Being a design/engineering firm, the functionality, UI design and layout was instantly a better fit for our team. Metric delivered on promises our previously solution could not provide over years of engagement. It was easy to get our team up to speed on Metric, and when we needed support from Metric.ai, it was thoughtful and empathetic. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Metric.ai?** The only real thing I disliked about Metric.ai was that we didn't find it sooner. It is designed in a way that it is centralized and you can see the entire process at one place. The features that are mostly used by me are client portal resource management project management time and expense tracking. It creates high level visuals and keeps the track of data. The user can also keep track of progress and working of other employees. **What do you dislike about Metric.ai?** I have been using metric.ai for quite a long time now and it is a software that I overall love working with. It doesn't work that well for large sized businesses or maybe it is designed in that way. It takes a lot of time to learn its working so there needs to be a tutorial or basic training on how to use it.
