What do you like best about Nutshell?

We’ve been using Nutshell for our CRM needs, and we absolutely love how it works! The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes managing our pipeline incredibly easy.

One of our favorite features is the Map View CRM, which gives us a clear visual of where our leads and customers are located—perfect for territory planning and targeted outreach.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The main drawback is the price, as it can feel a bit high compared to some other CRMs. That said, they do offer flexible options and plans, which helps. What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is super user-friendly and easy to onboard new team members. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require a lot of training to navigate. I really like how customizable the pipeline stages are, and the reporting tools are solid without being overly complicated. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

It’s a bit limited when it comes to integrations—especially compared to some larger CRMs. I also find the email automation features a bit clunky, and it would be great to have more flexibility with task management or notifications.
