Presentations can look polished when you stay inside the default patterns. **What do you dislike about DIGIDECK?** Template choices are far too rigid. If you realize a different layout would communicate better you cannot just switch without risk. The platform steers you to recreate the slide and paste content, which wastes time on routine changes. Text formatting is fussy, and pre-styled slides fight basic edits until you clear formatting, which also removes styles you wanted to keep. PDF export is unreliable for teams. Not every setup has it, and when it is enabled you must regenerate the PDF after edits and wait for the process to finish. Analytics are shallow. I could not aggregate page views across multiple visitors and the reporting did not answer basic pipeline questions. Offline support is weak for Mac since the editor is Windows-only. No more wondering if your prospects or clients read what you sent them! The platform is fairly intuitive to use and gets simpler with use. We've been able to increase the volume of proposals significantly since we made the switch to digideck. **What do you dislike about DIGIDECK?** It takes a lot of work on the front end to make sure you have all the information and slides necessary for your operation. **Recommendations to others considering DIGIDECK:** Make sure you have the time and ability to implement all the steps for set-up. Now that templates have been created, it's a much quicker process to complete a proposal. **What do you dislike about DIGIDECK?** We use it for our sports side of things as well as our CVB side (2 different logos), and because the sports side was set up as the main user (I forget your exact terminology), it's taking some time and strategic thinking about how to incorporate the CVB logo in some places and we have to remember to go in and change logos/info in certain places. **What problems is DIGIDECK solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's so nice to actually see when clients are looking at the proposals and for how long. Before when we sent out a pdf we had no idea if the busy planners were taking the time to actually see everything we are sending. ### 33.
