"Bonne expérience utilisateur"

What do you like best?

Je trouve que la plateforme est relativement intuitive et simple d'utilisation pour des manipulations de tous les jours.

Le support est facilement joignable et disponible

What do you dislike?

En revanche, il y a beaucoup de fonctionnalité pas toujours simple de s'y retrouver.

La création d'une segmentation est un peu compliquée et pour le coup pas du tout intuitive

Les reporting sont pas forcement simple à sortir d'actito pour les coupler avec notre plateforme de résultats.

lors des exports des reporting, les objets ne remontent pas. c'est un probleme sachant que les objets viennent directement d'actito.

je trouve dommage que l'outil de création d'email ne soit pas plus performant. L'outil est très basic et ne donne pas forcement la possibilité de créer un contenu qui correspond à la marque

Ce n'est pas forcement simple de suivre la délivrabilité. on est obligé de regarder email par email, alors qu'un outil de reporting général sur ce sujet serait plus simple pour l'analyse et la gestion de ce sujet.

What do you like best?

Working without a third party on all CRM projects

- direct contact with ACTITO Support for daily questions

- Client Success Manager who helps for CRM evolutions

The usability of the tool itself, it's very selfexplaining. Most processes are handled step by step in "workflows"

- the skillset of different project stakeholders can be matched, also with low CRM experience

Set up of multinational newsletters in one camapign

Easy set up of newsletter templates and content management by WYSIWYG

Content personalization in newsletter based on segmentations

Advanced segmentations without SQL knowledge

GDPR compliant

Easy connection with our main data base and other data silos per SDK/ API (e.g. for transactional mails)

What do you dislike?

Reporting could be more advanced

- missing some KPI like 'total clicks', total openings to deep dive in user engagement

BUT

- basics analytics within the tool with a nice user interface

- details per xls export available

Deliverbility/ Reputation treatment has to be booked as extra service package

Creation of wholistic "user journeys" has to be done sometimes in different parts of the tool

- could be more logic, e.g. on a sketch board where all user journey parts can be combined

Personalization of German salutations with multiple customizations were not possible when the tool was presented to us (sehr geehrte Frau / sehr geehrter Herr ...)

"Very good tool, but some features missing"

What do you like best?

How intuitive it is. The tabs are easy to navigate and even without hours of training, you get where you want pretty easily.

What do you dislike?

The plurilingual feature could be improved to be easier to use. In a country like Belgium, it is super important.

Also, the fact that you can't "open in a new tab" is annoying sometimes, as I have to navigate the menu again and again when I'd rather switch tabs in my browser.

Hosting PDFs and images (like MailChimp does) is also a big miss: sometimes our clients don't have the money/knowledge to host their files.

We are in the process of automating all of our marketeting emails, creating a real user experience depending on how the user reacts. Something we couldn't do at all with our previous tool.

"Redesign of the relational cycle with marketing automation"

What do you like best?

The most helpful is the automated sending scenarios

The main advantages of Actito :

- The routing reliability

- The ergonomic : the ease of use

- The personalized support

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately the technical support is not available by phone, but we have a personal account manager if needed.

The disappointed point was about the e-mail building, we had to chose another solution because Actito was too restrictive.

And I think we're not using all the features of the tool at the moment

It allowed us to launch a new relational cycle with automated sendings, we can now contact customers before they leave and automatically restart them.

we have experienced a 130% increase in revenue on this lever since the transition to Actito

"Flexible marketing automation platform for B2C"

What do you like best?

ACTITO allows to fully customize both the profile tables and custom tables to store any type of additional data related to profiles, e.g. orders from a webshop, loyalty card information etc. Data from profile tables and custom tables can be combined to set up automations, e.g. abandoned cart mails for a webshop. ACTITO has a very responsive support team and customer success managers are always available if needed.

What do you dislike?

The UI of ACTITO is a bit outdated but it does not limit the usability of the platform. ACTITO does not support any type of channel, but through integrations it's possible to setup multichannel campaigns.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using ACTITO as marketing automation platform mostly for email campaigns, nurturing campaigns and various types of automated email messages.

"Super user friendly automation tool and great dedicated team"

What do you like best?

User friendly aspect of tool, it allows marketers to build complex campaigns. The tool can also be adapted to business requirements in terms of data base which can unblock some CRM limitations as well.

What do you dislike?

It is quite pricey (but worth it). When you do reports on campaigns, you cannot really aggregate several one shot campaigns to compare their results. Therefore you have to download the results to analyse them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The company I currently work for used marketo tool, but as a user, I preferred actito as it is more user friendly and you need to do less tasks while creating a campaign. So you gain time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Implementation of complex muktichannel campaigns on Customer lifecycle with personalized emails embedded with multichannel automated flows (digital / print / outbound calls). Benefits are customer engagement and real time flows, easy KPI followup, easy to update offers, good to built and improve targets. Also integrated digital website interactions which are enriching engagement score.

"A complete email tool for all our email communication"

What do you like best?

We only recently started using Actito. We really like the easy WYSIWYG editor that saves us a lot of time setting up e-mailings. We choose Actito for their expertise in marketing automation. We have a dedicated contact person that helps us out with all our questions. What I like best is their focus on inbox placement which resulted in higher open rates then with our previous ESP.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes we have to manually change the profile information of a specific client and this takes quite a few clicks. Bulk changes through imports are easy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integration of all our e-mail communication (mass mailings, order confirmation, marketing automation mails) in one tool instead of several different tools.

Une solution très pratique et performante, Actito nous a permis d’acquérir une grande autonomie dans la gestion de nos campagnes d’emailings, de créer une proximité avec nos clients à travers des communications adaptées grâce à la segmentation de la base, le ciblage des profils et la mise en place des scénarios automatiques.

Les ciblages nécessitent une grande maitrise de l’outil et de ses fonctionnalités, ce qui n’est pas toujours évident pour des nouveaux utilisateurs, mais l’équipe se montrer disponible et réactivité

D’autres fonctionnalités seront à développer pour une utilisation plus performante, notamment les relances des campagnes à programmer au moment du 1er routage.

"Je suis nouvelle utilisatrice de la plateforme Actito"

What do you like best?

Ce que j'aime est la facilité pour construire des scénarii performants. La plateforme est plutôt intuitive sur cette partie.

What do you dislike?

Je trouve les gabarits d'email très pauvres en configuration.

Dans la structuration, il serait intéressant d'avoir quelque chose équivalent à Mailchimp.

Il serait également utile de pouvoir ajouter les réseaux sociaux dans le footer de l'email.

Autre point faible, pas possible de faire de l'extraction des résultats de l'ensemble des emails, pourtant très utile pour faire des statistiques.

L'email est notre premier levier digital d'acquisition. Il nous permet de lancer des campagnes mais également, par les emails transactionnels, d'entretenir le contacts avec nos contacts.

"An accurate and relevant targeting"

What do you like best?

I really like "link name" process.

Over the past newsletters, I could rename the links which enabled me to collect the customer's appetences.

That way, I could settle a relevant targeting that increased the click rate and opening rate.

What do you dislike?

I regularly encounter some disconnection problems.

Indeed, when I want to program an email or a newsletter I have to do it several times because of those disconnections.

I fixed this problem by using an incognito tab.

Thanks to Actito I could improve targetings and decreased the unsubscribing rate.

"The easiest way to manageyour data !"

What do you like best?

Actito is an easy to use interface that allow you a lot to manage your data. Segmentation, targeting with several canal, data enrichment.... Actito is an easy tool to manage every day and will increase your business performance.

What do you dislike?

I would like to create more template form or email by my self but Actito allow you already a lot to do. You can even create your own template with them graphic team.

"Logiciel intuitif"

What do you like best?

N'ayant pas énormément d'expérience dans les logiciels de routage, je n'ai pas eu de difficultés pour la prise en main de l'outil

Le point d'ombre qu'il y a (qui n'est pas si grave) est qu'on ne peut pas supprimer les template, on doit obligatoirement passer par le support

What do you like best?

I can centralize and follow all my mailings and automated scenarios which facilitates data analysis in my daily work.

This tool is able to achieve very complex mailing structures this is why training on is necessary. Sometimes it is not very easy to use but the Actito team is very helpful.

I have already used several platforms of the same type for sending newsletters and I find that actito is very easy to use compared to others.

The app does not work very well on phone. Too bad, because it's convenient when you have to deprogram an emergency newsletter
