Implementation timelines depend on multiple things like the size of the project (number of users being onboarded, modules being set up etc.) and commitment and responsiveness on side of the clients. We are committed to finding the right balance between taking enough time for a successful setup and not losing momentum in getting Bynder in use. Didn&#39;t realize this was product specific - so feel free to ignore as needed. 

&quot;a portal&quot; is a pretty generic requirement - something as simple as a &quot;contact us&quot; form might be considered a portal. AND I suggest you start this way. Get a contact us form started. 
Then grow from there (hour 2).
Next add a new form for &quot;requests&quot; so starting with the most basic, common or money saving request.

And continue to iterate from there.

Once your portal reaches a point you are proud of, start sharing it with your customers. Have support promote it. Advertise it!
