What do you like best about Nutshell?

We've been using Nutshell for several months now, and it's become an essential tool for managing our sales pipeline. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy for our team to navigate daily. I really like how customizable the pipeline stages are, and the reporting tools are solid without being overly complicated.
