Actito is a great tool to make the data actionnable in automation. When it comes to display and render the customer 360° view and look at customer profile, it is old fashioned and weak.
The reporting served by default is rather limited, this can be tackled on demand.
The ability to put high level comment in scenarios would be handy but note that comments can placed in scenario components.
Seed lists cannot be easily forced in campaigns.
The user experience of the solution on mobile is weak and should be improved.
Functions enabling rather simple data formating/transformation at execution time in campaign personnalization are not available at this stage.
Because of this, we continue manage our Print DM outside of the tool to have full flexibility on output file layout and format.

The ease of use and reliability of automation scenario, which have made our life so much easier. We already have many scenarios in progress, which allow us to improve our customer journey and to reach our customers through different channels. The UX is very simple and effective. Sending a campaign or creating a complex scenario takes a few minutes. The full process to create a campaign is very short and it works well.

The audience targeting tool is quite fantastic. Simple to use and fast to calculate. You can play with many OR and AND blocks, on different types of data: Users' Profile Information, LookUp Data Table, Actions table or Email behaviors. You can combine several dynamic targets and/or several segments already calculated.
The scenario system is well done and complete. Drag and drop triggers, emails...
Good to know, when you create your data model, you can set up some triggers to start any scenario (e.g. new purchase, new rating, updated order ...)
APIs and webhooks are useful and can save a lot of time to integrate your CRM to your website/database without complex architecture.
We also use it to manage some automated campaigns and transactional emails (as forgotten password).
The documentation is available for each user and understandable.
Finally, the main satisfaction is the Actito Team (customer success manager, sales or project manager are amazing). It is not easy to export automatically or expose data to another service as Facebook for example. It's very frustrating when you want to reach your prospects with something else than email or SMS.
Default dashboards are not complete but with some tricks we can get a lot of data and analysis. They are enough to follow your main KPIs but they should more detailed.
