
I've worked in different CRMs and Nutshell is definetly the easiest to use. I use Nutshell daily for both lead management and customer tracking. We also use the Marketing function for email blasts and their builder is really easy to use and produces great looking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the rare occation that I do need assistance (beyond their help articles) I have not been able to find a phone number to call for live support. They do have a chat box but it typically takes a day to get a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
