What do you like best about Nutshell?

On the mobile version of Nutshell calls always forwards me to my cell phone dialer instead of making the calls right on the app. I would really appreciate if this is improved in the next update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One frustrating aspect of Nutshell CRM is that activities occasionally seem to disappear or fail to save properly, which can disrupt our workflow and lead to missed follow-ups.
