  ### 1. REALLY ENJOY NUTSHELL AND ALL IT'S CAPABILITIES!

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell reps have contacted me often enough where I feel I can reach out for any questions. I have online videos I can watch for resource, and the product is not complicated to use! My company uses this every day, and it is required for me to maintain my leads and follows ups.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I don't see any downsides. I have only been using Nutshell for 6 months, but there are many ways to be able to learn! It was easy for me to get started and I even had a helpful tracklist to onboarding to get me started!

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell is solving the "cracks". I believe Nutshell takes most of the human error out, and helps to ensure consistency!

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell filters out duplicate companies. Running reports and very simple. The best part is it send automated follow ups to customers by using the drop sequence.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Sometimes it takes a while to load. In the documents you upload, once you download them they have + signs between each word which becomes frustrating at times.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None that I know of.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The best thing about Nutshell is how easy it is to maneuver from one to another.  I can easily look up contacts or a list of contacts in a quick and efficient way.  I also love the email templates.  The custom fields aspect has been also a valuable attribute that Nutshell offers.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I wish I could connect contacts.  I'm not exactly sure the best way to do this, but I have many contacts that are spouses.  Nutshell may also want to consider creating their own meeting scheduling tool like calendly or I use youcanbookme.com.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell helps me track client interaction and email tracking.

Nutshell is the central hub for my team. We are a fully remote company, so it's the easiest and most convenient place to check in on team members and clients alike.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

At times, there are slow loading times on pages.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team uses Nutshell as our primary CRM. When a client calls the support line, a team member can immediately know the status of the user and all of the necessary details.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The functionality is critical to our new business initiatives. The ability to segment, organize, and then market to our customer base and potential customer base has been a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The scheduler is something we will use in the future once it's a bit more robust with connectivity and functionality. Otherwise there really isn't much we aren't able to do pretty easily.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing our customer base by allowing us to add properties to define our customer profiles. Then, we can deploy targeted marketing strategies to show customers what they want to see - not just send generic blasts to our whole customer base.

The easy to understand UI and reporting tool
Getting spun up on the tool was easy and allowed the organization a co-located point for business development efforts.
We use this tool multiple times a week to keep up with prospect updates

I don't use all of the features as they are not all applicable, though having them is nice

How it integrates diffrent aspects email, scheduling and other featutes all i one platform makes customer relations an easy task

I had a few challenges viewing contatcs I had uploaded because I was not an admin but this was resolved

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies our CRM needs as we have multiple departments that handle diffrent aspects of customer data hence Nutshell has made it easier to have / do all our sales engagement in one place and track this for the whole team.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The system is easy to navigate, especially using the filters, and I am easily able to look up contacts and keep track of which customers are in which stage of the sales process. Using the filters, I'm able to know which customers I have already reached out to this season, and which customers have purchased our product in previous years, and adjust my sales approach accordingly. The automated email sequence is also great for continuing contact with minimum effort on my part! Frees up so much time!

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The automated email sequence doesn't stop if a customer reaches out to me via phone, and sometimes I forget to shut it off manually, which can lead to awkward interactions.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing customer relations during the busy holiday sales season. It can be very tedious to find all customers from previous years and keep up with the sales process.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I have used many CRM's over my sales career. I found that Nutshell is simple, yet powerful enough to help you be successful. It isn't overwhelming. I picked it up immediately without training and was able to use it from the first time I signed on.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Sometimes there is a delay when updates are made to bsuiness information. I sometimes have had to wait a couple hours for information to update. Not very often though.

The ability to integrate with my email and track who I have emailed and when without having to input the information myself.

Seems to glitch a lot and not work when it comes to auto generating sales agreements.

Keep track of customers I need to go back and contact again and the ease of leaving notes about that customer.

I feel like there are some features that can be included in future versions that aren't there today - I hope the team implements these in the near future because it would make the platform even better!

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The best part about Nutshell is how customizable it is for our company as well as each user can customize how they view their dashboard and data. It also integrates great with 3rd parties like Quickbooks, Outlook, and RingCentral. It is a great tool for our small comapny without having to completely overhaul how we do things day to day.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Easy if you use csv. file to import data but is a little cumbersome if you need to enter it manually.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest problem it somes is giving us an organzied way or our sales team to collaborate and tracking our sales performance. It allows us to seamlessly pass a project from one person to the next without losing any data or ideas. It also helps us keep all of our communication and files in one place which makes it so much easier for every step of the sales process.

I like that it's a CRM and Marketing software all in one. And their customer service is always very responsive and helpful.

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Nutshell.

We previously used Agile as a CRM and MailChimp to send marketing communications. Now I have all of the data stored in one location and I don't have to switch between systems. Everything is neatly organized and easily sortable.

Nutshell works great for our organization because it is so easy to use and very simple to learn.  It has the features we need for a CRM that works well, but doesn't overwhelm.  They have a great support team whenever we've needed assistance and they even allow feedback for future changes and updates.

Nutshell does not flex specifically to our industry, which can be a little bit of a challenge.

Features and  price - but, the features aren't always what we hoped they would be,  although it is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Seems like it doesn't ever quite do what we need it to do. For example, I want to be able to keep my emails private and only have specific ones save to the CRM. It doesn't seem to be able to do that. We have to regularly reach out to a rep to find out if we can make the CRM do something that we need it to.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a CRM that was all in one - not sure if it really is doing this now, but we're making it work.

Nutshell is very easy to use and quite intuitive, it also has many native integrations

I'm aware that the primary targeted users are businesses, but I work for an non-profit, so some additional features or customization for people who are not using it to bring in sales would be useful

Membership database - we can easily find info on our members and users

Very poor mapping ( location ) and mobile compatability

I have used Nutshell for the past 6 months and loved my experience.  The setup is easy and the functionability is great.  I would recommend Nutshell to anyone who is searching for a CRM that will not charge you an arm and a leg.  Customer Support is great to work with as well.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I cannot think of any downsides to Nutshell.  They did not have the ability to have a calender that you could schedule but they now have that feature.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use nutshell for CRM.  They manage my clients, pipelines, and email blasts.  I do have collegues that use the marketing side but I do not.

I like the flexibility that Nutshell offers.  There's alot to unpack in there.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The product didnt feel straightforward at first.  It took some time to actually understand how things are structured.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell allows me to view all of our leads within one interface.  In a snapshot I can see what stage our leads our and what theyve received.

The happy simple optics, excellent inventory of training videos and articles around most topics, accessibility of the team to help

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Integration with Constant Contact was not well tested before made live and available; need to have onboarding session where guidelines can be given around custom field choices, overall architecture, onboarding for Nutshell Pro would help navigate decision making for customers...its very easy to go wrong without a little initial guidance.

Access to website viewer data.  We can learn more about key word searches, how people are finding us and where they are going on our site.

Searching for a part number was a little bit of a task. This may have been user error. But I would like to have a part number search.

It helps let me know when and who I quoted and how long its been since our last interaction.

It's a pretty clean and easy user interface. Really like the kanban option for pipelines as I think it makes leads easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I would like a little more functionality in terms of creating views or reports from custom fields, but they are constantly updating so that my come at some point.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am better able to follow up on leads, but it has also helped us post-sale with important follow up tasks for customer cultivation.

First of all Nutshell offers an incredible customer service! Beyond that it´s a great tool for sales & marketing people. It was easy to implement it with our other tools and also onboarding of new collegues is super easy.

Really intuitive and user friendly. I'm a year in to using it, but at no point have I struggled to figure out anything on the platform. It is all very intuitive, even for a new sales person like me.

The only thing that I wish Nutshell offered is a location sharing on the app where you could pull up leads/prospects close to you, when you are out and about and inevitably a meeting falls through or ends early

Nutshell's less user friendly interface and template options make it hectic to manage leads, relationships and communications. The integrations and clear visualizations needs to be provided by Nutshell.

I don't like the integration opportunities Nutshell provides, with Intercom. It consumes us an amount of time by the need to duplicate our work and notes. There are some limitations; the customization options need to prove useful for our industry and business type.

One issue is the customization options for the interface, which restrict users from personalizing and tailoring the platform to their needs. The mobile app occasionally experiences glitches that cause frustration and hinder productivity.

The most helpful part of Nutshell is the organization of leads. It is easy to find leads when properly tagged and it clearly shows who needs to be contacted.

The least helpful part of Nutshell is when you work duplicate leads. The system doesnt always see them as duplicates leading to cross communication.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Hubspot or Salesloft, and that's the point. It is a straightforward pipeline management/ CRM that can replace most of your average VSB owner's convoluted stack, for a low price. Their customer service is quick and helpful.

Having worked on much larger SaaS teams, in fact, I can confidently say that few effectively use tools outside of what Nutshell offers. 

Integrations with Slack, PandaDoc, and Google Drive all work well.

It's fairly easy to get started/implement  – they'll help!

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Nutshell is perfect for a very small business/most small businesses. I think the only thing I'd like to see them do is totally eschew enterprise. There are enough CRMs and platforms out there who market to enterprise and deprioritize the common folk like me :)

Also, it doesn't quite stick as a daily-login-even-when-not-selling platform – I still rely on Asana/ClickUp for that. They integrate with Asana, but not ClickUp!

We're still learning our way around all the different features. but it's been fairly simple to learn the basic functions. The support staff is amazing and questions or concerns are answered promptly.
The webinars have been very helpful.

Would like different view options for the dashboard and other screens. The initial import from our former CRM created some headaches that we're still sorting out. Things like phone numbers and addresses didn't always translate properly in the import, data from the former CRM's Note fields were mostly lost. We're manually editing these things when we come across them.

Former CRM was no longer supported so we went in search of a replacement and found Nutshell.  It's fairly simple to use and cost effective for our organization's needs.

As a marketer, data is everything! Our team has absolutely loved how easy it is to segment, filter, and analyze our sales data in a user-friendly way. I appreciate that Nutshell is staying up-to-date by adding in a client email campaign feature, too.

Hm. There are a few hard-coded areas that we would like to see more flexibility in. An example could be around the "Leads" area.

I like that it is really easy to use and enter data. It is also able to sync up with your email to easily track the history of all contact points with a lead. Also nutshell is very affordable which is great for smaller teams with a tight budget.

Sometimes it can be a little hard to search for people in the system and it can be easy to create duplicates. But nutshell does do a good job of flagging possible duplicate entries and makes it really easy to merge records.

It is helping me manage and track all of my leads and notes on every conversation I have with potential clients. With how many people I speak to in a month it would be impossible for me to keep track of who said what and what each potential clients situation is. With Nutshell I can easily pull up their profile and see a history of all notes and email correspondence with  the individaul in one easy to find place. Nutshell also helps me keep track of my sales numbers and projected sales for the next quarter.

The API documentation and the API access to the data is not very well documented. There has been a recent change where Activities and Emails were split, but the documentation wasn't updated.

It was easy to transfer and add new contacts for Business Development. They've been able to continue their own established process and enhance our own existing outreach. 

The training video series are also very helpful in setting up and using the services.

I don't think we've ever had a complaint about it. It just works!

My company started using Nutshell when we got a new Business Development person in the office. They had been using a similar program that was shutting down so we needed to find a replacement. Nutshell is incredibly affordable for the amenities included. I really like the Nutshell Marketing section. The email campaign feature is easy to use, and templates are highly editable. I also like Nutshell Forms and have used them for events as well as contact us forms on our website.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I wish their was a Recaptca function for Nutshell Forms to eliminate spam. I wish that the search feature was a little easier. For example, if you search for William Henderson, but the contact is William P Henderson, the contact won't appear. I also don't understand why an email campaign tells me 12 people clicked on a link, but when I click to see who clicked, there are only 8 people there.

Nutshell is a great place to keep our updated client data and communicate with those clients through the email marketing. It also has helped us create website forms people actually use.

Email Sequence & how i can organize my notes and keep track of the pipeline

That my emails get blocked and i'm not too sure if it is because I am sending an email through the app

Keep track of  my calls and interactions with potential clients

  ### 49. Easy to use and integration is fairly intuitive

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I love the way it integrates and helps me remember the items that are pressing.

I use it to input data about 3 times a week just to get the ease of the reminders. 

The software is intuitive and the implementation into my environment had almost nonexistent set up for me. The Customer support team is always willing to help with any problems i have too. 

I also thinks it has a good host of features.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The downsides are the fact that i feel like it can have a pretty steep learning curve. The system has so many things to do, that it can be overwhelming for someone that isn't ambitious enough to use it. 

Otherwise, sometimes the system can be clunky.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me keep track of my prospective clients and helping me overcome any hurdles in reminders.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

You can BCC emails to the program and it's fairly easy to learn and work with.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

It doesn't extract the data 📈 correctly from the emails and it requires a lot of manual data entry. Also, there is no way to automatically upload your products and pricing from an excel spreadsheet.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None yet, because we have a limited staff and time to devote to using it to its fullest potential
