I also liked how easy it was to access whenever I needed it. This was an extremely wonderful benefit. **What do you dislike about SignRequest for G Suite?** There were a few time where I had to reinstall the add-on, however this did not have any adverse effect to the efficacy of the Sign-Request add-on. It was overall very useful. **What problems is SignRequest for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to solve many problems by using SignRequest for G-Suite by having this add-on addition to the top of my webpage for any emails and documents I need to sign. ### 2. Ensuring that people understand how to view the official paperwork across their accounts, SignRequest makes us able to maintain essential signed documents in a massive, cloud-based tool. Also, SignRequest works great on G Suite. **What do you dislike about SignRequest for G Suite?** There are absolutely no complaints with this tool, as I think it's perfect for what's intended to be used for. I would actually say that SignRequest is one of the best software used in my company. **Recommendations to others considering SignRequest for G Suite:** I would say SignRequest is ideal for individuals starting to work with e-signing programs online. It would be a good choice to submit contractual agreements with employers, suppliers, partners, and vendors, in all business sectors and professional life. **What problems is SignRequest for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my company, we are currently using SignRequest to build and deliver electronic, non-disclosure and protection contracts to workers we chose to work with. This approach was connected to the Salesforce CRM platform so that sales officials may actually make a proposal from a sales prospect. SignRequest made it possible to submit files, configure who must focus on which areas and even give them to multiple individuals in the same company at the very same time. ### 3. Signatures are legal and binding. **What do you dislike about SignRequest for G Suite?** I can't really think of anything that I do not like about it. If I had to pick something it would be that it is not entirely compatible with Microsoft Office and some times clients can become confused about how to access the documents to sign them. And sometimes it has trouble on Apple iOS. **What problems is SignRequest for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having staff and clients spread out in multiple locations it simplifies things when you need to have documents or contracts signed. ### 5. It was very easy to understand how to take a PDF, add in sign fields and distribute to my team members. I used it for a large group project for one of my classes and it worked seamlessly. For a free software, it has a lot of powerful capabilities. Definitely recommended for an entry level option where you want to distribute electronic documents to sign, without the massive monetary commitment that is required for DocuSign **What do you dislike about SignRequest for G Suite?** Of course, with the free version, you do not get all the features of the paid version. SignRequest is somewhat aggressive about pointing out what you need to pay for while you are using the free version, but it is not nearly as obnoxious as most applications that have a paid version. **Recommendations to others considering SignRequest for G Suite:** Do spend a few minutes getting to know the software before creating a document. Expedites business deals and other contractual agreements. Hopefully this is approved for use at our facility to expedite business and decrease lead time on projects that could otherwise take months to implement. **What do you dislike about SignRequest for G Suite?** Nothing bad to say! We are only in the trail stages but have not seen any issues. The only issue on our end is that we are a state run facility that needs extra security on documents - hopefully this is approved and implemented by the state guidelines. **What problems is SignRequest for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is that it saves time! No delay or need to find time in multiple schedules for in-person meetings. ### 9. No need to print a document, sign, find a scanner, and then email. **What do you dislike about SignRequest for G Suite?** It slightly altered my heading. The template I used has my logo at the center top and a horizontal line underneath. Half of the horizontal was deleted.
