My favorite thing about Kontent.ai is how genuinely user‑friendly it is. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes content creation feel seamless rather than overwhelming. The task assignment feature is especially helpful — I can assign specific components or entire content items to teammates, track progress, and keep workflows organized without needing separate project‑management tools. One downside of Kontent.ai for a food company is the ingredients integration workflow. Now that we’ve uploaded thousands of products and recipes, the platform can feel overwhelming to navigate at times. When I create a new recipe for the site, I have to add a new ingredient entry every single time — even if that ingredient already exists in the system. This is usually because each recipe requires a different cut, size, or measurement, and there isn’t a universal dropdown or a flexible way to reuse existing ingredient variations. As our library grows, this becomes increasingly time‑consuming and makes ingredient management more complex than it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
