I liked how Xero branded itself as a SaaS accounting software, and integrations it provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Xero? Its an awful product. I can tell you the code architecture is not good, and that is why I think they have lot of bugs in system. The system fails even when I get a PayPal transaction. They charge you for features which are basic, but the fact is their basic features are broken. Their support is just to give you therapy hey do not be upset. The UI, yea its beautiful, but the reason is its a SaaS and based on probably .net framework that has itself very beautiful views and widgets.
