Salsify is very user-friendly while having a robust system to manage our product data. The majority of our Marketing Team contributes to the success of the platform, providing us with "one source of truth." Our account managers are very engaged and helpful. Businesses with fully scaled implementations of Salsify sell more products, convert more customers, and build more loyalty with consumers whose purchasing expectations are fulfilled through up-to-date, content-rich, and channel-consistent product experiences over fragmented product experiences' where data is siloed and inconsistent across different channels. For the businesses I've worked with, this directly translates to increased conversion rates and faster growth in the CPG vertical. By optimizing the sales pipeline through better product data, the benefit is clear: reduced time-to-market and a significant increase in closed deals due to a more professional and reliable digital presence. I find Salsify PXM really intuitive because of its ease of use. The product imports, bulk editing, channel exports, and custom labs features are particularly valuable to me. Transitioning to Salsify PXM allowed us to modify our data more easily. I also had a great experience with the Salsify onboarding team, who were excellent to work with. Salsify allows us to greatly combine and enrich our product data for use on our e-commerce web site, blending what we have with a vast range of product data from other sites based on the SKU.
