It's a great single source of truth to track communication and history of sales transactions while incorporating great features to help maintain relationships with customers. My "dislikes" are minor and do not sway my overall rating. Some considerations are that for smaller teams, or those without a dedicated CRM admin, it can sometimes be challenging to make the most of your instance and really flex this tool to do all that it can. Without an enterprise subscription, customer support is a little more limited. Lastly, while Nutshell integrates well with many platforms, full integration with google suite is not supported for some features - this can influence workflow and makes some data around activity tracking a little less valid.
