What I love is the 'what you see is what you get' page editor because it allows me to drag and drop widgets and see the final result in real time. This makes my day-to-day work much faster because I can build out a landing page and verify the layout myself, without having to wait for the developer to push a preview to the staging environment. The biggest headache with this software is the version upgrade process. It often feels like a massive technical undertaking rather than a simple patch. It would be a huge improvement if the updates were more seamless, as we currently have to spend a significant amount of time testing for broken customizations every time a new release comes out.
