I like the search feature, the sequencing email options, and the map feature. It makes it easier to find information, keep contact with clients, and find information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't label when a company has more than 1 phone number. If someone on my team else was looking at it, they wouldn't know which to use. Also, when you remove a user from a company, I do not like that all of the communication with them disappears from the company's history. Lastly, when scrolling down to the beginning of a company's communication, it takes way too long to load. I would appreciate the earlier messages being first, or at least a feature to reverse the current order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To set a phone number as primary, click on the "Phone" dropdown menu above the contact's number on their page and select the label you'd like for the number - you can even create a custom label.
