**What do you like best about KIT?**

KIT is best in giving service round the world. At least I can say that I haven't faced any troubles while using KIT. I am really somewhat satisfied by the product.

**What do you dislike about KIT?**

KIT still needs revamping. It's very new but yet not unknown to all. KIT needs to advertise more. Whenever I tell others about KIT, they say what is that... so advertise.

**What problems is KIT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become very easy to do donor prospective research on KIT. Also, when I searched my requirements, it displayed results so fast at lightning speed. It gave results very quickly and there is nothing difficult in using it too.
