The data input view is basic, but everything I need to prepare an accurate and complete tax return is there. The price, reliability, and product consistency are what make using Drake a no-brainer. **What do you dislike about Drake Tax?** I dislike the built-in Customer Relationship Manager. It's not robust enough for what I want for my practice, so I have paired up my Drake Software with TaxDome to fill in the gaps. Now I can make notes about customers, view invoices for all years, and easily send bulk emails to customers in a certain category - like those with IP PINs, for example. **What problems is Drake Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Drake Tax helps me serve my clients better by keeping overhead low, providing all prior-year software for free (with purchase of current the year), and by being consistent year to year. The ease of use and customer support will make any money you spend on this software well worth it. I really love the pay as you grow option which is ideal for practices that do not do a ton of tax returns. **What do you dislike about Drake Tax?** I wish the software wasn't so colorless and boring looking.
