**What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?**

One aspect about Bigtincan that I appreciate is the centralized content access. Designers and sales reps can all find the latest, on-brand materials all in one place. This means less time digging through emails or shared drives trying to find the right file. I also love the version control feature. I can upload assets with peace of mind knowing that older versions won't get used by mistake. Another great feature is the customizations you can make to your personal account. We were able to add our own branding and file organization.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

One thing that can be a little frustrating and time consuming is the upload process, especially when switching from another provider. The process involves a lot of manually work, but the customer care/onboarding team were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped ease my team into the transition.

**What problems is Bigtincan Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bigtincan is solving the problem of having scattered, hard-to-find, and outdated sales materials. Now that everything lives in one centralized place, I don't have to worry about my sales team using outdated files, or simply not being able to locate a file. This has reduced one-off requests and gives me more time to focus on other projects. It also helps with brand consistency. Since the marketing team mainly controls what is uploaded to the platform, and how its organized, I know that the right visuals and messaging are being used out in the field.

**What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?**

You can customize start times. No need to punch start or finish. Makes it easy for those times you forget to punch. The gps works in all locations even remote with no cell service.

It is easy to review your day or month to see where you are at for miles.

This is all better than manually recording miles in order to get reimbursed.

I think for something as simple as tracking miles this program does the trick.

**What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?**

We have a single source of truth for documents to share among our sales team to give our customers and prospective clients the best-fitting and most up-to-date assets to help customers confidently decide on a partner for delicate temperature-sensitive life science products.

We also can audit our user base and their sharing habits to help coordinate and prioritize new and updated assets when promoting new product lines.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

There isn't anything I dislike, and there is, in fact, much that gets addressed when there are questions around functional improvement. I would say if anything there could be a more user-friendly UI for the Media Manager side of things, perhaps more around language and descriptions, however, there is plenty to customize and it also feels very similar in a good way to the design of many of Google's products.

**What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?**

Modus has been crucial in our organization for both direct and indirect sales enablement and sales content distribution. The system is lightweight, easy to use, and available offline for some of our sale team in remote areas.  Our Sr. Success Manager Tony has been crucial in our implementation of best practices, analytics reporting, and overall usage.  We are on a path to finally moving to the NextGen version and our marketing and sales teams could not be more excited!

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

I don't know that I have any strong dislikes or experience any glaring weaknesses with the platform that won't be solved when we move to the NextGen version.  The platform and support have been top notch since I stepped into my role.

Lack of access to up-to-date information on our products and services.
Ability to access sales content offline while at a remote location.

Moudus is a great application to help our sales team utilize marketing pieces digitally. This helps with following up to adivsors as soon as possible rather than them waiting for printed pieces to be sent to them. Modus helps our sales team to stay informed on our current marketing pieces.

I do not have anything that I dislike about Modus. The client support team has been very helpful with any questionst that have popped up from either myself or sales team.

**What problems is Bigtincan Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first launch our investment product, our print fulfillment team was not capable in created an electronic delivery system. We found Modus to be extremeley helpful and enjoy the features on the Modus site. Very clean - Our sales team enjoys being able to view the carosol to find the marketing pieces quickly.

Being able to pull up the product brochures and if I need to I can also watch how to demo the product.  I also really like having the feature to email the product sheet directly to the client from the platform.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

No pricing, I think that we should be able to pull up the pricing and packaging info on the app.  There should also be a full "Line Card" that we could send to clients right from the platform.

The most important and main problem that StorySlab is solving for me being a new sales rep is the ability to type in a description of a product or the product number and it pulls up exactly what it is and what it is used for.

I definitely like using StorySlab since it is easy to access and share product brochures/pictures with others.  I like the easy of either using the app on my phone or using the website on my computer.

Need to have material updated or added quicker along with removing outdated material.  Would prefer to receive better notifications when a documents are open when shared.

**What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?**

I found that the Bigtincan system is very flexible for our needs, which is to invite membership to companies offering appointment scheduling and booking software, and then to support members with ongoing comunications. The system helps both with selling and supporting members. 

Specifically, Bigtincan allows us create multiple stories. This allows us to provide updated information about our (appointment scheduling) industry. In addition, and crucially, the solution allows us to view which content is being used. This is done via both a dashboard report and analytics report that we can download.

Personally, I like the ability to customize which content can be seen by different types of members. For example, we use seperate channels for North American versus European members.

We are also considering multiple language support for some of our content (the website already supports this). I understand that this is supported by Content Hub, but we have not yet implemented it.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

There were initial challenges during the set up process. Specifically, we wanted emails to not come from a "noreply@" type email address, but rather from individuals within the organization, and also to use the mail server (Google Suite) to send the email. We were provided with a process so that the sharing option sent mail via our server, and also to show the email address of the sender as the "From" address.

This was mostly a cosmetic issue, but we also were concerned about deliverability of the email. We got support to provide the configuration in Google to set it up, and once it was configured, it worked well. As a final note, we asked members to give us feedback and to make sure they could open the links (rather than being blocked by firewalls). Everyone (at least so far) has been able to view the messages and the content from the links.

**What problems is Bigtincan Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system that supported both: (1) our sales function (sending presentations, pricing, one pagers etc to potential members) and (2) serving the members with content (reports, documentation, etc). 

The system has a feature that if you publish content into a Story and share it, it can be updated at any time and will "refresh" for all the users. You can also add more content (such as adding a PDF or Video to a story), even if it has already been published. This way of doing things is better than sending attached PDF files, which will get old and cannot be updated without sending another email.

As mentioned, the system can report on what content has been viewed, and by whom. This helps us learn what members find interesting, as well as who is engaging. When it comes time to renew members, we can also point to their usage of our reports and other content to let them know that our services have been utilitized. This is great during our renewal conversations, and helps us also understand what our members find useful.

The Followups and digital sales rooms are my sales team's favorite functions. The ability to know when emails/links are clicked and opened is an invaluable tool. They also look great!

I think that some of the training offerings aren't useful for our team as our organization already uses an LMS. I also think the Media Manager can be quite buggy, sometimes preventing me from entering content.

Modus helps us solve the issue of sales not having the most up-to-date content. It allows them to have a trackable link that helps gain insight into customer interest. It is also a great place for templates!

Overall can not complain. A feature to add would be the option to create a QR code within Modus for a digital sales room (like an individual asset)

Versatility.  BTC is dynamic and can accommodate a variety of requests, use cases and end goals. If you need something more than a cookie-cutter solution, BTC is a great fit.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

Along with customization comes a greater effort required to build the specific design and strategy.  What BTC has in versatility, they sometimes lack in a consultative approach.  I would appreciate greater industry insight and guidance from them to accompany their versatility. As it stands, I feel that I offer the bulk of the direction.  Many companies pride themselves on following their customer's directions and not swaying opinion; however, in my case, I would prefer a partner in consultation.

Our strategy stands on 3 primary pillars that must all work together: Engagement, Training, and Content. In other words, our salespeople "Want to Sell our product" (Engagement), "Know how to sell our product" (Training), and "Have the tools they need to sell our product" (Content).  BTC provides a single platform that accommodates all 3. In partner enablement, the engagement portion is often overlooked but is a fundamental pillar.

The team behind tin can are great, easy to deal with and very helpful. They seem very keen to ensure you exceed and have what you need. They are also open to constructive criticism and feedback for improvements. The initial assistance around using the system is excellent and open to all requests.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

Ideally, the system could use some adjustments for best practices operating within service and repair networks such as the caravan and automotive industry. It is clear that it has not been created or perfectly adapted to accommodate for hands-on roles instead of roles that are primarily office/computer-based. The adjustments required to improve the functionality for businesses with dealership and repair agent networks appear to be minor and achievable, giving Bigtincan the potential to move into other industries with similar requirements to ours.
The other feedback is for assistance with best practices around presenting online training. Although great, the assistance is primarily around how to use the system but not necessarily how to deliver content and engage with the audience. As this is a new space for us, this is where we needed the most assistance and, at first, had to seek it elsewhere. I believe there would be merit in having someone with experience in developing, presenting and providing online material for learning to assist your partners with providing the best experience for their users. If a company's content is not engaging enough, this could be the main reason why the LMS project for a company may fail, leading to the company pulling away from Bigtincan. With assistance from Richard, we have managed to acquire some of this from other avenues.

**What problems is Bigtincan Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bigtincan is assisting us with providing online training and technical information to our dealership and repair agent network, something that we have been unable to do effectively. The Zunos platform has allowed technicians and service advisors to have relevant information at their fingertips.

**What do you like best about Bigtincan Content?**

I love how easy friendly it is for both the end user and the admins. As an end user, you are able to easily search for all the resources you need and be able to share with fellow peers. As the admin, it's very simple in a way that is not difficult to manage the structure of the content, channels, and users. I love that we also have forms that we can use for documentation and surveys (instead of using 3rd party vendors).

Our company uses an LMS system to track compliance training for stores employees as well as corporate employees and I wish the Hub and LMS could be linked together. We love to use Zunos for training stores, and it would be great if, after they complete the training, it will automatically link to their transcript on their LMS account.

It's solving the aspect of having all the tools and resources all in one platform. From elearnings on Zunos, to forms, to videos and more. it's a One-Stop-Shop!

The biggest asset of BTC is the customer support.  Our business uses ancillary applications to sync through BTC, and we had some challenges with the set up.  The customer support from BTC was amazing.  Our representative was kind, responsive, and thorough.  If she didn't have the answer, she found the suitable helpers and got the answer.  This personalized support made the interaction amazing.

Some functionality is not intuitive to use.

Getting reports and analytics requires logging into new window. It works but it would be nice if it was available from the story sharing area.

We need to share content such as 1-pagers, presentations, and videos with banks, credit unions, and other FS companies. With other systems e.g. Docsend shared files were blocked (firewall), but Bigtincan sharing works well.

For internal literature, we can't find in this APP, so it's not very convenient for us to find different literatures; I recommend putting all in that but need to clarity or remark just for internal use.

If possible, I know we would benefit from less layers to the navigation. Some materials we could have out in the open instead of going from Tab to Channel to Story then the item.

I absolutely love how user-friendly Brainshark is. I was tasked with creating easy-to-enroll courses and curriculums for multiple different learning levels, and with Brainshark, it was super easy to create and upload new content.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

Managing hundreds of users that are in and out of the system is a bit difficult to track. Creating the content for the platform was super easy, but now monitoring curriculum completion of individual groups is a bit tricky to navigate.

**What problems is Bigtincan Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my company I work in "channel partnerships" meaning I work in a very NDA/private world where none of the participants in our curriculums can know about each other. Brainshark made creating groups and keeping each partner separate super easy, and I never had to worry about someone being in the wrong curriculum.

Quickly navigating to content and training videos on the Web, Win 10 App and Mobile App and having everything in one place.  No longer struggling to find and send big files, able to deliver content to customers easily and efficiently.  The analytics tracking is also valuable to see what customers are interested in.  Understand what’s resonating and having an impact through engagement metrics.

My favorite part about Bigtincan Content Hub is the easy navigation of content that allows me to get to the material I need quickly. This flow helps me do my job more efficiently with more incredible speed. I also like the ability to keep open tabs of content at one time.

I cannot get the mobile apps to work, and therefore, the cross-platform feature is useless for me. It would provide significant benefit as a salesperson if I could share content from an iPad or tablet device.

One thing that would be very helpful is if a user could put together individual deck slides into a custom deck they find most helpful to present with - while there are "formulas", everyone sells differently.

Quickly conveying products to retail/on-premise accounts. Managing sell sheets across a varied portfolio of brands and the ability to jump back and forth between presentations rapidly.

I love the ease that it has and the different options to choose from for the product you are looking for, and the info you need to find and send. The Story Slab has been an excellent tool for sales as well as making sure the customer is well informed.

I love the fact when you send information through the Story Slab you will get a notification that the customer you sent it to has opened and reviewed the info.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

The only thing I have to say that I would change is that a few of the tabs don't have any info on them like the competition tabs, but the fact that the majority of the tabs do is excellent!

Use it to the best you can; it is a great tool to have in your back pocket!

I haven't yet found anything that I particularly dislike. I've been using it for about six months, and so far, it's been very helpful and a breeze to use!

When I first started using BTC, I was new to the company and to the field. There was a lot of information that I needed but didn't have yet. I knew that I could just go to BTC, type in what I was looking for, and it would populate options for me based on my keywords.

Before adopting Bigtincan's Content Hub, my team used several different unitasker products with zero cross-platform integration. Bigtincan keeps my team connected while providing the data, analytics & content we rely on, all in one place.

Bigtincan is the best sales enablement platform I've used. I haven't uncovered anything worthy of a complaint so far.

**What problems is Bigtincan Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bigtincan has given me more time. I can't overstate the impact of the one-stop-shop simplicity of the Content Hub. 100 little victories everyday add up to one HUGE win. I can communicate with my team, find the data analytics I want and the marketing pieces I need in one place. Previously, I had to toggle between platforms that would constantly log me out due to inactivity. When in need of analysis of client interset in a campaign I had to request (and wait for) a BA to create the report. I work in eight states with different regulations, that require different versions of some (but not all) marketing pieces. Bigtincan makes it so easy to get the right piece to a client in an instant.

We’ve been using BigTinCan to support sales enablement for our Sales teams. Zunos, the learning platform, makes it easy to create targeted learning paths and courses for each team. It’s easy to integrate the learning platform with BigTinCan Hub, so we can reference marketing collateral in our eLearning courses. The remote video coaching option is valuable because it allows us to be flexible in a remote and/or hybrid environment.

**What do you dislike about Bigtincan Content?**

I'd like more comprehensive reporting that can integrate with Salesforce and Gong. I'd also like a more powerful and flexible authoring tool.
