"Powerful yet easy"

What do you like best?

Fast and easy automation possibilities ! I can test my ideas quickly, get feedback/results and try again until I find the more impactful combinations.

It's also great to have a team that answers your questions and sometimes challenges you on what you do.

"Actito has helped us to analyze very easily all the results of our marketing campaigns"

What do you like best?

We have been using Actito for a long time and it has allowed us to use all its functions very well since it is a very powerful tool at first it took us a bit to adapt to them but after you adapt, it is very easy to use Actito until Now it has helped us to segment very well all the profiles that we have in our database and thus we totally make sure to send all the correct content to the right people One of its options that has brought us many benefits is its email creation tool since it has many editable templates which make us look very professional when creating our emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Basic reporting view is available but difficult to get a full overview of our campaigns. Actito is sending us an Excel file every month to give us an overview of our campaign (e-mail sent, forms completion,...). Would be nice to consolidate everything at the same place in the tool. "Marketing Automation made easy to non technical users"

What do you like best?

Actito has built a powerful tool while keeping it simple for the end user. Targeting are made simple, no technical competence required.

It really opens the doors to place the tool in marketeers hands rather than technical.

Creating scenario with its drag and drop functionnality is really simple and fast to implement.

All of these aspects allow the marketeer to focus on the business rather than the technical side of automation.

Looking at the data model, it is powerful and easily adapted to cover the needs.

We have faced highly supportive, responsive and listening team and support when exchanging about our needs/challenges, also when covering the Actito product map.

We use the tool for automated campaign, adhoc campaign and transactional communication for both email and SMS campaigns.

The solution is now fully open with API and webhooks to integrate with other service and/or automation pushing the limits of the tool a lot further.

There is a lot of functionnalities available and when bumping into the limits of the solution, until now, we always have found workarounds to go further.

Other aspects to be considered, which all are MUST HAVE

- GDPR Compliant

- Multi-lingual by design

What do you dislike?

Actito is a great tool to make the data actionnable in automation. When it comes to display and render the customer 360° view and look at customer profile, it is old fashioned and weak.

The reporting served by default is rather limited, this can be tackled on demand.

The ability to put high level comment in scenarios would be handy but note that comments can placed in scenario components.

Seed lists cannot be easily forced in campaigns.

The user experience of the solution on mobile is weak and should be improved.

Functions enabling rather simple data formating/transformation at execution time in campaign personnalization are not available at this stage.

Because of this, we continue manage our Print DM outside of the tool to have full flexibility on output file layout and format.

"Marketing Automation in Fashion Retail"

What do you like best?

The ease of use and reliability of automation scenario, which have made our life so much easier. We already have many scenarios in progress, which allow us to improve our customer journey and to reach our customers through different channels. The analysis of the results is also made easier, thanks to the dashboards available.

The email builder tool is also a big plus: we created custom templates in collaboration with Actito, which fits to our needs. The targeting functionnality is powerful and also allows us to do A/B testing easily.

What do you dislike?

The reporting tool might be improved: for example, enabling to save custom reports.

ACTITO is a very strong platform with a panel of tools that are thought for Marketeers. It can handle multiple languages (which is a strong point in Belgium)

"Practical tool"

What do you like best?

You can easily make scenario's based on all different data structures. Sending emails and sms are very easy and fast. Direct integration with our cashier system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can't create our proper e-mail content blocks in the software. This has always been developed by the team. There is a drag and drop system, but no pre-defined content blocks that can be modified in the template; Also we don't have access to the html-code.

"A powerful and easy to use CRM solution"

What do you like best?

Actito has mastered a difficult challenge: build a powerful and complete CRM while keeping a super user friendly platform for the end user. What do you dislike?

In my opinion there is not much downside with Actito but I would say that they can still improve on the mobile version of their software. Actito's UI and ease of use allows us to decentralize digital activities throughout the business for sending their campaigns. Limitations in number of users (50), the Data Warehousing Solution is very limited for snowflake data integration, and forms are not the highest standard of the market in terms of functionalities and UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Isn't the best of breed in terms of functionalities, neither does it provide a very advanced Data Management solution, nor anything around CRM for B-to-B segments, but is certainly a software to consider as a first step into marketing automation. "The most adaptable CRM Automation platform"

What do you like best?

Actito is flexible as you wish. You can do lot of things.

The UX is very simple and effective. Sending a campaign or creating a complex scenario takes a few minutes. The full process to create a campaign is very short and it works well.

The data model is very powerful (relational model) and very simple to create and maintain.

The audience targeting tool is quite fantastic. Simple to use and fast to calculate. You can play with many OR and AND blocks, on different types of data: Users' Profile Information, LookUp Data Table, Actions table or Email behaviors. You can combine several dynamic targets and/or several segments already calculated.

The scenario system is well done and complete. Drag and drop triggers, emails...

Good to know, when you create your data model, you can set up some triggers to start any scenario (e.g. new purchase, new rating, updated order ...)

APIs and webhooks are useful and can save a lot of time to integrate your CRM to your website/database without complex architecture.

We also use it to manage some automated campaigns and transactional emails (as forgotten password).

The documentation is available for each user and understandable.

Finally, the main satisfaction is the Actito Team (customer success manager, sales or project manager are amazing). They are always ready to help us to find quickly as possible any solution (and always with the smile). The tool and its features are constantly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is not easy to export automatically or expose data to another service as Facebook for example. It's very frustrating when you want to reach your prospects with something else than email or SMS.

Default dashboards are not complete but with some tricks we can get a lot of data and analysis. They are enough to follow your main KPIs but they should more detailed.

The last point is the templating system. It exists, but it is not the best fature. It is also impossible to import data from API (as JSON or XML) directly to your email (in a scenario for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Je trouve que la plateforme est relativement intuitive et simple d'utilisation pour des manipulations de tous les jours.

En revanche, il y a beaucoup de fonctionnalité pas toujours simple de s'y retrouver.

La création d'une segmentation est un peu compliquée et pour le coup pas du tout intuitive

Les reporting sont pas forcement simple à sortir d'actito pour les coupler avec notre plateforme de résultats.

lors des exports des reporting, les objets ne remontent pas. c'est un probleme sachant que les objets viennent directement d'actito.

je trouve dommage que l'outil de création d'email ne soit pas plus performant. L'outil est très basic et ne donne pas forcement la possibilité de créer un contenu qui correspond à la marque

Ce n'est pas forcement simple de suivre la délivrabilité. on est obligé de regarder email par email, alors qu'un outil de reporting général sur ce sujet serait plus simple pour l'analyse et la gestion de ce sujet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Working without a third party on all CRM projects

- direct contact with ACTITO Support for daily questions

- Client Success Manager who helps for CRM evolutions

The usability of the tool itself, it's very selfexplaining. Most processes are handled step by step in "workflows"

- the skillset of different project stakeholders can be matched, also with low CRM experience

Set up of multinational newsletters in one camapign

Easy set up of newsletter templates and content management by WYSIWYG

Content personalization in newsletter based on segmentations

Advanced segmentations without SQL knowledge

GDPR compliant

What do you dislike?

Reporting could be more advanced

- missing some KPI like 'total clicks', total openings to deep dive in user engagement

BUT

- basics analytics within the tool with a nice user interface

- details per xls export available

Deliverbility/ Reputation treatment has to be booked as extra service package

Creation of wholistic "user journeys" has to be done sometimes in different parts of the tool

- could be more logic, e.g. on a sketch board where all user journey parts can be combined

La newsletter est un vecteur de proximité formidable quand il est bien utilisé. C'est clair que le numérique est un outil de simplification et d'automatisation des processus, mais aussi, et surtout, un générateur d’interactions. The fact that we cannot use seed lists.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use dashboards, campaign groups and the reportings, they truly are a mine of information from your audience. Based on those reports you can segment your database to reach what your audience really wants to see. No more unpersonalized emails (or at least, much less).
