Most of the time, it's an automated response that takes you to a page where you have to try and figure out how to fix any issues on your own. They have no support line; it's all automated, and you are stuck without help. They also keep you hostage. I tried to email multiple times to cancel, they charged me anyways. I emailed the day they charged me and they said its too late and you have to wait 3 months.
