Also, I find the initial setup of Showpad to be very easy, which is a big plus. **What do you dislike about Showpad?** I get concerned about those shared spaces being updated when marketing update a particular material. **What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Showpad saves me time by creating shared spaces, so I don't have to manually send materials. Customers access what they need independently, and I can set up and duplicate shared spaces quickly for different accounts. ### 2. We want to be available when our clients/customers are available. Showpad makes this happen as they can access materials any time without needing to download numerous items; all shared seamlessly. Compounded multi-tasking at its best! This supports me as a salesperson doing more in the small amount of time I have. I also love using the Powerpoint presentations I can utilize through Showpad on Teams Meetings, as well as video. Sharing PDFs was time-consuming, and sending large emails was cumbersome. Likewise, sharing videos was not a simple option.
