and whenever we have technical questions. We use it daily and it takes only a couple of weeks to become pro with it. It is very secure and plays well with multiple operating systems without sacrificing functionality. "Not Flashy, but Efficient and Hardworking Software"

5/5

What do you like best about Drake Tax?

Drake is very easy to learn. The data input view is basic, but everything I need to prepare an accurate and complete tax return is there. The price, reliability, and product consistency are what make using Drake a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drake Tax?

I dislike the built-in Customer Relationship Manager. It's not robust enough for what I want for my practice, so I have paired up my Drake Software with TaxDome to fill in the gaps. Now I can make notes about customers, view invoices for all years, and easily send bulk emails to customers in a certain category - like those with IP PINs, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Drake Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drake Tax helps me serve my clients better by keeping overhead low, providing all prior-year software for free (with purchase of current the year), and by being consistent year to year. I don't have to re-learn the software each year. The flow is the same, even while adding new features and keeping up with IRS and state tax changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
