I wish Nutshell offered more automation capabilities. The current level of automation seems limited, which means there are repetitive tasks that still need to be manually handled. Additionally, there is a desire for more seamless integration, especially with tools like Podium and other lead capture sources. Right now, the marketing team has to manually convert and assign leads, which could be automated for better efficiency.
