### 1. Perfect for a one-man-show!

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell has all the features of an expensive CRM, but you have the option to use them or not. Tracking all emails by lead keeps everything in one place and saves lots of time trying to remember OR FIND what you sent to a customer. I also use "tasks" like a check list to ensure I process each item in a particular phase of a project.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

If emails were sent to a person BEFORE a lead was created for that person, the emails stay associated with the person, not the lead, that was created for the person.

**Recommendations to others considering Nutshell:**

Don't fall for the "big names" in the CRM world. Nutshell can do everything those BIG companies do, and the support is US-based (Michigan!) You can actually understand any of the support team when they talk to you over the phone.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem was keeping up with people I contacted and remembering to follow up with proposals I sent out. Seeing my leads in a "pipeline" format according to the stage, or lifecycle, keeps me on top of things I need to move along to the next stage.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I've worked with CRMs that take weeks to get comfortable with, so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our team adapted to Nutshell. Within just a few days, even the people who had never used a CRM before were updating deals, logging calls, and scheduling follow-ups without needing someone to walk them through every step. During the initial setup, we wanted our pipeline to reflect the way we actually manage clients, so we had a few questions about automations and user permissions. Support was quick, understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish, and pointed us toward a much cleaner setup instead of sending generic documentation. The onboarding process also made the rollout feel a lot smoother than I expected. More recently, I've started using some of the AI-powered features, especially the automatic call transcripts, meeting summaries, and smart activity logging.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I remember running into a few small issues early on, and most of them disappeared after later updates. That's something I appreciate because it feels like the team behind the product is actively improving it instead of letting it sit unchanged.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell has saved us more than once when plans suddenly change. I still remember a client approving a large project much earlier than expected, and overnight we had to rethink the schedule for the following weeks. In the past, that would have turned into a long chain of emails and messages, with everyone trying to figure out who knew what and what had changed. Instead, we opened Nutshell and immediately had the full picture in front of us. We could quickly see which opportunities were close to closing, which clients were still waiting on approvals, and where the team’s workload was headed. Reorganizing everything took minutes instead of hours. Since then, I’ve stopped wondering where the latest information is, because I know it’s already in the CRM.

 ### 3. Streamlined CRM with AI-Driven Efficiency

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I appreciate Nutshell's AI call summaries, which save our sales reps from typing lengthy notes after commercial equipment demo calls. This feature allows them to jump straight into follow-ups, freeing up a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on manual note-taking. I also like the native website chatbot that captures weekend prospect inquiries and triggers rule-based lead assignments immediately, preventing hot leads from being lost. The click-to-call dialing and drag-and-drop pipelines simplify tracking equipment deals, making the process more efficient. Additionally, the web forms and site chatbot are effective in capturing inbound leads, and the opt-out log features help us manage prospect data in compliance with CCPA and CAN-SPAM requirements.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

AI call summaries can occasionally miss nuanced details from our commercial-equipment sales calls, and marketing attribution reporting lacks granular filters for our offline trade-show leads. Complex SMS workflow rules are limited, and I’ve seen intermittent sync glitches with Microsoft 365.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell organizes prospect notes, automates call summaries, and routes chat leads quickly, reducing manual effort and preventing lead losses. Its AI and automation streamline our workflow and keep our outreach compliant with CCPA and CAN-SPAM.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I use Nutshell as our core CRM at Harmony Creative Studios to track artist partnerships and client deal pipelines. What impresses me most about Nutshell is its clean, straightforward sales pipeline visualization. I can instantly see which talent deals are in negotiation or nearing contract signing, and our small operations team adds notes from calls directly onto each lead record. The interface is not overly cluttered, so team members without CRM experience pick it up fast. It clears up the chaos of scattered artist contacts, consolidating communications, booking status updates, and deal-revenue forecasts all in one CRM. Our operations team can quickly pull up past negotiation records, saving time. We also rely on its pipeline view to track which artists are close to signing live-show contracts.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Nutshell lacks music-industry-specific fields and templates that we really need for our regional indie-artist tour project. We cannot natively log tour dates, performance rider terms, or royalty split details within lead profiles, forcing us to create many custom fields manually. Its reporting tools are also fairly limited; building custom deal reports for artist booking takes multiple tedious manual adjustments. Harmony Creative Studios has no dedicated IT staff, so we cannot build custom integrations to fill these gaps. We end up copying critical booking data out to spreadsheets frequently, which slows down our live-event planning workflows.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nutshell to centralize artist contacts and communications, streamline lead tracking and deal forecasts, and quickly access past records, cutting down on search time. However, I still manually transfer data to our project management tool due to lack of integration.

 ### 5. Streamlined Sales with GDPR Challenges

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I really like the drag-and-drop visual sales pipeline feature in Nutshell. It makes it easy for our sales consultants at EuroNet Solutions GmbH Berlin to quickly move network-monitoring client deals across different stages and add audit-assessment notes directly to each opportunity record. This feature gives our whole team instant visibility into ongoing B2B client projects without requiring heavy training. Additionally, the straightforward dashboard allows us to pull quick deal-status snapshots for internal team syncs. It also helps lower onboarding friction for new sales team members, allowing them to understand the system without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

At EuroNet Solutions GmbH Berlin, Nutshell has notable gaps for German-based client projects. It lacks EU-hosted data residency, so all our B2B client deal information gets stored on US servers, creating extra GDPR transfer risks. Its audit trail exports are incomplete for external auditor submissions, and there is no native German-language UI for our non-technical local stakeholders. When logging network-assessment deal notes, I have to manually pull, filter, and redact logs. This adds substantial manual overhead to produce the compliant activity trails our German clients require for formal audits. Nutshell’s current audit-trail export misses critical metadata like precise user-ID timestamps and field-change history we need for German external auditors. I’d suggest adding immutable, timestamped full-change-log exports, with filtering by deal or contact. Unfortunately, full audit logs won’t sync over the API. I still manually pull CSV exports from Nutshell, then merge and sanitize these records separately to build complete activity trails that satisfy GDPR for our German client external audits. There is no built-in GDPR-ready logging setup, and we had no native EU-data residency options. I spent extra time building manual export workflows, so we could generate valid audit trails to satisfy external German auditors for our client projects.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell streamlines our sales tracking by centralizing B2B client records and automating follow-ups, reducing fragmented data issues. The visual pipeline enhances team alignment and quick status updates, cutting email status chases and easing new team member onboarding.

**Official Response from Will Gordon:**

> We hear you loud and clear and kudos to you for your work around. Have you also tried out our Scheduled exports? Although this does not 100% solve your problem, it should reduce some of the manual overhead!

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I am most impressed by Nutshell's customer service. The onboarding process was made so easy with step-by-step assistance and access to a designated Nutshell employee. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. Now that I've onboarded, the support team is extremely helpful. I absolutely feel I am getting my money's worth as there are so many features to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The program is a bit overwhelming and takes a bit to learn. I do think it's a skill that one gets better at but it can be a bit overwhelming at first!

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell is making it incredibly easier to track my contacts and streamline my fundraising process. I recently used it to send an invitation to over 700 people. It was very easy to search for specific groups of people and send an email.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

What I like best about Nutshell is that it helps keep my daily work more organized without making things complicated. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly manage follow-ups, appointments, wellness communication, nutrition guidance, and client related updates together. Nutshell helps handle these activities in more structured way. I use it very frequently for contact management, task reminders, follow-up tracking, email communication, and audience organization. Features like pipelines, notes, activity history, reminders, email campaigns, and task tracking are very useful for my workflow because they help keep communication and pending work properly managed in one place. I also like the email broadcast feature because it helps me share nutrition awareness and wellness updates in organized way.

performance is smooth for daily work and the interface feels clean and easy to understand. Switching between contacts, campaigns, and tasks is simple most of the time. Setup was not very difficult for regular workflow. overall, Nutshell helps improve workflow organization, follow-up management, wellness communication, and daily productivity while saving time during busy work.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

some advanced customization and reporting options can feel a little limited for more detailed workflow tracking. For regular daily work it works well, but sometimes I feel there could be more flexibility in organizing reports and campaign data in deeper way. Also while switching between multiple sections like contacts, campaigns, tasks, and activity history during busy work, few pages sometimes take little extra time to refresh.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me keep follow-ups, wellness communication, appointments, and daily workflow more organized in one place. Handling reminders, client discussions, nutrition guidance, and communication together can become difficult during busy work, but Nutshell helps manage these activities in more structured way.

The contact management, task tracking, notes, activity history, and email campaign features are very useful because they help keep follow-up communication and pending work properly organized. I also use it for sharing nutrition awareness and wellness related updates in more professional way. overall, it helps save time, reduces confusion, improves workflow organization, and makes daily communication and follow-up management more smooth and manageable.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell is easy to set up and use. It has all the CRM features our business needs and is a perfect solution for everything we wanted when we set out to evaluate different options. It's also 100% reliable and offers good and fast customer service. Their marketing and analytics features are great and easy to use and we dropped MailChimp and moved everything over. In the last year or so they added a ton of new features that we're considering - SMS, AI, invoicing, chat agents, and IG/FB/WhatsApp integration. Extraordinarily high value for the price and a perfect solution for our business.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

All of the data input has to happen in Nutshell directly, it's not as integrated into Gmail as Copper for example.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM needs, sales needs, team effectiveness analytics and performance management, email marketing, website registration form, sales analytics

**Official Response from Will Gordon:**

> Hi and thank you for your review! I'd love to hear more about your struggles with our 2-way Gmail sync. Have you also downloaded our Chrome extension so that you can do more in your inbox?

 ### 9. Robust GDPR Compliance but Needs Better Localization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaston A. | Customer Data & Marketing Audit Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** This review contains authentic analysis and has been reviewed by our team

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The full activity audit trail is without a doubt my most relied-on feature. Every single modification to lead profiles, consent status entries and private customer PII gets permanently timestamped and logged. This creates the unbroken audit evidence German regulators demand for GDPR and fiscal audits, something our old disjointed tools could never deliver. The tiered role permission settings are another huge win. I can restrict sensitive contact information exclusively to vetted team members, which lets us stay aligned with official BSI IT security baseline rules when handling agency client data. Having all opt-in and opt-out timestamps stored alongside corresponding campaign lead data in a single unified database saves me hours each week. The custom tagging function also makes it easy to segment contacts by agency partner, marketing campaign and legally required retention window. This pre-organizes datasets so I don’t have to rebuild categorization from scratch when prepping exports for German audit filing standards.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

There are several pain points that create consistent extra manual labour for our Germany-based compliance workflows. First, there is no native German language interface. Every audit report header, consent field label and permission setting is English-only, so I have to manually translate all documentation to submit to local agencies and auditors. There are zero pre-built export templates formatted to meet German tax authority requirements, meaning every CRM extract needs full restructuring in spreadsheets afterwards. The platform offers no native sync with EU secure cloud archives we use for multi-year mandatory GDPR storage, so all lead and consent exports must be manually uploaded folder by folder. It cannot automatically filter and isolate expired opt-out records, forcing me to manually identify and remove outdated entries to adhere to data minimization rules. Mass permission edits for large agency datasets run extremely slowly, and the built-in security dashboard does not align with BSI IT baseline reporting frameworks. Every quarterly security review requires cross-referencing Nutshell logs against our separate internal compliance tracker, doubling our audit workload. On top of that, all official setup documentation is English-only, with no step-by-step guides tailored to German GDPR workflows. The system also lacks bulk permission import functionality, which dragged out our initial onboarding when migrating thousands of historical lead records from legacy spreadsheets

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Nutshell, our agency clients’ lead data, marketing contact lists and consent records were split across separate spreadsheets and standalone email tracking tools. Compiling proof of consent and tracking PII access changes took multiple workdays ahead of audits, and unstructured data constantly created compliance risks under GDPR. Nutshell consolidates all marketing contact and consent data into one auditable system. Immutable activity logs eliminate manual compliance record-keeping, while granular access controls protect sensitive customer data and satisfy BSI security standards. The unified contact library and tagging structure drastically cut down the time I spend sorting datasets to prepare for multi-year data retention archiving and official regulatory audits.

 ### 10. User friendly & easy to customize

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a review partner

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Our users have been able to easily adopt Nutshell, with an intuitive interface & ease of getting quick response to clicking buttons & drop-downs. It's easy for users who have not worked inside a CRM system before to quickly identify how to add notes, update values, re-assign leads, and move a lead across pipeline stages. Pulling reports is similarly intuitive, which keeps our accounting team happy for running analysis & periodic reconciliation.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Projects with multiple scopes can be challenging to manage win/loss decisions, if one scope of a project bid is won but another is lost. We also had hoped to leverage Nutshell's built-in Quotes feature, but there are limitations to how many templates are available, which aren't yet sufficient for our different offices & scopes of work.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving our users visibility into quantity of bids, quality of leads, follow-ups taken/not taken, and overall curation of our pipeline from initial bid through to win/loss decisions.

**Official Response from Will Gordon:**

> Thanks for the honest review! Last week we added the ability to create an unlimited number of quote templates. I've added a link to the support article that highlights this update.

 ### 11. A Seamless Sales Operating System

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The ease of use and logical setup of the software allows everything to flow and gives our team a source of truth to operate out of.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The mobile app is behind the web app, which is a problem for outside sales reps who want to log a visit from the car. A rebuild is supposedly coming but iPad support isn't committed. We also hit a day where the whole platform crawled for the entire team with no explanation.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running sales on email, Excel spreadsheets, and a few homemade tools. Every rep tracked their own pipeline their own way, so there was no shared view of what was actually in motion, and nothing forced a follow-up to happen. If a rep left a meeting and didn't write it down, that conversation was gone.

Nutshell gave us one place where the company is the record, every project at that customer is its own lead, and the stage tells you exactly where it sits. Our leaders can finally see the whole funnel across the sales team instead of asking for a status update. Automatic follow-up tasks on a set cadence mean nothing sits untouched for a month, and reps can log a visit by voice as they walk out the door, so activity history actually gets captured.

The broadcast email side has been a bigger benefit than we expected. Being able to group accounts into audiences and send a targeted pitch to a specific slice of customers, or a monthly check in to closed accounts, is marketing work we simply were not doing before because there was no list to send to.

 ### 12. Streamlined CRM with Room for Improvement

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The clean, straightforward UI is my biggest highlight. Our sales team gets comfortable navigating core lead and pipeline features in just a few hours, so we don’t waste days on formal onboarding sessions. The drag-and-drop pipeline view lays out every DACH IT services deal stage at a glance; I can quickly spot stalled leads and adjust our outbound marketing tactics accordingly. Built-in email automation lets me build regionally tailored outreach sequences for German B2B contacts, with open and click metrics visible right inside each contact profile. Automated AI follow-up prompts keep our outreach cadence consistent so warm leads never slip through the cracks. The native Kaspr sync is incredibly handy—it pulls over all our segmented prospect lists automatically, eliminating repetitive copy-paste data entry. Every call, email and demo log attaches to the lead’s timeline permanently, keeping marketing and sales on the exact same page about every prospect’s history.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Operating within the DACH region, GDPR compliance creates consistent headaches with this CRM. There’s no native tooling to auto-archive or erase expired prospect records, so my team has to manually audit and clean old contact data every quarter. The reporting functionality is too basic for our regional analysis needs; I constantly export raw data to Excel to break down campaign ROI by German, Austrian and Swiss markets. Support for local German marketing platforms is minimal, and there are no pre-written formal German B2B email templates, forcing us to rewrite messaging from scratch each time. The mobile app also runs sluggishly, making fast lead status updates awkward when we’re out for client visits across Munich.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching, all our DACH lead data was scattered across old spreadsheets and a clunky legacy CRM. Sales and marketing rarely shared consistent lead records, and we had no clear way to track how our digital campaigns turned into closed IT service deals. Nutshell consolidates all prospect information in one single workspace. Automated email workflows, AI follow-up reminders and seamless Kaspr sync cut down hours of manual admin each week. The shared contact timeline aligns cross-team communication, and the visual pipeline makes it easy to prioritize high-value opportunities, letting my marketing team focus on building better converting regional campaigns instead of reconciling disjointed data.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell stands out for its clean, intuitive interface. Our team got comfortable with it right away without lengthy training, and new hires can start using it productively in just a few days. The role-based access controls and full activity logs are vital for our work, helping us secure sensitive client data and fully adhere to GDPR and DIN requirements. We can pull up client info, log interactions and update pipeline statuses efficiently. Its simple pipeline view also lets us monitor B2B projects in real time, spot delays quickly and deliver stable service to every client.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The built-in audit and export functions are far too basic for our compliance work. We need detailed, customizable logs to meet DIN documentation rules, but the current tools fall short, so we have to collate data manually and risk making mistakes. It also lacks solid native connections to our ITSM tools. We manage service tickets on separate platforms, and without automatic sync, we have to update records twice. This extra work often leads to inconsistent client data across systems.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to juggle scattered contact lists and emails across different tools. Nutshell brings all client data into one place and simplifies pipeline management. Its robust access and logging features take much of the stress out of meeting data regulations. Overall, it cuts down repetitive work, reduces compliance risks and helps our team stay on top of ongoing client projects.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Importing PHOTOS for Contacts. There's nothing like putting a Real FACE to a database contact.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Personally, I don't "Assign" leads to people because we're too small of a company so it's simply not a feature I use yet. Hopefully, we can grow to using that feature someday.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact Management. When you come in contact with people, it's very hard to keep track of them. Nutshell allows me to easily do that !!! I enter their Contact Information into Nutshell and when I send them something, I add a Custom Note to their file. I'm setting my files up for future contacts and Nutshell is allowing me to do that easily.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

very good at keeping all team members on the same page and also working with the team members that do not do good with constant updates.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Right now Nutshell is designed for chasing a customer for one sale, signing them up for a subscription, and only recurring payments. But what about all of the other businesses that have different products they not by week or month they sale but just when the customer needs that one product!

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have asked several times about doing just product billing and not a subscription recurring products and they only tell me that I can pay extra to have it customized. I really don't think I should have to pay more for something that should already be integrated rather than only pushing subscriptions down all customers' throats! We would like to use Nutshell for more but we cannot and are looking at using other software we pay for because they can bill better.

**Official Response from Will Gordon:**

> Hi there! I'm having a little trouble following your review. Nutshell does not limit the number of products that you can add to your Nutshell account. If you sell one off products or services OR recurring subscriptions, Nutshell can support the revenue tracking of both.

I've attached a support article that would be a great place to start to learn more.

 ### 16. Solid GDPR & VAG Compliance Tools, Held Back By Missing Insurance Integrations

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Granular role access is ideal for our regulated insurance business, limiting staff access to confidential policyholder data per GDPR and VAG. Immutable timestamped audit logs capture every record view or edit, slashing the hours I spend compiling evidence for BaFin audits each quarter.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

There’s no native link to our internal insurance core system, so I manually reupload policy data weekly. The German UI has disjointed wording that slows new team members down. Bulk client imports lag, and there are no pre-built insurance regulatory document templates.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously managed customer data across spreadsheets and basic CRMs with no formal audit tracking, bringing constant regulatory risk. Nutshell consolidates all client pipelines, restricts data access by role, and automates activity logging to simplify audits and lower compliance administrative burden.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I like that Nutshell helps keep our leads generated and maintains clear documentation of all our interactions. It has a click-to-call feature that logs all of our calls, allowing us to know what's happening in every call and track who's saying what. It also helps with sending emails to everyone and streamlines the whole process. I've learned it fairly quickly, and even though we're always learning, it continues to grow in its massive capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Sometimes the call quality is not the greatest always. Sometimes does drop calls. I was having issues with it putting the transcripts of the calls into it. It was not using the AI transcripts for that, and I contacted support and they got that fixed right away today after contacting them.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell manages our multiple businesses as a CRM, helps generate leads, maintains clear documentation, logs calls, provides click to call, and streamlines email processes.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Super easy to search and manage contacts then segment and email that audience. I love that our sales team can leave notes and I can connect Claude to help me sort through those notes, look for patterns, and see where they may be stuck.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

There's been a big push towards AI, even though some basic features, like the ability to re-sort drip sequences, aren't available.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me as the marketing specialist it's helping me get a sense of what sales is doing in the field, the conversations their having, what customers are saying, and keeping track of thousands of prospects.

 ### 20. Tines’ Vendor-Agnostic Automation Shows Strong Enterprise ROI Potential

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

In the role of an Industry Analyst, my primary focus is the strategic evaluation of Tines' market positioning and its capacity to solve enterprise-level orchestration challenges. Rather than performing daily administrative tasks, I utilize the platform to benchmark its "Everything is an Agent" architecture against legacy SOAR competitors and assess its long-term ROI. My objective is to validate how effectively Tines reduces technical debt and accelerates time-to-value by replacing rigid, plugin-dependent systems with a flexible, vendor-agnostic automation framework.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

While Nutshell excels in usability, its primary drawbacks lie in reporting limitations and a lack of deep customization for specialized workflows. The platform can feel restrictive for power users who require granular data visualization or highly tailored dashboard layouts. Additionally, as your team grows, the cost of accessing advanced AI and automation features on higher-tier plans can become a significant investment compared to more entry-level CRM options

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell solves the critical problem of CRM bloat by providing a platform that is powerful enough to manage complex pipelines but simple enough for a team to actually use. It has benefited us by centralizing our communication and automating the repetitive 'grunt work' of follow-ups, which has directly increased our team's efficiency. Instead of fighting with a complex interface, we can focus on building relationships and closing deals, thanks to its intuitive design and robust automation features.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

From the beginning (five years ago) I have found Nutshell to be easy to use and surprisingly intuitive. This from a previous user of a rather large and grandiose Silicon Valley software product with the same initialism as San Francisco. Nutshell manges the feat of doing what you expect it to do, most of the time. What's more, NS designers are constantly expanding the functionality of NS, adding powerful utilities (e.g. AI-generated email campaigns) without overly complicating things or hitting you up for money each time they add a new feature. Onboarding from zero takes about three weeks, then you and your small company are Off To The Races, doing marketing and customer relationship things you thought only Big Companies with IT departments could do!

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

A few years ago the email security updates (DNS servers, more acronyms, IT dept stuff) required website changes I could not fathom, no matter how hard I tried. I could have called for support, opened a Tech Support ticket, but I elected to just stop doing email campaigns. Now, in my new company, with a new AI-generated website, email broadcasts are once again a breeze.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Marketing broadcasts the copy I create based on the unique knowledge I possess and makes my small company (one-man) look big.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I find Nutshell very simple and easy to use, which means not too much investment in training is needed. The pipeline view is my favorite feature because it makes my day-to-day work easier, especially in marketing and data management. It helps me track the leads I generate through my marketing efforts, and it aids in prioritizing them better while giving clearer insight into the sales process. Setting up Nutshell was easy and straightforward, and importing data from Excel was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I guess the customization options are a little tighter. Also, the mobile experience can be a little better. If I could customize the pipeline more flexibly by adding condition stages or setting rules for moving deals like automatic rules for follow-ups and reminders, it would be great. On the mobile side, I feel it could be faster and more intuitive.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell solved our lead management problem, bringing everything to one place. It's simple and easy to use, with a pipeline view that makes tracking leads and prioritizing tasks easier, improving clarity on the sales process.

 ### 23. Essential for Solo Creators with Streamlined Visual Management

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I use Nutshell to manage my brand deal pipeline as a content creator, which helps me track each deal. Before using Nutshell, I was managing everything manually, so it saves me time and energy. The pipeline view is the biggest thing for me. I can see everything laid out visually, which means I can open Nutshell for just 60 seconds and know exactly what needs my attention that day. I also find the email integration solid. Setting it up was easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The mobile app could be improved, mainly the navigation; I think it could be smoothed out for an easier experience.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nutshell to manage my brand deal pipeline as a content creator. It saves me time and energy by automating deal tracking. The pipeline view quickly shows tasks needing attention, and the email integration is solid.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I love the thorough platform that Nutshell provides. When I put a lead into the system, it has everything broken down to what entails for each lead. It shows the pipeline of going to the next steps, which I like. I also loved how Nutshell synced with our Google Drive and it helped to really organize our company. The initial setup was very easy, as the agents were really thorough and experienced, helping me with every step of the way and any clarifying questions I had.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I feel as though the broadcast or sometimes the newsletter could be a little bit more detailed when sending them out and keeping track.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell helps us keep track of our leads and follow the pipeline of steps. It syncs with Google Drive, organizing our company, and providing a thorough breakdown of each lead, making tracking easy and efficient.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I like the ability to customize different lead stages, the ability to add sources, categories, and sort all possible data. Nutshell is also very intuitive and comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Nutshell has a very steep learning curve, and doesn't seem user-friendly at first until you learn more. There also is no onboarding process that goes over the basics

**Recommendations to others considering Nutshell:**

Take the time to explore the platform and all settings, help guides, and data points.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to increase partnerships, track data, and keep track of all contacted parties. We are able to see upcoming stages and tasks that need to be fulfilled.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The best thing about this platform is its ease of use and its simplicity in terms of its features. Their platform is also very intuitive and clean. This platform also helps our team to track leads and manage them through the entire pipeline. Most importantly, I like their visual pipeline and their built-in marketing tools, which allow us to handle both sales and communication in a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Though their CRM covers most of the features, some advanced customisation options and deeper automation capabilities should be expanded further. Complicated workflows are a bit difficult to handle with this platform. Their integration ecosystem for their platform could be expanded as well.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell solves the problem of tracking leads and keeping all their communication and engagement centralised. The entire sales pipeline can be managed with ease; both our marketing and sales team has a visibility on the customer journey. This also eliminates the offline spreadsheets and email. Everything can be handled inside the platform, and it gives our team complete progress on the deal.

 ### 28. Simplifies Lead Tracking with Easy Company Connections

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I like how easy it is to build connections between companies and leads in Nutshell, including the tag features within logging activities. It's not convoluted to link things together as it was in the project management tool we were using before. Rather, Nutshell has out-of-the-box solutions that meet our connection needs. I also like the custom BCC option.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I think one improvement could be making the ability to parse which email chains belong to which leads easier. I like the custom BCC option, but if there was something that you did not have to remember to copy every time, that could be useful. The lead import caused a lot of work on my end.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nutshell to track leads and maintain organized contact management. It helps me see which companies are involved with each lead, revealing our history and facilitating follow-ups with clients and partners.

 ### 29. Effortless Sales Management with an Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan E. | Digital Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Nutshell is easy for sales teams to adopt and actually use on a daily basis. The interface is clean, pipelines are flexible, and it supports a structured sales process without feeling heavy or overbuilt. It provides solid visibility into deals and activity, which makes managing and coaching the team more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Reporting and automation are more limited than some larger CRMs, and teams with very complex workflows may find themselves wanting deeper customization. While this simplicity is a strength, it may feel restrictive for organizations looking for advanced enterprise-level features.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell solves the common problem of low CRM adoption by providing a system that is simple, intuitive, and easy for sales teams to use consistently. It eliminates spreadsheet tracking, scattered notes, and missed follow-ups by centralizing contacts, activities, and opportunities in a clear pipeline. This creates better organization, accountability, and visibility across the sales process.

The benefits are higher data accuracy, improved sales consistency, and clearer insight for managers without added complexity. Teams spend less time managing the CRM and more time selling, while leadership gains reliable forecasting, better coaching opportunities, and a scalable foundation for growth.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I looked at enterprise tools like Salesforce, and for us, they were overkill. Nutshell is intuitive, easy to use, and has great customer service online.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I wish there was a way to prompt automatic follow up with people, but that's relatively easy for me to set up manually.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a CRM and email marketing all in one, and this works well for our needs.

**Official Response from Will Gordon:**

> Hi! We're happy to hear that Nutshell is working out for your needs! We have a lot of ways to follow up automatically with contacts, but it truly depends on how you're hoping to follow up. Nutshell has the ability to set reminders for manually follow up or to follow up with people via a Marketing email drip or Marketing SMS drip. If these are active leads then our Sales automation features allows for personal email sequences or pre-set and preassigned sales activities to follow up with contacts/leads

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The non profit I work for uses this software to have one place to track and follow up with people that are interested in knowing more about what we do (that hopefully leads to working with us). Once you understand what features are there, it is very easy to use. I am on and off Nutshell all day, and have to teach other teammates how to use it sometimes. The automations make it easy to communicate with your network once a new person drops into your pipeline. That takes one thing off of my plate, but still leaves a personal touch with the person on the other side of the email/text. Setting reminders (aka activities) keeps me on task without having to backtrack to figure out what my next step is. You just keep moving forward!

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The hard part of Nutshell is the same as any tech related thing. You have to figure out the different features. Nutshell provides support and trainings that give you an overview of how to use it as well as updated trainings when a new feature is added. So, once you learn the new feature, you are able to integrate it into making your job easier.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If it wasn't for Nutshell, I would have to keep a separate document to keep tabs on hundreds of people at a time, continuously searching my email to see if the person responded or if I still hadn't responded yet, having a separate calendar just for reminders to follow up with people after a certain amount of time, etc. However, with Nutshell, that is for the most part automated and all in one place. It saves me hours in my work day. I can just start doing the task I am supposed to.

**Official Response from Jewell July:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive review of Nutshell, Kelsey! We're glad that features like email automations and activity reminders are helping you streamline your workflows while providing a personal touch to new contacts. Cheers to saving time and moving forward!

All the best,
Jewell from Nutshell

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I really like the clean, visual, and instantly actionable pipeline view in Nutshell. It makes it easy to see every deal stage and allows for simple drag-and-drop updates, which helps in quickly spotting bottlenecks. The email integration is seamless too; it syncs perfectly with our inboxes, logs conversations automatically, and we can send personalized outreach directly from the platform without switching between apps. Another aspect I appreciate is the simplicity of the automation. We don't need a developer to set up follow-up sequences, task reminders, or lead routing, which saves us hours of admin work every week. Lastly, the initial setup of Nutshell is one of the fastest and least complicated we've experienced for a small-to-mid-sized B2B sales team.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The mobile app is functional but feels stripped down. It works for quick updates and checking tasks, but it lacks many of the desktop features, making it less useful for reps who work mostly on the go. The pipeline view is not fully functional on mobile; you can see deals, but you can't easily filter, sort, or customize columns the way you can on desktop. For reps who manage their pipeline on the go, this is a big gap. Email composition and scheduling feel restricted. While you can reply to emails, creating more personalized, structured outreach or scheduling send-times is clunky or unavailable.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell centralizes our CRM data, eliminating disorganized leads and improving follow-ups. It enhances pipeline transparency and reduces manual work with email automation and tracking, allowing us to focus on selling rather than admin tasks.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

The UI is clean and modern. Many other CRMs are boring and clunky

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The reporting features are a little misleading or difficult to understand. The filters are not strong enough to run what we need to see

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data organization and client communication history is very helpful. We are able to track any call, email, or website visit a contact makes

**Official Response from Will Gordon:**

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

What stands out most in Nutshell is the seamless call logging and transcription feature. Every conversation is documented automatically, giving me total clarity and confidence when managing client relationships. If I ever need to double-check wording, revisit commitments, or track follow-ups, it’s all right there. It removes human error and keeps everything organised effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Honestly, the hardest part of reviewing Nutshell is finding something negative to say. If I had to choose, I’d say sometimes I rely on the transcript so much that I don’t take my own notes anymore. But that’s hardly a real complaint - it just shows how well it works.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After trying several CRMs over the years, I can confidently say that Nutshell has solved the biggest frustrations I’ve had with other systems - complexity, clunky interfaces, and paying for features that don’t actually add value. Nutshell strikes the perfect balance between ease of use, powerful features, and realistic pricing. It’s intuitive from day one, which means I didn’t need weeks of setup or training just to get started.

 ### 35. Streamlined CRM with Intuitive Setup and Effective Lead Management

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I like Nutshell's capability for researching contacts and leads through their AI research, which helps me determine if my information is correct or incomplete and find the complete information for the lead. The initial setup of Nutshell was pretty easy and intuitive, much easier than the other CRMs I trialed.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I would love a web pop feature so that when a call comes into my RingCentral, it would open up the CRM based on the caller ID to the lead record or a search result.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell keeps my leads and notes organized, transcribes my calls, and summarizes them so I don't have to take notes during a call.

 ### 36. Intuitive CRM That Streamlines Sales Effortlessly

**Validated Reviewer:** This review contains authentic analysis and has been reviewed by our team

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I love Nutshell's intuitive, clean UI and super-low learning curve. The modern, uncluttered interface makes it easy to dive in and start working immediately, which is why it sees such high adoption rates. The drag-and-drop pipelines and customizable dashboards are fantastic, providing a logical, supportive environment rather than getting in the way. This is critical for my small team, alleviating a lot of frustration and saving us significant time. I also really appreciate the Next-Action Focus & AI-Powered Insights, which stand out remarkably. With features like AI recommendations and the focusing on the most important next action, it helps reduce indecision and drives faster momentum. It's highly practical and aids in smarter, quicker selling. Additionally, Nutshell's seamless pipeline management and visibility give us clear forecasting and empower us with strong reporting tools that are both easy to use and insightful. Everything ties together nicely for a streamlined experience that really boosts our productivity. Also, I find that Nutshell's compatibility with various other tools is one of its biggest strengths, streamlining our workflow without cumbersome custom development. Lastly, the setup was a breeze—easy, quick, and straightforward, much simpler than other CRMs I've tried.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

1. Reporting and analytics depth is fairly basic. The standard reports and dashboards are good for quick overviews, but they lack advanced slicing and dicing options needed for complex analysis. Custom reports exist but aren't flexible enough for detailed multi-dimensional breakdowns. It sometimes requires exporting to Excel/Google Sheets, which isn't ideal for an all-in-one solution. 2. Customization limits for very specific or complex workflows. While you can add custom fields and automations, there are restrictions if your sales process needs highly unique requirements. Complex workflows like multi-layered approval chains or highly tailored views hit limits quickly. Some advanced features are only available at higher tiers, which can feel restrictive for mid-tier plans.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell centralizes our contacts and deals, reducing data chaos and missed leads. It automates repetitive admin tasks, saving hours weekly. Its intuitive UI encourages high team adoption, while AI-driven insights and seamless pipeline management improve our sales process and decision-making.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I use Nutshell to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions, and it really helps us avoid losing track of leads while also reducing manual work. What I like about Nutshell is its interface, which is easy to use for everyone. It makes navigating the system simple and allows me to access customer information quickly without wasting much time. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Customization options for the pipeline could be improved. I would like to make pipeline stages more flexible and allow for more dynamic workflows.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell helps us avoid losing track of leads and reduces manual work. It makes it easy to navigate the system and access customer information quickly.

 ### 38. Intuitive, Seamless CRM for U.S. Sales Teams

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I love Nutshell's intuitive, no-code usability that offers a zero learning curve for non-technical U.S. regional reps. It's the only CRM that our non-technical regional sales reps and U.S. partner teams use consistently, without the need for mandatory training or IT support. For our distributed U.S. team, this is crucial. Nutshell's interface is clean and aligns perfectly with U.S. sales workflows, making each action like adding a lead, updating a pipeline stage, or sending an email just 1-2 clicks away, with no confusing custom fields or jargon. The initial setup was exceptionally fast, intuitive, and zero-fuss for our U.S.-based B2B SaaS/retail tech business.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I find the lead routing limited; there's no native way to auto-route U.S. leads to the correct regional rep or partner. We have to route leads manually, leading to delayed follow-ups for time-sensitive U.S. SMB leads.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell eliminates CRM clutter, fills the U.S. partner/channel sales gap, and its intuitive no-code usability means even non-technical reps use it without training.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

Integrated notes from our phone systems.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

The search feature inside of the leads / people / company when looking at boards. They are finiky and there are a few times where names of company or people only pop up with the general search bar at the top and not the leads / company or people tab

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notes mostly as notes can take alot of time - What it needs to be alittle better at is summerizing the lead at the top

 ### 40. Streamlined CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SOHEB R.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I love Nutshell for its all-in-one functionality, which includes contact management, visual sales pipeline, emails, marketing, and web chat/text messaging, making it easy to consolidate tools. I find its user-friendly design to be the most praised aspect. I also enjoy the omnichannel inbox, which syncs all team emails, calls, and even WhatsApp messages into a single timeline. This helps replace scattered spreadsheets and sticky notes with a single source of truth for all contacts and data interaction history.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Users have reported difficulty creating custom workflows from scratch or setting complex conditional lead stage outcomes. The system often fails to proactively flag duplicate accounts or people during batch uploads, which can lead to a messy database and wasted time manually merging records.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nutshell to replace scattered spreadsheets and sticky notes with a single source of truth, consolidating tools like contact management, sales pipeline, email marketing, and messaging.

I use Nutshell as a CRM for work, and I appreciate how simple it is to use. I like that the tasks are on the right-hand side, which helps with organization. The setup was very easy because of its ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I have issues with the duplicate feature in Nutshell. It doesn't always show an actual duplicate, and when there is one, sometimes it's not shown.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nutshell for lead management and admin. It's simple to use, with tasks organized conveniently on the right-hand side.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I appreciate the broad range of functionality and the depth of the application. The report generation and Pipeline features, in particular, make it easy to understand what’s happening and to execute sales and marketing in a way that feels straightforward and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I wouldn't necessarily say "downside", but there is a bit of a learning curve to be able to use enough of the utilities to be effective.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact management, opportunity status tracking, and marketing tools (landing pages and bulk email broadcasts) are all handled effectively. Those features alone save me hours each day. The ability to generate analytics reports and share them with others also helps keep the team aligned, efficient, and effective.

 ### 44. Very user friendly and easy to use and understand.

The convenience of the program. Very user-friendly and easy to set up. A couple of steps and you have it the way you want it, and if you want to change it, you can.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

When looking at emails, it will keep them even if the email doesn't look like an email. It can be frustrating to search for a name and you see that as an email.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can take it to a new client to a closed client pretty quickly. I can also move it if the client if they are going in a different direction.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I love the fact that it provides a lot of the same firepower and offerings as HubSpot at a fraction of the cost. The team is always ready to answer questions, and its very easy to get solutions to challenges quickly. I feel like more than a number with Nutshell, I feel like they are a partner with my business. When I wanted some specific ways to contact clients, they worked with me to determine the best ways to make that happen. I absolutely love this platform as a CRM.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I don't like that I can't set up a funnel that will email multiple people at once - instead, I have to enter each person into the funnel individually.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell is solving several problems for Law Quill:

Lead Organization and Tracking
It centralizes all prospective law firm leads from various sources (LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals) into one place, eliminating the need for manual tracking in spreadsheets or multiple platforms. This ensures no leads are lost or forgotten.

Pipeline Visibility
The sales pipeline view allows you to see exactly where each prospect is in the sales process which makes it easier to forecast revenue and identify bottlenecks in conversions.

Automated Follow-Ups and Tasks
Automation ensures timely follow-up emails and reminders so potential clients aren’t neglected. This reduces manual work and increases the likelihood of closing deals.

Reporting and Insights
Detailed analytics show which lead sources and campaigns are generating the most conversions. This allows for better decision-making and allocation of marketing spend.

Overall Benefit:
Nutshell is increasing efficiency, improving lead management, reducing manual errors, and providing clear visibility into Law Quill’s sales funnel.

Better managing of our open leads and contacts. Benefits are easy/faster tracking, keeping up with our customers' needs with reminders, etc.

The mobile app for now as it does not have a ton of capabilities yet but I know this is set to change.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us a way to track our sales cycles as well as use it as a CRM.

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

My favorite part of Nutshell is that it is never finished, they are always evolving and upgrading, and most of the time that doesn't come at the cost of adding price upgrades for us the customer. They are also quick to take feedback when and upgrade isn't actually and improvement and refinement. There are so many bells and whistles, the features are endless and we were able to customize it to fit our needs perfectly. It was easy set up, easy use, and our team uses it all day, everyday!

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

Sometimes speed can be an issues, especially on leads with a lot of notes or info, however, that seems to be almost a non issues in the latest upgrades. So we are much happier with the speed of use now!

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We employ a team of remote workers that depend on information on their prospects both new and old, and nutshell is that tool. We also needed a way to communicate status of jobs from pricing through completion and delivery with workers that are scattered and cannot just walk out into the shop and check and Nutshell allows us to do that.

 ### 49. Easy to Use, Quick to Implement, and Streamlines Workflow

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

It’s easy to use and quick to implement. Everything is available in one platform, which helps save time and makes the overall workflow more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

It has limited advanced features and lacks customization options.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Healthy meal plan companies typically struggle with scattered customer data across Excel, WhatsApp, email, and calls. It can be difficult to track leads and subscriptions, and manual customer follow-ups often take too much time. There’s also poor visibility into the sales pipeline, which can lead to missed renewal and upsell opportunities, along with a lack of centralized communication.

Nutshell addresses these issues by centralizing customer and sales management in a single CRM system.

 ### 50. Efficient CRM with Some Scope for Improvement

**What do you like best about Nutshell?**

I find the email tool easy to navigate. The audience feature with relevant contacts is helpful for email merging to a dedicated audience, and the drip campaign feature has shown its usefulness. Adding contacts seems easier, and my team values the white glow support for managing a large number of contacts.

**What do you dislike about Nutshell?**

I wish there was a button to deactivate a contact who's no longer in the organization, so we wouldn't have to do so many manual steps. Also, when sending emails, it would be helpful to have the sender blank at first to choose instead of having a default person, as sometimes people forget to change that. CRMs are always confusing to understand, and even though Nutshell seems less sophisticated and more straightforward than others, it still took me some time to get used to it. For contacts, it might be specific to our organization, but it was confusing to navigate similar name organizations and find multiple leads inside.

**What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nutshell helps manage all our member and client data, which is crucial for a member-driven organization. It provides an easy-to-navigate email tool, useful audience feature for email merging, and drip campaigns. Adding and organizing contacts is simpler, and my team values its large contact support.
