What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

One aspect about Bigtincan that I appreciate is the centralized content access. Designers and sales reps can all find the latest, on-brand materials all in one place. This means less time digging through emails or shared drives trying to find the right file. I also love the version control feature. I can upload assets with peace of mind knowing that older versions won't get used by mistake. Another great feature is the customizations you can make to your personal account. What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?

One thing that can be a little frustrating and time consuming is the upload process, especially when switching from another provider. The process involves a lot of manually work, but the customer care/onboarding team were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped ease my team into the transition. What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

You can customize start times. No need to punch start or finish. Makes it easy for those times you forget to punch. The gps works in all locations even remote with no cell service.

It is easy to review your day or month to see where you are at for miles.

What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

We have a single source of truth for documents to share among our sales team to give our customers and prospective clients the best-fitting and most up-to-date assets to help customers confidently decide on a partner for delicate temperature-sensitive life science products.

What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?

There isn't anything I dislike, and there is, in fact, much that gets addressed when there are questions around functional improvement. I would say if anything there could be a more user-friendly UI for the Media Manager side of things, perhaps more around language and descriptions, however, there is plenty to customize and it also feels very similar in a good way to the design of many of Google's products. What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

Modus has been crucial in our organization for both direct and indirect sales enablement and sales content distribution. The system is lightweight, easy to use, and available offline for some of our sale team in remote areas. Our Sr. Success Manager Tony has been crucial in our implementation of best practices, analytics reporting, and overall usage. We are on a path to finally moving to the NextGen version and our marketing and sales teams could not be more excited! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?

I don't know that I have any strong dislikes or experience any glaring weaknesses with the platform that won't be solved when we move to the NextGen version. The platform and support have been top notch since I stepped into my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moudus is a great application to help our sales team utilize marketing pieces digitally. This helps with following up to adivsors as soon as possible rather than them waiting for printed pieces to be sent to them. What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

Being able to pull up the product brochures and if I need to I can also watch how to demo the product. I also really like having the feature to email the product sheet directly to the client from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No pricing, I think that we should be able to pull up the pricing and packaging info on the app. There should also be a full "Line Card" that we could send to clients right from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

I definitely like using StorySlab since it is easy to access and share product brochures/pictures with others. I like the easy of either using the app on my phone or using the website on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?

I found that the Bigtincan system is very flexible for our needs, which is to invite membership to companies offering appointment scheduling and booking software, and then to support members with ongoing comunications. The system helps both with selling and supporting members.

Specifically, Bigtincan allows us create multiple stories. This allows us to provide updated information about our (appointment scheduling) industry. In addition, and crucially, the solution allows us to view which content is being used. This is done via both a dashboard report and analytics report that we can download.

Personally, I like the ability to customize which content can be seen by different types of members. For example, we use seperate channels for North American versus European members.

We are also considering multiple language support for some of our content (the website already supports this). I understand that this is supported by Content Hub, but we have not yet implemented it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?

There were initial challenges during the set up process. Specifically, we wanted emails to not come from a "noreply@" type email address, but rather from individuals within the organization, and also to use the mail server (Google Suite) to send the email. We were provided with a process so that the sharing option sent mail via our server, and also to show the email address of the sender as the "From" address.

This was mostly a cosmetic issue, but we also were concerned about deliverability of the email. We got support to provide the configuration in Google to set it up, and once it was configured, it worked well. As a final note, we asked members to give us feedback and to make sure they could open the links (rather than being blocked by firewalls). Everyone (at least so far) has been able to view the messages and the content from the links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Followups and digital sales rooms are my sales team's favorite functions. The ability to know when emails/links are clicked and opened is an invaluable tool. They also look great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that some of the training offerings aren't useful for our team as our organization already uses an LMS. I also think the Media Manager can be quite buggy, sometimes preventing me from entering content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
