The email marketing and tracking tools that Nutshell offers are some of the best I have seen or used. The ability to create beautiful, eye-catching, high-quality emails, email campaigns is extremely well designed and easy to use. Their email designer tool is so easy to use and extremely effective. I'd like more customization ability in regards to how the user interface looks. I am a meticulous note taker, and I hate having to scroll all the way down the page to see my notes in regards to how a conversation or deal was last left off. I'd love if I could customize the page itself to my liking. The same goes for the dashboard itself. More customization options is always a good thing. It sounds like our Pinned Note feature is a good fit for you: it gives you the ability to pin important notes to the top of a contact's page so you can reference them quickly.
