Payworks provides a single platform where I can manage payroll, time and attendance, and absence management, which has made my job as an HR professional much more streamlined. What do you dislike about Payworks? I’ve run into a few minor issues with the payroll function. For example, there was a problem with STAT pay being paid out incorrectly; however, the team is usually quick to respond and help troubleshoot. Another concern is that the schedule isn’t colour-coded on the employee-facing side. I’ve raised this with the team, and they’ve escalated it for future review. The quick, fast, and reliable services are a great benefit. I always appreciate having a detailed funds report available whenever needed. The customer service representatives are always available on the phone and provide flexible CSR with quick replies. The initial setup was very efficient and easy.
