# why Bynder US is not using directly EU implementation team? Such business practice delayed launch of DAM by 6 months at least (implementation started 05/2019 launch 03/2020). Note Tupperware implementation team is based in Europe but due to contract being signed in US we were forced to use US team (skilled but far away). BTW our DAM admin team is based 2hr drive away from Bynder Europe office. Waist of money and time... ##### Post Metadata
