Anytime we had questions the response time was within 12 hours. **What do you dislike about Bynder?** there was a learning curve, but once you learned how everythign works on the backend, it was smooth sailing. **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bynder will beable to hold all of our assets that we use for multiple projects at a time and sort and tag them, also allowing other to have access and to them. Very limited advanced search criteria – can not search video assets by duration besides the predefined options – which would work for long form video content but does not support options for filtering video content less than 5 minutes... which in an era of social media does not meet the needs being able to filter short form video content. **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** User focused taxonomy and UI – provides greater access of assets across our partners and organization. ### 5. There's no more searching all over for where assets are, it's on Bynder and because of the way our tagging system is set up it's super easy for users to self-service and search by SKU, brand, product name, in use photography etc. The onboarding process was a bit long, but everything was handled really well and they were very supportive of getting it set up in a way that works for us. When users upload images we have required fields and options that makes keeping the data clean easier and keeps everything organized. Even after set up, the Bynder team is very responsive to any questions or support needed. It's intuitive for new users and meets all of our needs well. **What do you dislike about Bynder?** Like any DAM there are always things that can be improved. I'd say we most look forward to new features being added. Specifically, I would love an option to upload a excel list and have everything tagged with that pulled into a collection. It would make it much faster to create collections with a large number of images that we want to share externally with distributions etc. But overall no complaints! **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy to access all of our assets in one place and allows employees, vendors, etc to self-serve when needing images, videos, etc. ### 6. The support has been so great. The Bynder Onboarding Team can anticapte really well what kind of blockers might occur and what to keep in mind when to configure the DAM. The Bynder DAM comes with many useful features. The simplest ones bring the greatest impact sometimes - whether it's Dynamic Asset Transformation, the great options to personalize within workflow module setup, or even the button to share an asset by one touch. The Bynder DAM enables us to create a new standard of handling assets, increases our efficiencies worldwide and reduces manual work by having smart and intuitive integrations. The UX of the DAM is super easy. It's pretty self-explanatory - this helps so much since if it's too complicated to be used by the majority users, it's going to fail. And this is not going to happen with the Bynder DAM. The process is clear like a cooking recipe! I want to express my gratitude to Bynder's onboarding team. A very big thank you to Viola, Marilu and Ken - you were so engaging and supportive along the entire implementation/configuration/migration process. I perceive it as the benchmark experience. It has been a great journey together with you. **What do you dislike about Bynder?** Like every tool existing, there are a couple of features we wish to be rolled out soon - more derivate configuration options or DAT for videos as an example. So there's no dislike but more like an antipication towards add-ons and innovative features. **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the challenge of having a fragmented landscape of different asset management or hosting tools in place. I also like add-on's, like Studio. We scrutinized Bynder against some of the biggest names in the DAM business and found their platform stood toe-to-toe with them, with a price tag that made it possible for us to engage. Equally as pleasing about our experience with Bynder is the team members we engaged with from initial contact, through implementation/onboarding, and with handover to our CSM. Bynder is comprised of team members possessing an expert level of product knowledge and a dedicated solutions-driven mindset, yet can make the process fun, contrary to the dull, mechanical, highly corporate, and uptight demeanor usually experienced in a software implementation environment. The implementation process was on point, well planned and executed, and an enjoyable experience. It was essentially painless. Our team was able to use our custom company portal prior to the completion of the onboarding process. Integration was relatively easy. Bynder is a very user-friendly, logical, and easy-to-use tool once you get over the initial intimidation when facing something new. It has been a completely enjoyable and professional experience. We needed a true partnership with our DAM vendor, and the Bynder team has fulfilled that need substantially and sincerely. We use Bynder daily. **What do you dislike about Bynder?** For our use cases, there does not appear to be a downside when fairly compared to other DAM products. Is any one single DAM platform the holy grail that as a standalone can do everything associated with creative/marketing content production? No. Bynder is a DAM, not a PM tool. However, with the product knowledge users can gain in presets and workflow, there are practical ways to work around not having a PM tool within Bynder. **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing version integrity, a keyword/metadata-driven asset searchable ecosystem and the coveted single source of truth are the biggest wins for us with Bynder. Second tier benefits impacting our company are the guardrails that can be implemented and the due date constraints that drive efficiency in a controlled workflow to remove unwanted ancillary "noise" in the system. ### 11. They truly worked as a team, complementing each other's knowledge and skills. I also felt as though I had a partner throughout the entire process. I have yet to roll Bynder out to our firm, but I feel very prepared to take charge of the platform from top to bottom. **What do you dislike about Bynder?** Linking assets into documents and presentations would be better than downloading. That way when an asset version is updated within Bynder, The system can give document owners the option to update their working file to use the latest version of the asset. Downloading creates a lot of old assets to remain in existance after they have been updated in Bynder. Also - need to give clients the option to extend the login refresh rate to 15 or thirty days. Having to re-login after 30 min is very inefficient. **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** the platform makes it very easy to filter assets based on very specific parameters that are set up in the taxonomies ### 19. Onboarding was incredibly detailed and adjusted to our pace. **What do you dislike about Bynder?** There are a few features that seem intuitive, but don't exist in Bynder - namely, the opportunity to create folders to organize content. If we were a large design team trying to share pictures and graphics with each other (much like the Fruit demo environment is set up), I think Bynder would be perfect. But for sharing actual content pieces (ebooks, white papers, infographics, etc.), with an external audience, I'm not sure it was the best choice. **What problems is Bynder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much easier to find content pieces, especially for our sales team. ### 37.
