
As an HRIS managing bi-weekly payroll for over 500+ employees, I find Payworks extremely user-friendly and reliable. The system makes payroll processing seamless with features like automatic CRA remittances, audit trails, and ROE generation. I especially appreciate the detailed reporting tools and how easy it is to make retroactive entries or update pay changes. Onboarding new employees through the platform is also simple, thanks to built-in checklists and preloaded templates. While Payworks is strong on compliance and usability, the reporting dashboard lacks customization options. For example, I can't easily create custom visualizations or filter metrics by department without exporting the data into Excel. The interface also feels a bit outdated and could benefit from a modern refresh to enhance the user experience, especially when comparing it to other HRIS platforms.
