But over the past 3 years Xero has been increasing their price almost twice a year!!! It’s meant to be a software for small businesses but the constant price hike for existing customers are just bad practice!! I would have understood if this was done once and we get to reflect the hike on the software feature or performance, but no!! The price increase is just pushed down loyal customer’s throats with no added benefit to us!! Really bad practice!! Would not recommend Xero to any small businesses! We manage our business’s entire financial dealings within Xero. Their reporting features is excellent. Great for small and medium busynesses.
